When a worker gets fired for being toxic how long should you wait to sign him to avoid his state negatively affecting your company? I'm ECW and want to sign HHH

As ECW I recently rose from regional to cult. With booking I do auto booking then edit, that way I have several matches and angles planed. Now since I became cult the length of the matches have increased in auto booker. How do I fix that?

Storyline will conclude at the last show of the year. So far all 3 have been kept away from each other in matches</p><p> </p><p> OMG vs the Inner City Express for the tag team titles. Simple teams jumping each other and promos. One match so far that had OMG win via dq.
