If you have the game, feel free to try. Maybe make a new Database, and feel free to add the works in (Make their stats, and such) and when your done. Let me know.</p>

  7. So I decided, that I want to get a start on a mod early just as we are about to TEW2020, so by the time it has came out. Hopefully I can have this done and ready to go at the same time, using TEW16 to help make it. What's the mod about? I am a huge fan of Japanese pro wrestling, been watching it since 2012 and been watching as much of it as I can, and not just with New Japan, I've been watching promotions like Dragon Gate, Big Japan, NOAH. And as I got more and more into the Japanese scene, I've learnt that there is a whole lot of promotions, nearly over 100 active right now in Japan. So I decided I want to make a mod with all of the active promotions and wrestlers (or at least with as much as I can) all into one mod. What's with the Help Wanted? Well, for the past year I've been trying to combat this myself, trying to all the work myself. But I realised how much of a daunting task that is to do so, while I can do a whole lot and my knowledge of the wrestling scene in Japan is extensive, just a project as big as this. It's just simply better to find people interested in doing it with me. So for anyone this interests, feel free to comment on here or PM me. I would prefer people with a good amount of knowledge of the wrestling scene in Japan, and not just know a lot about New Japan, NOAH, All Japan etc. But have a somewhat of knowledge of the other promotions and indie scene. But if not, then anyone simply interested in helping out, and have some experience in modding would be good.
  8. I am stealing that idea. And all I ever do is make all of the promotions set to be active in the future, I make them active at the start of the game, as well as reactive some of the companies from the past. Also creating a promotion for the WWA guys. And making that entire thing into a NWA sort of deal.
  9. I just keep them, and book everything Dragon Gate style. Watch a bit of Dragon Gate, it will help you with understanding how to book WLW.

  11. Yep looks like it. I'm stoked about this, sorta hope some of the Product ideas get selected. So hopefully you can do a whole lot more.
  12. Backyard Wrestling - The idea of people playing "Pro Wrestler" mostly for people that aren't fully trained wrestlers, More interested in Hardcore, crazy spots. And no real wrestling involved Student Pro & Amateur Pro Wrestling - Very similar to the "Backyard Wrestling" this one is more done and seen in Japan, of University students and fans pro wrestling doing their own events, the only differences is they are more safe with it all. Rarely doing anything of danger. Grunge Risque - Very sleeze, dirty, gritty Adult entertainment, the sort that'd you see in the nightclub. Very focused on gimmicks with Risque/Sex Appeal with wrestling being used as a Backdrop. Underground Wrestling - "One rule of Underground Wrestling, no one talks of Underground Wrestling" mostly doing shows in basements or other grungy places, more focused on having a cult following. Very interested in doing Hardcore, deathmatch wrestling, with the idea of they can do what they want, and not interested in a TV Deal. ---- Hoping these will gain some interests. Hopefully I've explained them well, let me know if I haven't.
  13. Is it possible to have a worker limited to only wanting to work in their region? Sometimes due to that's how far they'd be willing to travel or just unable due to family/personal wrestling?
  14. Np, I've got a lot of knowledge when it comes to this, and Japanese Wrestling. It's been all I've been watching for the past couple of years.
  15. Kodo Fuyuki, Giant Baba and Jumbo Tsuruta vs. Harley Race and The Funk Brothers - Race and the Funks where hot in Japan, quite over at this point, they could use the win here. And with Fuyuki eating the Pin, he seems to be their Fall Guy for the night. Masanobu Fuchi and Mitsuharu Misawa vs. Bruiser Brody and Stan Hansen - Young Lion Misawa, has been eating the pin it seems from Brody & Hansen for most of the tour so far, so I don't see that changing. The Great Kabuki vs. Umanosuke Ueda - Kabuki was starting to shine real well at this point, could see him get a pin over Ueda here. Chavo Guerrero and Mil Mascaras vs. Atsushi Onita and Tarzan Goto - Onita and Goto were growing well at this point themselves as future AJPW Stars if they had stay there. Guerrero may eat the pin, depending if Mascaras has been an asshole to deal, and he wouldn't want to eat the pin. Motoshi Okuma vs. Ashura Hara - Okuma; Solid reliable for his time, but he was generally just an average worker. Ashura Hara, would benefit with a win from this.

