Stopped as a kid when Eddie died, he was my favorite and it sucked the wind out of me to find out it was real that way. Luckily wasn't watching for Benoit at that time, as I liked him, RVD, and Rey as well..
Started again with a recap of TNA Wrestling I accidentally caught on Spike TV. It was a year in review, I believe for 2009. AJ Styles on the next episode was the one to help hook me back into wrestling. The X-Division as well. Had me diving back into what is now my favorite obsession, learning as much as I could from history and the indies. Started playing E-Feds and the like.
Now, I play TEW religiously. Didn't watch much between 15-17, and had a lull when I originally started hanging out with my current lady, who know watches much more wrestling than she ever intended.

I just fired up a Ring of Honor game from 2004 and I'm having a blast playing as Bret Hart. Booking up-and-coming versions of Punk, Joe, AJ, and Bryan is a gas, and I've been able to add in some other guys who are fun, too.
Noticing we were light on top-end heels to start, I signed Sean Waltman. In hopes of using him to help make other guys, I searched and found Brodie Lee and Sheamus both had REALLY good long-term rolls, so I signed them up as his muscle and have been putting them over in early-card squash matches to give them exposure/experience. Waltman, unfortunately, had to be pushed a bit more than I'd have liked. I put him in a feud with Joe, who starts 2004 as the champ, and NOAH poached him a month into my game. Thankfully, I was able to have Joe drop the title to Waltman before he left, and I've got AJ ready to go for a main-event program that should give him a ton of shine.
I've got Punk and Bryan feuding over the Pure title, and America's Most Wanted have been brought in to be my tag champs. My upper-midcard has guys like Jerry Lynn, Christopher Daniels, and Low-Ki, and I've also signed Chris Hero, Claudio Castagnoli, and Frankie Kazarian, among others.
We're not making money hand over fist, but I'm having a blast playing this game through a few months. I can't wait to see how it plays out.
Knowing you, I'd love to see the full roster, friend.

I’m playing a current day game with WWE. I wanted to put the tag titles on Rey and Dominik at some point, but it turns out they have no chemistry in my game 😢.
I’m trying to decide whether to send Dominik down to NXT now, or to still give them a Wrestlemania match as a team just cause it’s cool and then send Dominik down afterwards.

Does the AI actively ask for trades that way? That would be awesome. I didn't get an alliance so far so no idea.
Anyhow, Fandango & Tyler Breeze seemed pretty happy lately about returning to NXT and were succesful doing so. You can argue NXT isn't a dev company (anymore) though. And I'm not reading insider news so they might've actually moaned about it. Also, they're not thàt popular... But you get the point. An attribute like that would be cool.
A lot of times, they will just straight up take your workers on Loan if their popularity makes them happy. Additionally, alliance champions will work everywhere else in the alliance, nonstop, while they still hold gold.

With Stevie being the one to introduce the Raven character, before their Tag Title reign, its going to be very fighting when these two start this feud. The build has been proper, great work.

I could always use jobbers, but more often than not, the guy I want to push is far from where I need them to be in stats. I'm a long-term game kind of guy, so I can wait and see their stats go up over 1-3 years time, and use them no big deal. Knowing I established them myself, or building the character from scratch, or getting over someone from real life who never made it.. all worth it.

Morgan is the realistic option, and would benefit greatly from this, but the fact that you're even toying with the idea of putting Nunzio over him means you should. Those opportunities in this game don't come by too often.
