  1. Not so much injuries but I signed New Jack to my 1995 WWF roster and sent him to development where he actually developed into a really strong worker. Went as far as having him wrestle Taker at Mania, and some PPV matches with Foley. Pushed him towards the IC title multiple times but he couldn’t get clean no matter how many times I sent him to rehab so I released him. WCW picked him up and had him go over Hogan to win the World title.
  2. This is one UI change I really don't understand. That feature is perhaps the most important aspect of the game.

  4. <p>Deep into my 94 save (now mid 99 in game) and it was a pleasant surprise and quite a shock to see the improvements these workers have made, stat wise.</p><p> </p><p> <img alt="fUUoH5H.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/fUUoH5H.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> <img alt="EddVVLp.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/EddVVLp.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
  5. <p>Finally debuted Chris Jericho in my WWF game (now 97) and was gonna have him debut straight into a feud with Razor Ramon as I had no plans for him. On the build up two weeks before the PPV and a month after his debut, Jericho gets injured and is sidelined for a month. No worries right? </p><p> </p><p> Anyway, Jericho is set to return a week before Survivor Series so I was aiming to have him cost Razor a match to set up the high profile PPV match between the two. Nope. Two weeks before the PPV and Razor is sidelined in a match with Owen Hart and is now out for 2 months and will be back for January. I suppose it gives Jericho heel ammunition and all on return but damn. At this rate I'm probably gonna build Jericho up and delay the match until Wrestlemania to blow off the feud.</p>
  6. http://i.imgur.com/C6fBMCS.png How is this even possible? His popularity is 80 in the US, 89 in Mexico. Average match rating of 83 and considered only "good" in terms of skill. Mind blown.
  7. <p>Does announcing experience really affect match rating that much?</p><p> </p><p> I swear I had workers like Bret, Benoit, Eddie etc. pulling mid 90s matches until I replaced McMahon with Heenan on commentary and ever since my ratings have been pulled down.</p>

  12. I've been trying to figure out a way to debut the Dudleys in my '94 WWF game (now 1996) I'm not too aware of how they formed in ECW but I think I'm gonna put the focus on Spike Dudley to begin with, have him as a face jobber who calls out all the monster heels looking for a fight. I'll job him out for a couple of months until he gets beat down and Bubba/D-Von make the save.
  13. http://i.imgur.com/NSX7W50.png I've been so focused on booking Vader as a dominant monster heel that I've booked myself into a corner now. Since his debut two years ago he's destroyed my whole main event scene and lost clean only once and that was to Undertaker at Wrestlemania 11. Not too sure what my options are right now. He's more or less been the consistent champ since 94 and I feel I should have him drop the belt to create new stars and help progress my main event scene. My options right now: Have him drop the belt in an upcoming fatal four way at King of the Ring where he doesn't get pinned, possibly to a face Bret/Razor or heel Diesel. Wait for HBK to return from rehab and have him 'upset' Vader at Wrestlemania 13 in a rematch from the previous year. Have a returning Sycho Sid defeat him at Summerslam or have Cactus Jack take the belt from him at Survivor Series in a continuation storyline from Royal Rumble 1996 that sees Mankind morph into Dude Love then back to Cactus Jack as a means to defeat Vader. So not sure what direction to take but I feel I should take the belt off him before or at Wrestlemania 13.
  14. http://i.imgur.com/mR85QEH.png Now do I sign Hyson and have him positively meddle with Stephanie McMahon!?

I can't book shows that way any more. I need to have loads of 1,2 minute angles during the show. Almost to the point that it looks like I'm booking a Raw. <p> </p><p> Guess everybody has trouble with Shawn in the 90s. I'm happy that he is extremely happy at the minute. Just wait until I tell him his result against Bret. Like your game, I feel it is still too early to have Shawn as my world champion.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I'm the exact opposite, used to fill PPVs with hype videos/interviews etc but now just leave most of the angles to RAW to progress storylines. </p><p> </p><p> Had Shawn win a lengthy feud with Bret as well as the 96 Royal Rumble so did give him a decent push as a test, just no way is he ready to be the face of the company. Anyway, sent him away to rehab and wrote it off as a kayfabe injury after his match with Vader. He'll be back in 9 months, just in time for the 97 Rumble. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/cool.png.f00d2562b2c1d873a09323753efdb041.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

