    <p>Just started a Shimmer save (November 18) and things are going okay so far. I got us a ESPN television show in graveyard slot but I'm outperforming that deal....oh and this beauty of a gem just popped up in early January...so I'm fn thrilled!</p><p> </p><p>

    At the moment my roster costs are going through the rooftop. Is there any possibility to stop people asking me for pay rises? Are they stopping to ask when I usually decline those requests?

     

    If you decline them, they'll get mad. Usually annoyed, which lasts a while but doesn't do too much damage to your backstage chemistry. People won't ask for increased pay if you don't push them so hard. Most tend to take full advantage of increased spotlight, no matter their place on the card. It's really up to you whether they deserve the raise or not.

    <p>Is there any way to arrange for a company to book a tournament? During my save, the a.i. companies have no problem running tournaments on special occassions for awesome belts and trophies, but how do I go about establishing that for another company? </p><p> </p><p>

    If I wanted NXT to do a King of the Ring tournament for example...I'm not finding anything in the editor that would let me do so. I see that I can have the entire event be all tag, all 1v1, etc. but nothing regarding tournaments.</p>

    I typically plan out my events 4 months in advance but leave some titles up to the road agents whenever I don't mind a surprise. Especially with Royal Rumbles and Money in the Bank. I love that I instantly can start moving someone up the card or seeing a new champion at any given moment. Keeps things fresh.</p>
