  1. <p>Annoyed with myself for missing the predictions, but the show turned out to be great! Another solid building block for Bret's new WCW, just wanted to leave a few comments. </p><p> </p><p>

I like that Scott Steiner was kept strong, as WCW was pushing him as the top guy near the end. I am hoping for him to say more ridiculously outrageous things, such as the classic "Do you want to be mesmermized by the physical phenomenon?" </p><p> </p><p>

The Punk push is very nice as well, it's cool to see him getting good grades this early in his career. The new guard is slowly building momentum, with AJ about to join up with Stacy Keibler, Corino cutting some awesome promos, Booker, Storm and Rey at the top of the card, and even Chris Candido getting some promo time. </p><p> </p><p>

Another small adjustment I enjoy is Bobby Heenan playing the Gene Okerlund role. Considering in real life, Heenan was more than fed up with the WCW environment (and working with Schiavone), it makes sense that changing up his duties could possibly re-energize him. He would also be a natural at the position with his quick wit. </p><p> </p><p>

The James Hill Easter Egg was something that I very much enjoyed. I'm wondering if this was just a small reference to your previous dynasty, or are you going to use The Golden Age as part of this diary's history? </p><p> </p><p>

Also, one other quick question: Do you have a figurehead, or are you still trying to find someone that fits the build? </p><p> </p><p>

Keep up the good work! I'll definitely be posting for the next prediction contest.</p>

  2. <p>I absolutely love this idea for a diary! Considering that Bret Hart is one of my personal all-time favorites, and taking into account his opinionated stances on today's wrestling, I've often wondered how a promotion run by Bret would look. (He did have the book for Stampede during parts of the late 70s/early 80s, but wrestling has changed so much since then.) </p><p> </p><p>

You bring in extremely high standards as a result of your ROH thread and the Golden Age, and I am sure you will meet them. Very excited to be following! </p><p> </p><p>

    Fan Scorecard:</p><p> </p><p>

United States Heavyweight Championship Tournament Finals: Rey Misterio Jr. vs. <strong>Lance Storm</strong></p><p>

<em>It could go either way, but most of your champions are face, so a heel winning would change things up.</em></p><p> </p><p>

World Tag Team Championship: Totally Buffed vs. <strong>Natural Born Thrillers {©}</strong></p><p>

<em>No doubt here, Lex and Buff aren't good enough in the ring, and NBT have potential.</em></p><p> </p><p>

Cruiserweight Championship: <strong>Chavo Guerrero Jr.</strong> vs. Shane Helms {©}</p><p>

    <em>This is a toss-up.</em></p><p> </p><p>

    <strong>Sting</strong> vs. Ric Flair</p><p>

<em>I was considering going with Flair, but since he is on terminal time decline, and considering the real life beef between Bret and Ric, I have to go with the Stinger here.</em></p><p> </p><p>

    Diamond Dallas Page vs. <strong>Kanyon</strong></p><p>

<em>Another toss-up, but poor Kanyon was underrated his entire career.</em></p><p> </p><p>

    Dustin Rhodes vs. <strong>Shane Douglas</strong></p><p>

    <em>Franchise evens the score.</em></p><p> </p><p>

Hugh Morrus and Konnan vs. <strong>The Steiner Brothers</strong></p><p>

    <em>KEEP BIG POPPA PUMP STRONG</em></p><p> </p><p>

    Alex Wright vs. <strong>Fit Finlay</strong></p><p>

<em>Finlay seems to have gotten good match ratings so far.</em></p><p> </p><p>

What will be match of the night?</p><p>

<em>Would have picked Sting vs. Flair, but due to time decline on Flair's part, I will say Storm vs. Rey will edge them out.</em></p><p> </p><p>

There will be two new signings making their first appearances on this show. Name them. (1 point each)</p><p>

<em><strong>Steve Corino</strong></em><em> can come in as a good mid card heel, and </em><em><strong>Rob Van Dam</strong></em><em> would be a heck of a debut as well.</em></p>

  3. SNME 23. I don't really mind doing non finishes on some SNME matches.

Kimberly Page proving she has brain and beauty. Adrenaline regain the tag team titles from The Outsiders in a strap match.

