And how do people tend to go about writing their dynasties?

I've started writing my first diary last week, it's been a lot of fun. I'm still finding a format I like and don't have much community interaction yet, but it's been a blast.

I write my posts in Evernote. This is like a cloud-based notebook and is fantastic for a variety of things, including this. In this app, I simply write the shows without formatting and it's a multi-level process for me. I may open a notebook page for "WCW Saturday Night" and simply outline a show. "Arn Anderson opens the show with an in-ring promo" and "Arn Anderson vs. Sting" on the next line, for example. I'll add a small note after each segment on how long I want it to be, so I know where I am for the event's time limits.

Then, I'll go back through and write out each segment in more depth. I've just recently started to get into more dialog with the promos and commentary. Then, I run the show in TEW and log the ratings for each segment, then copy/paste and format here in the forums.

Hope you're having fun!
