I think Training Facilities could benefit a lot if they had attributes just like Teams do in WMMA5. I think it would definitely help longer term saves when the game starts to become filled with newly generated workers as it would make them feel more realistic and alive just like the not generated workers. Obviously this isn't something that could just be added for this game but it would be good the next TEW.
Some of the attributes I thought of were: The Training Facility only produces graduates of a certain style (regular, entertainer, etc.) The Training Facility is more likely to produce graduates of a certain style (regular, entertainer, etc.) The Training Facility does not produce graduates of a certain style (regular, entertainer, etc.) More likely to produce graduates with lower physical health and injury attributes (History of concussions, Troublesome Neck, etc.) The Training Facility only produces graduates every other year, but graduates tend to be better trained because of this. Graduates more likely to have a protege or positive relationship with Training School owner. Graduates more likely to have a positive relationship with other graduates of the same year. Graduates more likely to have a negative relationship with other graduates of the same year.
I have a lot more written down but probably not worth typing them all up right now for something that can't be added straight away like the rest of the suggestions. Either way, I love the addition of attributes and hope they get added for Training Facilities and Companies for the next version of TEW.
