I formed a new company with monthly shows. Whenever I suggest a turn I am always told that it is too soon since their last turn. Any idea on how long that I have to wait until a worker is amenable to a turn?

So I have a worker who has the trait 100%babyface. I hired her and did not realize at the time that she had that trait so I hired her as a heel. Her gimmick has actually gotten a great rating and she is improving at it and being a heel. So I have the chance to turn her face now and am considering it, but my question is, if she is doing well as a heel, is there a reasonable chance that she may be able to get rid of the 100%babyface trait? I ask because she still gets marked down in every match or angle. Just want to know if I should just turn her face or hold out hope that her great performances might allow her to be a heel? Thanks in advance.

After downloading the latest patch, whenever I click on another company's roster it shows as empty. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it a glitch or just a setting that I need to change? If anyone can advise it would be appreciated. (I primarily like to look at face/heel alignments of other companies) Thanks in advance.
