You can't push everyone at the same time. You need to identify the workers who have a future in your company and give them wins against people of similar stature, put them in angles and storylines with more popular workers who make up for their deficiencies (such as pairing them with someone with strong mic skills if theirs are weak, or vice versa), and then build them over time. Some workers are just going to end up as jobbers, and there's not much you can do about it. You have to book someone with purpose to get them over and increase their momentum, and that's not possible with everyone on the roster.

It depends on what kind of worker you're looking for, but Basics, Psychology and Selling are good places to start. From there, Star Quality is important if you're looking for someone to get over more easily, and then Brawling, Technical, etc. depending on the "style" of worker you're looking for.

Just curious about a couple things regarding title levels. I'm guessing "primary" is like a main event level "World" or "Universal" title and "secondary" titles are like midcard titles, but what does "floating" and "tertiary" mean?

So I see that most companies do not have women's wrestling enabled. Have you simmed many years out to see if they eventually add women's wrestling? Or is that something that can be edited in the database mid-game?
