are new organic workers generating at all for anyone i have not seen one

just checked graduation is enabled

there is tons though including wwes which has had no graduates in over ten years

in a watcher save no workers are generating am i doing something wrong

like organically

how do you get new workers to generate

when ever i try to transfer a database i made in 2016 to 2020 the game crashes

i prefer the old ui at the very least i would like a bigger text option i find it very hard to read

also tempted to pay someone to do it but idk

and here i am mauling over if i should manually recreate my tew 2016 save game since i got to the year 2049 and i dont want to lose it :'(

Two questions is there a way i can pre order and two will the game simulate through days faster for those of us who do watcher saves

my hope is we can see our shows rating for each network on its own and that the numbers are lower in general felt to easy in 2016 to pop a huge rating and that generated wrestlers for one have default gimmicks and do not always just become mangers when they retire not one time did i see someone who was generated retire become a road agent and the became frustrating when all my old road agents started to retire

If i put a active wrestler as a color commentator even if that is not a role of his will he get better at it and is this the same with retired wrestlers with out color commentator as a role

My top guy Bradley Rock who is a 7 time world champ and was my face of the company since he was 20 and had a world title reign that lasted 610 days has been caught in a scandal where he said homophobic slurs he is 38 now and is a part timer do to injures but it i still had plans for him and i am sad to have to let him go

i use wwe and what i feel is with the low ratings it makes it feel unrealistic and that building people up feels so damn hard with how much most guys are but to be fair it is my personal preference is for high ratings so maybe im just wrong
