Is there a way to set up companies in the Middle East? For example UAE, Israel? Jordan? I was trying to set up one to random debut in my save and couldn't figure a way to do so with the given options.

I'm in January 2008 in my save playing as a Aussie Company I made, and there is a TON of Mexican fighters to be had. Kind of annoying actually.
