    Getting the Runtime error 339 in Windows 10 64bit.Installed the .ocx file in system32 and did the regsrv32 thing. Got the message that it failed to load. The specified module could not be found. How do I do the "Choose Start > All Programs > Accessories. Right-click on Command Prompt, select Run As Administrator, and authenticate" in Windows 10? Is authenticate doing the regsvr32 exercise? Still didn't work. Not found.
