  1. <p>I'm around 10 months into booking TCW.</p><p> </p><p> Currently I'm the only FED in the states that is on National level as both SWF and USPW dropped to Cult. Both I think are going to come back up though so the National Battle will be still on. Worldwide they are still bigger companies than me as I do not have anywhere near the influence or popularity in Mexico at the moment.</p><p> </p><p> The drop to Cult has helped me though as I managed to steal Mikey James and more importantly Remo who starts in a few weeks. Massive steal there. South of the Border also managed to steal Nicky Champion from USPW and kept a hold of Champagne Lover and El Leon (my bid failed on both of those guys). I've just offered a working relationship with 21CW because I want Tommy Cornell on Malice in Wonderland. We'll see how that goes. I'm not expecting to them to say yes. I also now have a hostile relationship with USPW...</p><p> </p><p> Hawkins is the champion and am looking to turn him face in the next couple of months. He's held the title since Total Mayhem and am looking to have him drop the title to Chord at Malice in Wonderland. Gonna cement his turn the month before and then push for him to be the figurehead instead of Rocky. I still have big plans for Rocky though definitely as Remo and him potentially could have a mega feud done the road. Chord has been my pet project to push into the main event and it's worked wonders. He is pretty much ready now to take the title. I know I'm doing total Kevin Sullivan heel booking at the moment but thus far it's having quite a bit of success <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />.</p><p> </p><p> I have a few people I'm looking to push down the road, Mikey James and Killer Shark being a couple of them. So we'll see how we do. MIW looks like will be a stacked card. Especially if I can get this working relationship deal..</p>
  2. <p>I'm getting to the point where I know the tag team division needs a bit of a shake up in my game. So couple of questions:</p><p> </p><p> 1) What are some good tag teams I can hire either to push or as utility?</p><p> </p><p> 2) Should I force push some of my lower card tag teams? I want to push Dynamic Duo (Matt Hocking and Kirk Jameson) and maybe another tag team (though in reality I'm just trying to find a way to push Nelson Callum up the card a bit) but I already have some good utility guys who are on Negative momentum and upset. Should I sacrifice those guys to get the people I want over? I guess that can be said for any lower card guys I want to push.</p><p> </p><p> I find it difficult knowing how to push people out of the Opener/Lower Midcarder spots without upsetting other talent. I try and put them in matches with more over people to bump up their POP and make them look good but it still isn't really working. I'm guessing wins against higher card workers is what is needed despite the FED being rated on perf. rather than pop.</p><p> </p><p> Some suggestions would be great <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />.</p>

  4. <p>I usually have a general idea of where I want to go with certain guys a few months in advance. For example, for the big summer TCW show I've known I want Hawkins vs Golden as the main event since before the first PPV I booked.</p><p> </p><p> Also known I wanted to push both Bach and Andrews into big matches and get them more over for future programs.</p><p> </p><p> How I get there and what storylines and feuds I do in between is more spontaenous and there will be certain guys on the way who I like the look of or who are starting to get more hot/over and I book accordingly. I also have a general idea of where I am going with each title.</p><p> </p><p> So I don't plan specifics out months in advance but I have a general scope of the direction I'm going and what guys I want to focus on in the company.</p>
  5. I'm sure this has been asked before but I've seen in the game that people have their ratings as numbers instead of grades. I have mine automatically as grades, how do you swap this so the grades for shows, prestige, momentum, attributes etc. are numbers instead?
  6. <p>I'm new to TEW and I'm booking TCW. Finding it very enjoyable but challenging at the moment. First month was tough, most of my shows were B and above but had one show at B-. PPV was only a B and was considered a disappointment and was losing the National Battle in the first month. Still raked in a healthy $427,459 profit.</p><p> </p><p> Second month has been better, had one show at a B+ which had an ending segment which had my top two storylines cross over (I like to do that for ratings and a whole show feeling) and my PPV also got a B+ rating and was considered a success. Currently winning the National Battle and got a profit of $472,926; I don't know if these are good profit numbers by the way, it seems as though having to increase production values really eats your money away. Also even though I'm supposed to be gaining popularity I somehow am losing it in the states but gaining in Canada even though I've done no shows in Canada whatsoever. Doesn't make much sense to me...</p><p> </p><p> Rocky is still my figurehead at the moment but Hawkins is clearly dwarfing him in popularity and in terms of important players. I'm doing a slow build for him to take the title at the next historic PPV in the summer. Right now I have him as the leader of the big stable in TCW Bulletproof (Hawkins, Vessey, Peak, Marat and soon to be Chord) and had him role over Taylor (who I'm going to build back up now), is gonna feud Bach before taking the title from Rocky. That's the big plan. I have some people in mind who I'm building for the future, the big one being Chord.</p><p> </p><p> I also have a long term plan for the tag team division as I'm building The Behemoths as big heel monsters before having maybe either a face Canadian Animals or The New Wave take the titles. They are getting over well in the mid card. Also been building to a story for Devine Fortune to break up so I can push Darryl Devine as a single's wrestler with Dharma Gregg as his manager (they have money chemistry). So trying to build the mid card.</p><p> </p><p> It's tough though and am worried about when the contracts come up for the wrestlers I really want to keep. Hawkins, Rocky, Bach and Chord are the big 4 money guys I'm looking to build the company around with some veterans like Vessey, RDJ and Peak also around. Taylor is gonna play quite a big role too so I don't really want to lose those guys. As long as I keep Hawkins and Chord though I should be good.</p><p> </p><p> Debating quite a few things like how long to keep the titles on the Behemoths and on Speed (who is improving the title prestige but isn't really getting over too well I don't think).</p><p> </p><p> One other thing that keeps bugging me is the damn announcers. The back up announcers keep complaining no matter how much I try and appease them beyond actually making them the show announcers (which I don't want to do because they aren't as good). Is there a way to appease them without doing that at all?</p>
