2.
End of July 2006 and pulled the trigger on Mark Henry as the World Heavyweight Champion as Taker can't perform regularly.

Unfortunately the main event scene on SmackDown is under heavy development. Henry is passable, and over. But i've hit a wall with Edge, Lesner and Batista creatively. Im running a story with Batista where he refuses to fight without the right payday. Almost like Lesner today, but with more regular appearances. Edge is the Ultimate Opportunist.. but there doesn't seem to be any opportunities for him to take. Lesner i have no idea what to do with.

Waiting in the wings are a huge amount of future stars but they just dont have the development or tenure behind them to justify a main event push.

Shelton Benjamin (IC Champion & Mr Money in the Bank), CM Punk (Cruiserweight Champ), Dolph Ziggler, Daivari and Ken Kennedy are all absolutely killing it in the upper midcard (my cruiserweight title is almost as prestigious as the World Title).

The tag team division is also going through a rebuild as Tatanka & Matt Hardy have split (a thrown together team that caught fire) have split, MNM have not much creatively going for them, Benoit and Rhino are the current champs running a disfunctional team story opposite Paul Burchill & William Regal. Londrick, Basham Brothers and Hart Dynasty are all doing quite well for themselves in the lowercard too, ready to start being moved up.

That is my state of SmackDown currently. If anyone can throw some inspiration my way i'd appreciate it.

Other notable names on the brand are Christian, Gregory Helms and Randy Orton.

The only exception to this is pay-per-view buy rates - running multiple pay-per-views in a short space of time will cause the buy rates to drop."

Is that specific to PPVs? if you have a subscription network can you run as many events as you want without negative effects?

  6.
One week before Survivor Series 1995

WWF Heavyweight: Bret Hart , won from Diesel at IYH October

WWF Intercontinental: Goldust, Won from Ahmed Johnson on RAW in September

WWF European: HHH, won from British Bulldog on RAW in October

WWF Tag Team: Kane & Sycho Sid, won from Smoking Gunns on RAW in November

(Kane debuted 2 weeks prior, helping Sycho Sid beat Undertaker in a casket match, they are both now managed by Ted DiBiase)

WWF Woman's: Bull Nakano, won from Alundra Blayze at IYH September

  7.
Just finished my first year 2001. WCW just released a dozen people and i have snapped them right up and created a brand split (With the story being Stephanie and Shane fighting over control of the WWE ending in a stalemate)

The road to Wrestlemania 18 has begun with the planned card being:

Eddie Guerrero vs Matt Hardy vs RVD vs D-Von Dudley vs Rhyno vs Regal (First ever MITB)

    Undertaker vs Kane

CM Punk © vs Raven (Euro Title)

Trish Stratus © vs Manami Toyota (Women's Title)

Kurt Angle (Heel) vs Edge (Face)

Christian & Chris Jericho © vs Billy Gunn & Dean Malenko (SD Tag Title match, this will probably change, SmackDown has a weak tag division right now)

Lita © vs Daffney (Femme Fatale Title)

Brock Lesner (IC Champ) vs Chris Benoit (WWE Global Champion) (match is for both titles)

Steve Austin vs HHH © (WWE Heavyweight Title)

I genuinely have nothing for The Rock, i may put him into Lesner vs Benoit , but i doubt he would be willing to lose the match, and i am committed to Lesner going over.

  8. Hello! Just want to say that this game is awesome! Loving the story,

and the creator put so much thought into this game!

The question I have is that I am on a trial account, when I buy the full version will I be able to continue on the same file?

Is regeneration enabled a good thing? It seems kind of creepy, but I left it alone because I didn't know if it would help or hinder later on.

Should I upgrade all the music, production, etc to my rivals top level?

What gimmick is the ''John Cena'' one? I was thinking the one that says no gimmick.

Does this game have an ending or does it keep continuing?

Whats some general advice that I should know??

Thanks guys!!!!! I am one of you now!!! Hooked!

