My momentum is low since I'm a brand new company, but does that mean as it grows bigger will my popularity start growing faster, kind of like a snowball effect?</p><p> </p><p> Just so it's known, I'm not saying anything is wrong with the game here, just trying to see what to watch for so I understand it better.</p>
  3. No I get that, but after two shows like that my popularity should go up at least a point? In 16 after a couple shows like that with a tiny company, you would see a couple points grow in both pop. and size. At this rate it would take forever to grow a new company.
  4. So I started a new game with a brand new company in Alberta, Canada. My company's popularity there is 10 and I've ran two shows which have scored 35 and 39. Says I'm gaining popularity in the area but hasn't moved from 10. This a bug or do I need even better shows to move the needle?

Been simming one day at a time to draw it out</p>
  6. On Friday I posted in tech support about a bug involving workers names. Even after changing my workers names and them being right in the roster and booker screens, it would revert back to the workers original names in match results and history. I posted pictures to prove the issue and someone else even posted agreeing it was an issue. Well the post has since been deleted from tech support and there’s nothing posted regarding a fix in the patch notes. As I can’t play for awhile can anyone say if this has been fixed or explain to me why my post was deleted without any response??? Thanks
  7. I've enjoyed the trial and I feel like this could be a very good game, but I'm sad to say, it's not looking like a day 1 purchase any more. With that said, I will most likely buy the game at some point as I love the series, but I'll be watching the tech support thread closely to see what bugs and glitches are fixed before I do.
  8. I started my own promotion then signed some workers and changed their names and gimmicks. I booked my first show and despite the fact my names were all right on the roster page, the booking page, etc.....the show results showed everyone's original names??? Anyone else have this happen?

  10. Have only tinkered with it for a little while now. Created a new worker then created my own promotion. The UI does take some getting used to and at times there are a lot of buttons on the screen at once. With that said, I actually don't think it's that bad and after a few days playing the game, I will be more than used to it and will be able to navigate quicker as I'll remember where certain buttons are. I think playing WMMA 5 before this, helped me adjust to the UI a little easier. So far if there's one thing I could ask for, it's that scrolling be enabled on all lists. Using the up and down arrows gets old real quick. Other than that, great job Adam and team and I look forward to wasting many hours with TEW 2020. Thanks again.
  11. Local to Global game in the Cornellverse. I have always played using mods but figure this is a great time to dive in and learn all about the Cornellverse. Wish there was a way to read about the history up till now....
  12. <p>I'm currently playing the 1987 Golden Age mod and am just over 7 years into my game.</p><p> </p><p> My avatar is Paul Heyman and my story is that a group of secret investors hired Heyman to create Ring of Honor (just liked ROH's logo and titles, so decided to delete ROH from the database and start from scratch).</p><p> </p><p> I held a massive "Survival of the Fittest" G1 style tournament to crown the first ever ROH Champion which ended up being Larry Zbyszko. Over time I introduced the ROH Pure and Tag Team titles along with the "Honor Rumble" and "Tag Wars" tournament.</p><p> </p><p> In 1992, NJPW closed due to financial issues and it kind of bummed me out as I'm a huge fan of NJPW, so I decided to purchase the IWGP Heavyweight and Tag Team titles and create a second "NJPW" brand. I hold all of their shows in Japan and the roster is 95% Japanese wrestlers. Right now Kenta Kobashi is the IWGP Heavyweight Champion while Jushin Liger is the IWGP Intercontinetal Champion and The Steiner Brothers are the IWGP Tag Team Champions. I also hold the New Japan Cup tournament each year.</p><p> </p><p> My event schedule rotates between the ROH brand and NJPW brand with both brands having a one hour show each week and alternating PPV's each month, but I do have 4 PPV's each year featuring both brands.</p><p> </p><p> I'm now the #1 promotion in the world with WWF and WCW being my closest competition. WWF is really close to becoming National but pretty sure they will fall quickly as my star power is much better.</p>
