Will they still go up if they are "not rated" in the segment?

<p>Just a quick one:</p><p> </p><p> If I have a young worker in an angle with an established star and set it up like this:</p><p> </p><p> Established star: Entertainment</p><p> Young worker: not rated</p><p> </p><p> With the young worker still get any significant pop increase from it?</p><p> </p><p> I've been doing this for about 2-3 months on weekly TV and the progress seems very slow. Much slower than another youngster who I've given a few in-ring wins to.</p><p> </p><p> -----------</p><p> </p><p> I've never been quite clear on how you can push non-wrestlers in the game. If someone is in highly rated angles week on week, will their pop go up?</p>

This is extremely good work lemoneyes. I have some suggestions and stat alterations that I'd be willing to put forward as these moves towards being 1.0. I've only had 1 game so far, starting from being a no name. And it was great. Glad to see you've moved Penguin up in this version. Riddler and Scarecrow should also move up a bit. These aren't "minor league" villains.
