The mod would be incomplete without Mexico!! Would be a massive miss and shame without the Mexican scene. Even if it just means getting AAA and CMLL up with an active roster and a few free agents. I’d be happy to help but I’d be lying if I said I know enough about the Mexican wrestling scene to do it single handily

A little update today, really am struggling to get motivated with Mexico (been sat here for a couple of hours and made no in roads what so ever). So I've come to an impasse, I'm either going to give up with the Mexican scene all together and concentrate on free agents and future workers or see if someone else can help with it.
Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Oh how I'd love to use something else, however I've painted myself into a corner by continuing it and now I just cannot be bothered to have to build a pack from scratch.
I know it was one of the most used background for such a long time, do you still maintain your photobucket with all the kyky cuts? I know I used it a lot back in the day.

A few suggestions for the organic biography function:
- Could we have a button to assign organic biography to alter egos, using the alters name as the start of the biography.
- Add in the workers finishing move to the biography, as with most of these its a cosmetic touch more than anything.
- If restricted areas areas semi or off is it possible for the game to leave off the active area completely.
I really enjoy this aspect of the game and the more versatile the better, even having the option in database details to decide on the level of detail would be good.

Cheers snakebite, I've got an update below on what I've changed from your feedback, no real big update on progress today as just been cutting images and taking time away from modding. Currently only 225 (did 250 today) images that need cut and should be done tomorrow.
- Removed weight limit on X-Division title and function- Dropped Sharmell Pop by 10 (USA)
- Altered Orlando Colon pop
- Balanced Tammy Sytch pop (kept tri state higher due to the ECW and working WSU slightly)
- Amended RIcky Banderas pop
- Dawn marie pop dropped (still higher in tri state due to ECW, WSU and dg:usa)
- Dropped Greg Valentine pop slightly
- Ricky Ortiz dropped pop
- Stacey Colon removed
- Phil Shatter unchanged due to working consistently for the NWA and affiliates since 2006.
- Nick Aldis upped starting Star quality
- Upped Taz' Announcing
- Adjusted Bill Alfonso's pop
- Travis Tomko dispostion set to face, established and getting stale (may ease a heel turn).
- Dropped PPV broadcaster coverage by one classification each and set ager (hopefully get semi realistic ratings and not completely nerf long game broadcasters)
Adjusted ECW contract to 3 months, from watchers I've seen it cancelled in February so will leave it as it gives the user the option to transition it into NXT as they did in real life (NXT took over the ECW time slot).
Impact zone left at 1400 as soundstage 21 (universal studios) has a capacity of 1400. They've used a few over the years but at 2009/2010 they used this one.
Also just an aside, I'm really tempted to put off AAA/CMLL for a few days and just concentrate on future workers or adding DG:UK, felt like I was drowning in Puro yesterday and was glad to be finished.

Okay, welcome to the American, Eurozone and Japanese Beta, this time I have left in the companies from the first beta (all amendments have been made other than Chris Jericho's brand and the data from Snakebite (as still still mulling over broadcasters and toying with eras). This time we have the addition of NJPW, AJPW, DG and Noah, I'm not sure how many people know much about Puro from this era but I am desperate for feedback on the Japanese scene, in particular out of ring guys. </p><p> </p><p>
Key changes:</p><p>
- Obviously the Japanese promotions</p><p>
- I have added in a test era just to try broadcasting. </p><p>
- More images</p><p>
- Title holders corrected</p><p>
- Missing pictures for contracted workers added/assigned</p><p>

NB: this is a lighter beta than the first as trying to concentrate on feedback for the things that have been concentrated on. However the image pack will need to be downloaded due to my lack of foresight and not remembering what images are new compared to the first beta. Next time I'll keep them separate to save people re-downloading the pack again.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Following on from the beta, I'll probably check back here tomorrow see what feedback there is, depending on that I will start watcher testing the data tomorrow and make changes. Work will hopefully start on Mexico on Sunday. </p><p> </p><p>

For anyone concerned with free agents these will be tuned once Mexico's changes are done.</p><p> </p><p>
Future Workers:</p><p>
These will be done last and will probably be imported into the data to make things a bit easier.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>
One last thing, with rumours of lockdown being eased in the UK, I am working to get a playable mod out, where the bulk of work is done and only amendments are needed before returning to work as I won't have the necessary time to do the horse work needed. Here's the customary end of day update, NJPW is near enough complete (I'm not 100% on out of ring staff), NOAH has most of the roster complete (as with New Japan not 100% on staff) and currently looking on track for a Friday beta depending on how busy I am tomorrow.

Just got through with the first stages of completing NJPW, currently all titles are complete, Events are complete. Roster is getting there and tests are showing average tour results of 70-75 ratings with a couple getting 88's (they hired The Rock who pulled match ratings of 97 and 99 with Tanahashi. My Japanese knowledge is limited from this time so will need feedback from the next beta.
NB: Wrestlekingdom IV drew 41,861 fans at the Jingu Stadium in this mod; IRL they drew 41,500 so thats promising.

Mate this mod is insanely fun. Are you planning on cutting multiple pictures for all the better known workers?
Not really alt's as don't want an inflated picture pack. However I do plan on having agers for A LOT of people. CM Punk has five and Jeff Hardy has four so will be doing more (probably the easiest and most enjoyable part of modding).

I have him set as mercenary in this mod, where incentives have a greater impact on decisions. Considering he's set to training for MMA fight until 2012, seems a better way to have him.

