Having won their respective groups Brandi Alexander and Paty Rey were given the easier of the opening matches against Chikako Shiratori and Marcela, who both placed last. The remaining matches would be Rie Tamada vs La Practicante and Candy Okutsu vs Brittany Diamond.

Meanwhile in the main roster Klondyke Kate began her title reign with a defense against Gaby Laillee. However, at the following show Nicky Monroe took the title to become the companies 2nd champion and then retained the belt defeating Velvet Monroe in what was the best match to date at MLWL.

December 1993 - MLWL Road to Homecoming

The Rising Star Tournament was won by Brandi Alexander after she defeated Marcela in the final. She books her place in the fatal fourway and will be joined by Tracey Kemp, Saraya Knight and Tasha Simone at MLWL Homecoming where one of them will walk away the champion. Elsewhere in the tournament Candy Okutsu defeated La Practicante to finish 3rd. Despite a poor showing in the tournament La Practicante turned heads with her performance and with a bit more experience under her belt, no doubt she will get a title opportunity soon.

Nicky Monroe continued to dominate the MLWL Championship defeating Molly McShane, Tracey Kemp and Hikari Fukuoka to extend her championship run. Klondyke Kate began her charge up the ladder, swatting aside those who stood before her to set up a mouth watering rematch at Homecoming for the title.

  3. January 1993 - MLWL Homecoming

It has been 1 year since Princess Paula has returned to the UK and found Manchester Ladies Wrestling League. Last night at St. George's Hall after a year of tight competition the inaugural MLWL Champion was crowned. Following the retirement of Bella Ogulana MLWL was down to 15 competitors, however original signee Julie Starr announced her return to competition to fill the roster back to 16. The top two ranked wrestlers from the previous year would compete in the championship match. While 3rd and 4th would battle it out to become next in line for a title shot. All other wrestlers were open to challenge another wrestler to take their spot on the ladder.

    Klondyke Kate (2) vs Tracey Kemp (1)- 15:30  - Rating 41

After the signings were announced for the first season of MLWL, Klondyke Kate was the early frontrunner to claim the title. However in a thrilling match in October, Manchester local Tracey Kemp managed to upset the odds by beating Kate and claim the number 1 seed. MLWL Homecoming saw the rematch, but this time much more was at stake. The winner would be crowned the first ever MLWL Champion.

Tracey started the match trying to use her speed to overcome the significant weight difference, just like she did previously in the year. The early goings looked good for the local hero, as the crowd rallied behind her. However Kate had learned from the previous meeting and was merely toying with her opponent, waiting for Kemp to run out of steam. As fatigue began to set in for Kemp, Kate pounced on a mistake and used her considerable power to throw Tracey around the ring. Her strength proved to be too much for Tracey to handle. Klondyke Kate scoops Kemp one more time off the mat and slams her down hard and goes for the cover.

    The Future of MLWL

MLWL has been running for just 1 year but it has been quite a successful year. Attendances have doubled since the first show and MLWL has grown in size. That is why Paula Valdez is happy to announce a new championship; MLWL Rising Star. This championship is open to wrestlers that are 24 years old or younger on the first of January each year. To coincide with the announcement MLWL have also scouted the world for the next up and coming talent. This has resulted in the signing of 8 new wrestlers to MLWL.

These 8 new wrestlers will compete in a randomly drawn group stage to determine the bracket for a single elimination tournament. The winner will join the top 3 ranked wrestlers that are eligible for the MLWL Rising Star title at MLWL Homecoming II in a fatal fourway for the title. MLWL Rising will also look to develop the brands popularity around The UK with shows to be held in Aberdeen, Brighton, St. Ives and Aberdare. With the additional workload Max Ward has also been recruited to the staff and will act as referee.

    MLWL Championship Ladder

The contenders for the MLWL Championship will now be determined by a wrestlers placement on the Championship Ladder. The ladder works as follows.

    • There are 5 tiers on the ladder.
    • The first tier is the #1 contender and has only one competitor, each tier increases in size by 1.
    • Competitors may only challenge someone in their tier or the tier directly above them.
    • Competitors are not allowed decline a challenge and must defend their position on the ladder.
    • Following a match the competitors may swap position on the ladder with the winner taking the higher rank.
    • If a wrestler is injured they will be removed from the ladder but their position will be protected, upon returning to active competition they may challenge anyone up to their protected rank. If they lose the challenge they must move to the bottom of the ladder.