Mainly because here in America all any fans talk about is New Japan. I have always wondered what happened to All-Japan and why they do not have a market outside of Japan.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Unfortunately they've been on the receving end of every shitty thing happening to them, mainly the many of splinters that had came out of that promotion. SWS in the 1990s. With Genchiro Tenryu going, who was going to be one of their top guys. And ofcourse the NOAH situation, Mitsuharu Misawa formed a new promotion in Pro Wrestling NOAH on August 2000.</p><p> </p><p> Taking pretty much most of the AJPW's roster at that time with them. (Although there were few that stuck with AJPW). Keiji Mutoh came in for the 2000s. Nearly afterwards jumping ship from NJPW, and became the owner of AJPW. Mutoh.. loved his American Wrestling, who spent most of his excursions in WCW.</p><p> </p><p> Which turned AJPW into the "Pro Wrestling Love era." Which did more damage than good for AJPW. AJPW was a very traditional company in the way a Japanese company was. It was different from the Strong Style/MMA influenced promotion NJPW. So having the Americanised-Entertainment value in AJPW didn't sit well with the AJPW diehards.</p><p> </p><p> Infact during throughout the 2000s the top promotion was neither All Japan or New Japan. It was NOAH, they simply had the better wrestlers, better matches and storylines that the fans loved to watch. Thanks to Kobashi and Misawa.</p><p> </p><p> AJPW, while still in the game right now. But is now ran by Jun Akiyama, after Keiji Mutoh left due to a dispute taking half of then AJPW roster in 2014 to create WRESTLE-1. So it's been at the receiving end over the two Splinters.</p><p> </p><p> It's a shell of it's former glory, and I don't it ever seeing it regain it's popularity of what is was in the 90s. But they are slowly regaining their steps with their new Ace in Kento Miyahara, who has been helping bringing them back to be able to have very good audience attendance in the Korakuen Hall.</p>
  17. Question, does anyone know if there is any 2010 Real Life Mods on here? looking to do a save with it.

Can't wait for more.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Glad to know people found it interesting, I'd thought it'd be cool to try something different rather than go with something like WWE or NJPW. Try a smaller lesser known company in Japan. Osaka Pro, became the perfect company for me to use</p>
  19. Press Conference: Before we head the month of July, there's a lot of what is needed to get through as we start this resonances of Osaka Pro, leaded by the new owner of Akira Kanagi. We are here At Niconico studios, who had allowed use their studio for our Press Conference, but now on to Kanagi. Allowing him to explain everything new going on with Osaka
  20. The Osaka Pro is a mixture of young wrestlers willing to be affiliated with us and a mixture of freelancers here in Osaka. Osaka Pro Roster: Kushikatsu Oyaji Kaiju New World Caramel Boy Okonomiyakida Golden Dragon Night Scooper Hiroshi Tigers Mask II Robby Wolf Gamma Kuishinbo Kamen Kikutaro Miracle Man Freelancers: Tsubasa Takoyakida Ultimate Spider Jr. Magnitude Kishiwada HUB Billy Ken Kid Kanjyouro Matsuyama Masamune Kyusei Ninja Ranmaru Championships: Osaka Openweight Championship: Tsubasa Osaka Tag Team Championship: Gamma & Super Delfin Osaka Owarai Championship: Miracle Man Tournaments: Osaka Tag Festival (February) Tenozon (December)
  21. Nowadays promotions like New Japan Pro Wrestling, DDT Pro, Dragon Gate, All Japan Pro Wrestling, NOAH etc. But once upon a time there was a small company that eventually gain it's own cult following (and popular enough for New Japan to allow them to hold their Super-J Cup Tournament.) While it never became big named promotion, it became just like Michinoku Pro a classical regional/small sized promotion who always managed to stick around. Especially for a company like Osaka Pro that has had it's own fair share of troubles. A promotion that started with the likes of Super Delfin, Dick Togo, Super Dolphin (HUB), Fightful Joe, who would later become Gamma of Dragon Gate, Big Boss MA-G-MA who is now known by the name of Magnitude Kishiwada, Tigers Mask, Daisuke Harada, Zeus. To Name a few. It has now changed quite a lot, do to all of the unfortunate circumstances that have come with it. Now almost in it's dying days, Gamma deciding he didn't want to see a promotion that he had called home for many years go to the waste bin, decided to inject it with some of his own money. So now today it is still alive, with an irregular schedule but at least it is still about to have shows for all of the fans that stuck by it through it's rough tenure. With a mixture of freelance Osaka Talent that decided they wanted to help too, with able to find some brand new masked talent along the way that would love nothing more than to grow up as a Osaka Pro hopeful. But now by the a man named Akira Kanagi who is a leader of a large IT company in Osaka Pro, has some money to spare. Deciding to buy the Osaka Pro brand giving them some money to, so they can have more shows throughout the year. But still will leave the big decisions up to Gamma to book to promotion while he hangs back and watches from the side ready to help it financially. ---- Time for something new to do on this forum, while everyone loves Real Life promotions like WWE or New Japan. I wanted to challenge myself to something different and a smaller show to see if I have a chance on bringing back to what was it's former glory. I hope this does interests a lot of people.
  22. As anyone ever tried running a save having a promotion having no Product Appeal?
  23. Antonio Inoki would be the best choice, They were pretty much rivals with each other in JWA. Both trainees of Rikidozan