My bad on the one i didn't spot. Here a bunch of other things i've noticed. Feel free to ignore things you don't like, it concerne the unemployed workers. I wanted to help with the ones who are allready working but they all look pretty good to me.
Unemployed Workers (I don't know if you work on those yet)
Alexander Rusev Menace is really low (23) shoudn't he be at least a 40 as he's a Big Heavyweight ?
Brock Lesnar have a psychology of 70, i think it should be a bit higher as he can be one of the best in ring. Maybe adding him the "Selfish Performer" attributes to simulate that his unmotivation to work with lesser guys ?
Chyna primary skills are all really low.
Kazuchika Okada Star Quality is only 47. I can understand why but i think he allready had this x-factor when he was younger.
Nikki Storm technical is almost 60, shoudn't it be a bit less since she's a pro since only 2 years ?
Reid Flair & Richie Steambot loving that hey are both in the database, but they have a lot of Star Quality, maybe 5/10 points too much.
Shane McMahon doesn't deserve any primary skill above 40 (except for Aerial & Flashiness) for me. Plus, he's referee should be around 20 as he did that for a time if i'm not mistaken.
Shanna is not speaking French ? This is a disgrace to my country. You can add Fluent French.
Thanks for this, like I say stats are getting changed constantly (currently have three different spreadsheets for this haha) but have made some ammendments based off this. Chyna I have bumped up stats but not too high, don't think she could have done half of the stuff she did during her WWF days.

Just a small update today, been powering through cutting images and filling in employment histories as well as tinkering with stats. Also I have completed all companies who were contained in the beta, ie; Rosters (including fixing head booker positions thanks to thewho, contracted worker images and employment history), titles and events (creative license in regards to who put on what shows for the smaller indies).
In regards to the beta, I have now completed all changes up to auto45's post. This sets me up to concentrate on Broadcasters (with the help of Snakebite, appreciate it mate) and Japan tomorrow. Hopefully will be able to get an updated beta out on Friday/Saturday.
Like always, any criticisms however small are always appreciated and don't forget to check the first post as will contain progress updates.

Thanks for that Snakebite, will be taking a look at things tomorrow. Haven't really touched the database at all today as had other things do. Although I have added some new agers and powering through employment histories but nothing stat/roster wise.

Thanks for the feedback, some notes so far on feedback (which I really appreciate):
Starting Injuries
Melina, Daizee Haze & Edge have starting injuries but beta doesn't contain any injuries at all so aren't active.
In regards to bookers:
NWE - have three options Kishi (who I don't believe was there at the time but did book earlier in his time there), Roberto Indiano to remain head booker and NWE Owners (a faceless worker with the same business stats as Indiano) or adding Tiny Iron into the data who worked the 2009 and 2013 tours and was a decent draw but has never worked outside of Europe and thus a lesser name than Jody Fleisch.
Respect/Chikara - Respect opened in 2010 as the unofficial child promotion of ROH and was done so by Daizee Haze and Delirious. However Delirious is head booker of ROH at this point and cannot hold this position with more than one company.
CZW - Zandig and Hyde are a good shout as Hyde bought CZW from him in '09 so could feasibly be used as booker.
IWA: MS - could use Mickie Knuckles for this one as she was Ians top girl before leaving for TNA and returns to IWA after a hiatus in 2013. So a possibility there.
JAPW - Going to add in Jeff Shapiro to the game and have him as owner and Frank as booker.
NCW Femme Fatales - The main hesitancy I have of using Melissa/Del Rey is that both are two of the top women in the USA at this time and being head booker stops them being signed by any bigger company.
WSU - I could add Jac Sabboth into the database (he was former owner) so could use him.
FIP - One possibility could be Trevin Adams eventhough he didn't join the WWN/Evolve/FIP collective until early 2013. He could be feasible owner for them.

- John Morrison now has the correct name (alter ego had the record name as Morrison but actual name was still Hennigan.

In regards to contracts; I'm going to wait and see once the full game is out to see if Indy wrestlers get signed. Team 3D should both be on none exclusive, this is sorely for the NJPW trades during that years Wrestle Kingdom.
Finally @20LEgend the FCW call up were actually by design so glad they are working as intended (all FCW had popularity drops other than the first season of NXT).

Yeah tends to only be when the owner is the same as booker. Any work around for this? Other than different booker to owner.

So here is the first American and Eurozone beta for The Game Changes Now mod. In order for the Beta to work best, please select America, Canada, Britain and Europe as active regions and the rest as inactive. This is due to no other promotions being in the database.
As the above shows the status of companies included and every worker who is hired at the start of the game should have an image assigned and have employment histories. The free agent pool whilst vast have rough stats assigned based on work done in 2016 but not optimised for this version. Also like I have said previously, stats are not final and will be tweaked as I go.
This is mainly for an open feedback from you guys, the more I work on this the more issues I feel crop up. But whatever you find and don't agree with, let me know and I'll address these over the next few days whilst working on Japan (which are actively being worked on slowly).
Anyway enjoy, hopefully this is first stage of getting a somewhat playable 2010 mod out.
NB: Image pack will consist of uncut workers on the original sourced image background, only cut images will appear (white background) when there is a lack of decent quality images. Also going to try a workaround for people whom I cannot find images for.

Any errors mentioned previous have been fixed, including the worker attributes for Shelley etc, progress on CMLL is slow, about a quarter of the way through but progress is progress.
@siuplex I always planned on releasing two versions, one with the debuts from January 4th (Hardy, Flair, Nasty Boys, The Band and Bubba) and one starting on the first day of January. Gives users the options to book the chaos of Hulk Hogan/Bischoff era or choose to focus on other talents.