  18. <p><span>http://i.imgur.com/xRhohig.png</span></p><p> </p><p> Pretty happy with Wrestlemania despite the buy rate and Bret refusing to lose to Bulldog. Controversial finish to the event but I just can't put the belt on Shawn yet. Think its about time I send him to rehab now. 19. http://i.imgur.com/iay8rqS.png Only a few months into his rookie year
  20. <p>1 month to Wrestlemania 12 and here is my planned card thus far:</p><p> </p><p> Vader vs Shawn Michaels for the WWF Title: Vader has held the belt since June of 95 having reclaimed it from Undertaker at King of the Ring. He's basically the Brock Lesnar of 96 in my game and has a combined reign of 13 months with the belt. I've been grooming Shawn to turn face and take the belt for months now. Recently he's had a lengthy feud with Bret Hart since September which recently ended at the Royal Rumble, which he won giving him a shot against Vader at Mania. I've recently turned him face after months of teasing and after his recent feud with Mankind to guarantee his #1 contendership. Only thing is, Shawn is notoriously a pain in the ass backstage and I'm not sure I want him to take the belt from Vader so might have to have a heel walk out of Mania the champion.</p><p> </p><p> Undertaker vs Kane: Basically the same exact 97/98 storyline only decided to have Kane debut much earlier. Kane cost Taker a win at Survivor Series against Vader in a Hell in a Cell and has since then been a dominant force having beat Diesel twice and attacked multiple members of the roster. Sadly his popularity has only reached 70 before the big show but hoping they can still pull off a decent enough match. Gonna have Taker go over on this one.</p><p> </p><p> British Bulldog vs Bret Hart: Have had these two tag team on and off since 94, Bulldog was especially prominent in Bret's feud with Owen Hart from 94-95. Months back I had a heel Owen Hart attempt to win over a face Bulldog and convince him to become tag partners after a lengthy feud between the two. Bulldog struggled to believe Owen's sincerity considering his hatred of Bret but has since lightened up after Owen gained a huge win for his Survivor Series team. Owen's cockiness has since rubbed off on Davey and the two have become a team. Fast forward to January, Bulldog/Bret begin teaming again along with Owen and Bret accidentally costs Bulldog number one contendership, inadvertently steals his pins in tag matches and eliminates him from the Rumble. Bulldog snaps and turns heel on Bret through the encouragement from Owen. Think I'm gonna have Bulldog take the win on this, whether its tainted or not.</p><p> </p><p> Ron Simmons vs Bam Bam Bigelow for the Intercontinental Title: Simmons has been the leader of The Nation for over a year now and has been IC champ since December of 1994 which surely makes him longest reigning IC champ in the WWF. Bam Bam has recently returned from rehab, has gotten more flabby and has undergone a monster push. Not sure if I want him to be the one to end Simmons record but I do want to get the belt off him quick as I want to plot The Nations demise and start a Ron Simmons/Tony Norris feud. Want Simmons to have a big Wrestlemania win so if anything I may have Bam Bam take the title the next night on RAW.</p><p> </p><p> Mankind vs Terry Funk: Cactus Jack and Terry Funk were Tag Champs in my game for a solid 8 months until Commissioner Ted DiBiase plotted the two against each other. They had a 'friendly' Barbed Wire match at Summerslam 95 which led to Terry Funks 'injury'. Cactus blamed himself for Funks injury, lost the two tag belts to Shane Douglas and Jeff Jarrett and slowly turned crazy (into Mankind) Funk returned in February 96 saving Mankind from an attack from Vader and somehow got himself a title shot at In Your House: 11. Mankind botched interfered the match costing Funk the opportunity to take the belt. Funk has since turned heel on Mankind and hopes to prove he's the better man. Mankind will go over, Funk will leave and hopefully retire.</p><p> </p><p> Los Guerreros vs The Radicals vs Rey Mysterio/Ultimo Dragon for WWF Tag Titles in a triple threat ladder match: Guerreros gained the belts in October from Douglas/Jarrett and have feuded with Radicals (Benoit/Malenko) and Rey/Dragon over the last few months. The feud will cultivate in this triple threat tag ladder match and they will retain.</p><p> </p><p> Razor Ramon vs Diesel: A meta like storyline. Both these guys have been complaining for months and being dickheads in general backstage. I've decided to put the two on a losing streak and have them whine at each other in promos. Having Diesel throw temper tantrums and turn heel on Razor. Was originally going to make this a Loser Leaves Town match, have Razor go over and fire Diesel afterwards but my main event is thin and I need him around to help build the next big star.</p><p> </p><p> Owen Hart vs Sycho Sid: Signed Sid to a short term contract as he's lately been assisting Bret Hart in the Bulldog/Owen feud. Owen's been teasing and mocking Sid for weeks. Not so much a filler match but just a way to properly introduce Sid back to WWF and get Owen on the card in some way. All odds point at Sid for the victory but I may just have Owen steal the win and continue the feud.</p><p> </p><p> I also have Legion of Doom vs The Nation (Charles Wright and Tony Norris) on the pre show, as well as Marc Mero vs Shane Douglas. These two matches are respectively for Tag and Intercontinental title #1 contendership and have been brewing for months.</p><p> </p><p> All is looking good but I hope to revamp WWF after WM 12. Recently signed Steve Austin from WCW and just gonna drop the 'Stunning' gimmick straight off the bat, no Ringmaster, no Million Dollar Belt. Will have him debut after Mania in his Stone Cold persona. Also hope to debut Goldust and Hunter Hearst Helmsley and push Brian Pillman when he returns from rehab.</p>

  22. <p><span>http://i.imgur.com/3au9sCt.png</span></p><p> </p><p> Now's a better time than any to drop the horrible Sparky Plugg gimmick!</p><p> </p><p> <span>http://i.imgur.com/9L5CGLO.png</span></p><p> </p><p> Also ended '95 on a good note with my highest rated show thus far!</p>
  23. Signed to a TV deal in September and its now November in game and though it says I have that deal it doesn't appear on my "shown on" screen when booking a show. Am I missing something here?
