I have gotten to a point in my game where my regional size company *finally* can negotiate a tv deal. Nothing fancy, a free-to-air company is willing to put us on the air. I have a weekly show called Army of One, plus an event every month. Can I put the weekly event on tv somehow? That option does not seem to be available. Do I have to scrap the weekly show and replace it with a new TV show using the TV controls?

<p>A question regarding language. My company is located in the American Mid South. I have noticed that foreign workers pick up English language skills at a certain pace. Does this happen because we are putting on shows almost exclusively in English language areas, or is it because my home region is where it is? </p><p> </p><p>

If I started putting on a lot of shows in Mexico, would my roster start picking up Spanish language skills eventually?</p>

Different broadcasters have different requirements on a wrestling company to be willing to negotiate a deal. Typically they require a minimum size, a minimum level of popularity in X number of regions, a minimum level of production levels, and so on.</p><p> </p><p> Edit: But I haven't seen any broadcasters (in default C-verse at least) that are willing to deal with companies smaller than Regional, and then usually have requirements that you have a solid presence in 3-4 different regions. If you open the editor, you can browse all this (Options/Edit Data/Broadcasters).</p>

* Is it possible to release / finish the contract of P.P.A. Wrestlers? I have got some discards to do, to avoid morale issues, after they helped me to creep from Local to Small, but my Roster is far too large to keep everyone happy. If so, how do I do it? Can't find where to click.

<p>I have a worker who just got injured, but she has an asterisk after her name, which according to the Medical screen means she is "currently unable to perform due to injury. But a (*) means they can still do angles.</p><p> </p><p>

In game, when I go into Options/Edit Data/Workers, select a worker and click the portrait to replace the render for that person, if I then browse the members of my roster, it is still the old image that displays. Only when I choose View Profile do I see the new render. What's going on here? Why can't I replace the old render completely?

If someone on loan appears in an angle 'off screen', does that count against the number of appearances in the loan agreement? For someone on a PPA contract, will it trigger a wage pay out?

Will wrestlers on loan react the same way as other roster members if they are left unused at important events? I.e get angry because they didn't get the exposure? Or are they more relaxed about it since they don't have a long term roster position to defend?

JWP has shut their doors, holding their last event April 2. To maintain the Japanese scene somewhat intact, maybe replace them with Sendai Girls or OZ Academy (or the slightly smaller Seadlinnng or Tokyo Joshi Pro)?

My company is regional sized, is growing in popularity all the time, but I have lost count how many matches I have had rated 83. None higher, and probably quite a lot fewer rated 82, 81 or 80, making me think I've hit a ceiling somehow.</p>

Does the gimmick related skills, for example "Comedy" affect things outside how well a wrestler can handle a certain type of gimmick? Will a high comedy skill rating affect how well a wrestler does in comedy matches, even if he has for example a "realistic" gimmick?

Yeah, I understand starting out from scratch is difficult. I said I wanted to stay away from the typical colors of the Mexican flag, but that was because to me that breathes tradition rather than modernism. If you can make it work and still feel modern and fresh, go for it. I googled around on "modern logotypes" and found a couple that I thought perhaps could be a basis:

I haven't watched the full episodes yet, so they might have gone into the details at some points, but isn't the idea just that those guys are essentially 'change' in bigger deals. Like, RAW says "We want Dean Ambrose". Smackdown says "Well, then we want Kevin Owens," and RAW counters with "well, then you have to take the Shining Stars as well so we get rid of those salaries".

 

Not all parts of a trade has to be attractive stuff a brand normally would be interested in.

 

Have they even said that the shakeup is the result of negotiations? Since it was Vince that announced it, in my mind it would be completely within kayfabe to think that Vince simply picked out the names out of a hat to decide who went where.

There is not. The summary is the only thing that remains afterwards. Take screenshots if you need to preserve information for later.

Is there a mechanical significance in the game for the visbility that is tracked under the company's size? Will I take a popularity hit if I don't visit a region in a certain period of time? Or is there some other effect?
