And I'm about to decide that it's not really worthwhile to have NXT as a dev brand when I have EVOLVE as a dev promotion. So, I've been eyeballing unifying all of the WWE titles so that I'd have one WWE World title, one tag, one women's, the IC and US, while keeping the NXT titles separate and having NXT "invade" either Raw or SmackDown in a hostile takeover of the show (after my broadcast deal to show NXT Wrestling expires in a few months), so I would have WWE Raw and NXT SmackDown (or WWE SmackDown and NXT Raw, whichever). What I wondered is if anybody had any renders or a lead on any renders for NXT Raw and/or NXT SmackDown. I was thinking the normal Raw or SmackDown logos done in black and yellow/gold with NXT instead of a WWE logo? Just wondering.

I was also thinking of a logo for Tony Davidson Promotions (my avatar's name), with my avatar finally taking an onscreen role (just being a road agent now) as a murky authority figure (actually, I'd still use him as a road agent, too...one of the less-appreciated features of this game, in my opinion: having the ability to "push" people in more than one role). So, if anybody had or saw some art for "TDP" or could make some for "Tony Davidson Promotions", that would be awesome, too!

Thanks!

St.T

<img alt="Imt6URV.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/Imt6URV.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

<img alt="y4YATup.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/y4YATup.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

<img alt="4ahcOQh.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/4ahcOQh.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

<img alt="MI36r6x.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/MI36r6x.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

  2. My company's finally picked up steam (sounds like third time really is the charm) and is about to step up in size for the first time, so I might need a logo:

The name's Lioness Mushashibo Promotions, you can find her and her bio in the Default database; the product is Lucharesu, and their monthly events are named after the animals of the Chinese zodiac. They have three belts: LMP Lioness for the veterans, LMP Young Lioness for the rookies, and LMP Pride for the tag teams.

You can let your imagination run wild with the logo's design. :D

The last few Scythes have been great.

I really prefer it over the old 3Delight. Much more realistic renders. The problem with that, of course, is that most other renders for TEW are either supoer old or using the older renderer. Hence why I'm focusing on only producing SWF workers at the moment - At least it'll be one promotion under a cohesive, modern look.

I'm pretty sure the surface settings were the same, that's why I asked, but it wouldn't be the first time that changing the engine results in your surface settings being warped completely.

Because the render engines render surfaces differently, you'll almost certainly have to change some settings when flicking between them to get a certain look. Lights, for example, can get an entirely different set of parameters depending on the render engine, IIRC, and overexposure tends to happen more often on iRay with lighting.

As you can see, there's a pretty significant change between the different rendering engines. Do I change some surface settings on iris, or what? <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/confused.png.d4a8e6b6eab0c67698b911fb041c0ed1.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> Currently I'm cutting parts from one to the other, but that's very time-consuming.

http://i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd364/Marginal0/TEW/wanda_notb2a.pnghttp://i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd364/Marginal0/TEW/wanda_notb2b.png

Can't really decide which style I like more. Still in the middle. (TEW pics in the bucket for those that want them)

Looks like a the first render is diffusing the light that hits the skin surface, making it look more like skin. The second reflects a lot of light off the skin, creating a plasticky look. If you can alter the subsurface scattering on the second, or reduce the specular/change the specular color to black, you might get a less plastic looking render. Also try maybe using a Deep Shadow Map and turn shadow settings on your lights to 100%. The first render looks much better though, IMO.

This would really fit well sitting beside the likes of the original Tamara McFly, April Appleseed, Raven Nightfall,Wanda Fish/Belle Bryden etc except the hair looks fuller/thick and her skin has more of a nice warm glow to it.

Good job.

Thanks! It's a pure coincidence that it fits in with the original renders to be honest! Its a shading/light set I'm using for another project I'm helping on at the moment (a quick look through my Photobucket album will give you a hint as to what that is)

They are absolutely atrocious. Maybe next gen they'll be able to make renders that look as good as these that can be processed in an actual video game.

Unlikely I'm afraid. One of these is essentially a frame, and can take anywhere between 1 and 10 minutes to render, while a game needs to render anywhere between 24 and 60 frames every second. Plus we aren't having to deal with topology, sculpting, texture painting and mapping etc. We're basically just using a fancier version of the Create a Wrestler tool with Daz.