  7. January 1992 - Manchester Ladies Wrestling League is Founded

    MLWLLogo1.png.91706d4daf3b5bbe64ac7eee91fb9225.png

In 1992 women's wrestling was in the doldrums. It has been 2 years since GLOW was cancelled and WWF deactivated the women's title. All Japan Women's Pro Wrestling and Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libra were the flag bearers for women's wrestling at the time. Paula Valdez, better known perhaps for her time as Fit Finlays manager, has recently moved backed to her hometown of Manchester with the goal of revolutionising women's wrestling. That is why she has set up the Manchester Ladies Wrestling League, a competitive wrestling league where 16 women will compete to be crowned the first MLWL Champion.

The Manchester Ladies Wrestling League will work as follows. There will be four groups of four wrestlers, they will face off in a round robin competition. The winner of each group will move onto another round robin where first and second of this group will fight it out for the title. There will also be seeding groups with second, third and fourth place of the opening groups. This will determine the final standings of all competitors. A random draw was made to determine the following opening groups.

Hello everyone and welcome to the first ever PCW event! I want to find the very best wrestler Ireland has to offer. I announced The Fionn mac Cumhaill tournament a few weeks ago with the goal of crowning The High King of Ireland. I got 100s of applicants but 16 men impressed me and over the next few months they will have to prove themselves worthy of a place in the tournament and in PCW.

These 16 men will compete in a Swiss format competition to qualify for The Fionn mac Cumhaill tournament. Any competitor who wins 3 matches will book their place. However, any man who loses 3 matches will have their contract with PCW terminated.

Tonight I have put together a number of great matches. So lets start the show with the first match featuring The Next Big Thing Darren Kearney vs The Big Ticket Gavin Fitz!

Some housekeeping notes before I start

    • This save is using the Real World: January 2024 mod by TheWho87 as it has a lot of Irish talent
    • Any graphics like posters, title belts, etc. will be designed using Bing AI
    • Currently I have free time and will try to update around 3 days a week
    • I have started with 0 Popularity and will try to grow the company to as big as possible
    • The Company is based in Ireland
    • I added Pierce Brosnan to the database with a high entertainment skills and charisma
    • The Company product is Competitive Entertainment with a loose Face/Heel divide and no women's division (yet)
  16. So I was doing a save but I got fired because of not abiding by some goals. I was enjoying where the company was going so I am going to redo it all over again with some small changes here and there. The first change is who is running the company. (Any graphics or whatever I will use will be made via AI)

Would those OTT title changess be the ones from this month, if so I go through all the title changes listed on Cagematch the day before release, I'd rather do them all in one go than change them as they happen, it's less confusing.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> ok that's cool thanks also yeah I wasn't sure, sometimes I have problems with pic packs and things. Yeah the ott title changes happened recently but that makes sense, they also announced on Sunday that the NLW title will now be like a lower midcard title for the Irish wrestlers. I would say Debbie Keitel, Darren Kearney (just came back last month after training with lance storm) and Raven Creed could be considered for adding, plus team p.rick as managers for Angel Cruz.</p><p> </p><p> Haha yeah I know he is just reporting news, I just found it a little funny, I only noticed now that I mixed up her two names too lol</p>

The game will randomly use one of the images in that folder when you advance to a new day.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> What do the non-wrestlers do? Will they be randomly picked for new workers or something?</p><p> </p><p> BTW I am a big OTT fan so I downloaded your mod mostly for that company only. A few people are missing pictures. Is that from my end or not? Also there is a couple of title changes and a few others that could be added to the roster. I can help you with the info for whatever you need, I just don't know what you would need <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p> Also kd you seem obssessed with billie mckays boobs</p>

  20. <p>I am having this weird issue where the pics I use for my characters in my mod don't show when they are on the roster screen of the company (except 3 of them for some reason) but when I go to the worker page or to the list of all workers available then it is there.</p><p> </p><p>

Anyone ever come across this before or know what the issue could be?</p>

  21. Had just started running a local Irish Fed with a very small roster, just 3 males and 3 females and was using local talent and one off contracts to get everyone over and building to a big live event where Mark Andrews, Chuck Taylor and Kenny King would contend in a triple threat for the title. I had a tournament for the title with Andrews beating Damien Sandow and Taylor beating Magnus and Kenny was pissed for being left out of the tournament and interrupted the title match laying both guys out and setting up the triple threat. However he had previously started a fight with the CEO of the company and I had disciplined him for it and he was unhappy. He kept on getting into trouble before shows but I just gave him warnings and thought only 2 more shows and then I can bury him in the title match and then fire him. Middle of nowhere the dude just ups and quits. SOOOO annoyed at him right now..
