Well in my opinion the GM was just enforced the promise John Cena made in that match. If Barret won and the GM enforced his side of the deal the GM would have done the same thing. It seems the GM is being fair to both dispositions. I think they could have either a Face or Heel play the role and make it logical enough for the WWE. I think the GM comes off as a heel more so because Michael Cole is the messenger. I could totally see him being the GM tho.
