Just browsing through the cards on a RTG and the Main Event knocked me for a double take. AA vs 40yr old Petr Novak managed a 95??? A deep dive shows that The Syndicate? Gone - repaced by Hawkins new faction - The Sector, consisting of himself, Novak and Benny Nenson. Aaron Andrews being the best wrestler in the world tends to help but TCW's roster is STACKED. Matthew's come back to the states to help Greg, everything Chord touches is gold, Hawkins didn;t leave, they've scoped up some of the best young talent from the indies (Callum, Keenan, Wolfsbane, Fernandes). Hell even a nearly year long Troy Tornado World title reign hasn't slowed them down.

From my own experience so far, eating costs with weekly shows and getting onto to WrestleWorld if you're US or Canada based is the way to go. The income is massive from Broadcasting Revenue and the massively increased exposure = more pop which draws more fans and sells more merch. And this is using an unfriendly sponorship product. Remember you can't go bankrupt during your first year so that's the time for aggresive expansion to claw out of nothing and into a Tiny/Small sized promotion

TCW the benefactor of most but it's left us in a perilous situation.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> The boss? <em><strong>The Wolverine</strong></em>. A free, decent Road Agent is fantastic but man, he is a tightpurse when it comes to recruiting talent. The pieces I need are out there but are dangled behind a paywall that he's not willing to break through.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> As for the UC? A mixed bag. Still lackluster in the ring and average on the mic, but he's popular... somehow. Excellent chemistry when teaming Gidayu Katou was discovered on the 2nd show, so they've been thrown together since. (and thanks to SAISHO he's developed into a quality worker himself). Over two days we lost Ernest Youngman, Fro Sure, Frankie Fernandes, Logan Wolfsbane and Tennessee William to TCW & SWF. this was after losing Nelson Callum and Kip Kennan the month prior. Literally gutted all of my Franchise Players and would-be replacements in one swoop. Ruthless business I tell ya

Gave that method a test and got this Comes out to 824 if you -9 from the usual 100 in Resilience. Chuck the Sex Appeal into the Menance and that's a promising big guy. That or if you want to use "Very Menacing" over "Looks like a star" Worse with Fundamentals and starting SQ but the better overall Physically and Performance wise.

Went for a test with Derek's idea from Page 2..... 150 into Primary 175 into Performance 200 into Physical (with 75 spare being put into Menace). 225 into Fundamentals + Psych Throw in a starting Personality and Attribute and you've got a decent brawler. Awful Fundamentals but that's but of the challenge right? Oh and he's likely to hurt a few boys but this ain't ballet.

Also add TV Actor to Misc for your character 66 "Casting Call" Hollywood is calling you with an opportunity, add +5 between your Acting and Star Quality. Add Modelling Experience to your character Made a few changes either some gimmicks (and gimmick performances no longer a thing), plus nerfed some of the additions in 2016. So looking over the Skills: Primary will still see a min-maxed since people generally have 1-2 "strong" skills as their go-to, generally based around their company's style. Mental is just only Psychology. Can't touch Exp, Respect or Reputation and you really can't afford to leave it and dump Psych. Feels bad just commit to a one skill catagory... Performance contains the two biggest skills, SQ & Charisma so much like the prior RTG's that won't change at all. Menace also massive for big guys, where in past the trade off was a slow start/almost Heidenreich-esk lunk but could draw in a pop promotion. Fundmentals only has the 4 skills now that Psych's on it's own. Physical still will likely end up as a dump area barring stamina. Overall I like the idea in theory of a template for stats but in practice it ends up restricting bigger workers IMO. I'll take a look at the attributes tomorrow morning since it's a touch late here atm

Potential's also fine, with the combo of unknown stat caps and the longer challenge also being the grind to National.</p><p> </p><p> Attributes however? Not sure how to balance that. Prodigy appears to be super strong so maybe not allow that? I'm ok with giving the UC a personality + starting one of their choice.</p>