Kimberly left with The Kliq several weeks ago, but this was only after Adrenaline had lost and she never helped The Outsiders win. I don't make my babyfaces look totally stupid, not most of the time. :p Anyway, Kimberly came out and distracted Diesel, allowing the future King Erik? to get the win and begin their second reign as tag team champions. They are definitely going to get a run this time.

Stone Cold Steve Austin defeated Triple H by dq. Lame finish indeed. This must continue.

Bret and Owen Hart defeat Shawn Michaels and Kid in the main event. Yes, not such a great night for the Kliq. Is this my attempts at Kliq sabotage? No comment. Nah, it just has to be done this way. Not a chance I'm having Austin lose twice in a row, especially not to Hunter, even if his charisma has now jumped to 93. lol Crazy. Mic still lagging behind at 74.

Still not sure how to end the Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart match at King of the ring..

Crush made the biggest mistake of his life. He interfered in a Frank Castle match. Castle was challenging Raven in a heel vs heel tv title match. Crush came out while Castle was outside the ring and it caused Castle to be counted out. Castle is going to haunt his dreams and his nightmares. No plans to turn Castle. Just keep doing what you're doing.

Raven finds this all hilarious. I'm having fun booking Raven. He disbanded the Flock for reasons that have yet to become clear. In other words, I don't have a clue. And why does Crush randomly get involved? Find out soon.

I got The Undertaker away from Castle by putting him into a feud with Mankind. Yes, another year earlier. Undertaker was out doing a promo with Bearer and Mankind was disguised as a camera man. Undertaker took camera to face, a running elbow dive and then a mandible claw. Started off the right way.

Helms and the Hardyz scored the upset over Scott Steiner, Mr. Perfect and Otis Apollo. Helms pinned Apollo. After the match, Steiner made Apollo get down and give him 20. Perfect is jack of all feuds now. Need a guy for a match, what is Perfect doing?

Rob Van Dam retained the Junior Heavyweight title against 2 Cold Scorpio. RVD is now a full on cocky mofo.. His weed does stink. As it should.

Brian Pillman takes a two month vacation and he will return as a babyface. Maybe.

Neo defeated the Warlord by dq. This also must continue. Warlord put those Neo 100 selling skills to the test after the match. Furious for taking the loss. Honey, I don't care. And you have earned this defeat. The Warlord of all people, he would be the one to cut shoot promo that nobody understands. You really think I'm going to let you away with that? X

He should be grateful he gets a feud like this to help establish Neo. Think of the future. As long as he doesn't hurt him. Just now picturing getting a broken neck message after the match, leading to a retirement of the greatest prospect in wrestling.

*edit* Bret has taken Neo under his wing as well.

So many Japanese wrestlers gone in this game due to injury. Mutoh, Ultimo Dragon, etc.

Rey Mysterio Jr. defeated Juventud, but did he grab the tights? Questions will be asked. Juventud has been the nemesis of Rey for ages now. They've exchanged wins and losses. Does this prove that Juventud is finally getting to Rey? Only time will tell.

Bret Hart took Christian under his wing. I'm happy about this. Edge and Christian defeated Too Cool in the opener. Speaking of Bret, he had a great 89 with Diesel on Raw. Proud of them. I do know they had good matches in real life. Diesel, the truck stops here! Getting this rating not long after Diesel signed for me and his ratings stink. Fair play to them. Rare that I see an A rating for matches that last that long (14minutes)

Dean Malenko was granted a release. Probably the right time since I had nothing for him recently. Haven't really done anything since his feud with Raven.

First off, your game is extremely entertaining to read about. The way you've hung with the loss of big stars and managed to create new ones is perfect for the WWF in this era.

Since you weren't sure what you wanted to do with Bret/Shawn at King of the Ring, I wanted to run something by you. It depends on whether you are running the whole King of the Ring tourney in one night or just the semifinals and finals on the actual PPV. You could lift the finish from Bret/Davey Boy at Summerslam 92. Have Bret and Shawn wrestle a good 35-40 minutes with a slow build in the main event (I'm guessing they have the stamina and psychology to do so.) Then, you can have Bret reverse Shawn's sunset flip with a flash pin. In real life, Bret said that might have been his favorite finish ever. That way, you can continue the feud if you would like, and Shawn would still look good. I don't believe it dings the match rating either. Just an idea. Either way, I'm sure you'll come up with something great :D