You will keep your save and everything when you upgrade

Regens are basically up to you as to whether you want them. pretty sure you can get by with just new workers generated normally (someone probably can talk more about this than me though)

You want your production values to at least match your rivals, otherwise you will get penalized. If yours are higher they will get penalties.

the standard John Cena would probably be old school face, clean cut babyface, something like that. Although nowadays something like a gatekeeper or veteran would be more accurate.

The game will never end, workers will keep being generated to populate your world when older people pass away. A save will keep going for as long as you want to play it.

There is a thread somewhere that has a beginners guide or something like that. A more veteran member of the forum will probably know where to find it, unfortunately i don't know where.

  9.
With the Rocky refusing to turn heel, and Vince pinging for drugs, my second major fall storyline (Shane vs Vince) has well.. fallen to pieces. Deciding to run Rock vs Austin through Summerslam, then just a standard Survivor Series, while pushing Edge to the Main Event, Edge is my project until Mania now, hopefully push him up to a 2002 rumble win and Mania main event, with Rock or Angle vs Austin as my backup plan.

This save is forcing me to flex as much on the fly booking and writing as i can muster. Luckily my other projects are getting successful

Lesner is ready for his IC title push after only 1 month. (Pop 26 up to 45). Val Venis (Now Vincent Morley) will be the one to do the honors after i successfully reinvented him. I'll be testing the waters with Morley in the main event next year, for now he will be a staple in the upper midcard.

The Dudleyz heel turn and title win went perfectly, setting up a potential main event push for Bubba Ray, he's been pulling out performances never lower than 80 with room for improvement.

Trish/Lita are the cornerstone of a fledgeling women's division, this is still a work in progress but these two arent doing too badly.

Punk has been doing nothing much on pre shows and B Shows, but i have decided to have him feud with Kane, who is doing nothing much at the top of the card. Punk will never be able to get a win but im hoping just the interaction with the top will trigger the same sort of rise Lesner has been having. I will be bringing Mark Henry and Batista up from development to flank Punk

    Current Summerslam card:

    Benoit vs Jericho

    Mark Henry vs Kane

Kurt Angle vs HHH (Supporting characters in Rock vs Austin)

Edge vs Christian (TLC Match for Euro title)

Matt Hardy/RVD vs The Dudleyz (Tag Title Match)

Brock Lesner vs Vincent Morley (IC Title Match)

Trish Stratus vs Lita (Women's Title match)

The Rock vs Steve Austin (World Title Match)

  10.
Due to drugs/alcohol putting an end to the Hardcore Invasion i would have run through to the end of 2001 , i had to use KOTR in June to plant the seeds for sides in my new plan. McMahon vs McMahon for the last time, get that out of the way. Shane as a face taking over the WWE from a heel McMahon

I had Christian turn on Edge one day earlier than real life, although fitting the same circumstances. Leaving an Edge vs Christian feud

The Dudleyz started their lean towards heel status , beginning to push around Spike, while the Hardyz are now the no.1 Face tag team, in what will be the last time these teams feud for the foreseeable future.

I have finally balanced my main event the way i want it, with Undertaker (face) indicating his loyalty to Shane after a few weeks of teasing it, Kurt already turned on Vince to become face after he was put 3rd behind the two man power trip in Vince's mind.

So as things shake out right now

    Shane's camp:

    The Undertaker (WWF Champion)

The Rock (returning in two weeks)

    Kurt Angle

    Edge

    The Hardyz

Vincent Morley (Val Venis, the IC Champion)

    Lita

    The New-ish Corporation:

    Steve Austin

    Triple H

    Chris Jericho

    Christian

    The Dudleyz

    William Regal

    Trish Stratus

At some point Brock Lesner will push into the story, as i want Heyman involved as some kind of neutral party, possibly with Tommy Dreamer & Sabu (the only guys from my planned hardcore faction not suspended or in rehab) although he won't be featured (he is busy killing all of my lower card workers i don't plan on keeping)
