I hired a lot of josh workers but nobody gets over faster than Kaori Takenouchi. And Lucy Stone-McFly but using her is basically cheating

[Starting my own company in the Cverse]

If you have women in your roster, Kaori Takenouchi starts unemployed in Japan and can become a star in America if you book her right, she rules.

[Ice cold momentum for unimportant workers]

I have been having this exact issue. Fuyuko Higa is by and large my most talented in ring worker and one of my best on the mic as well, but the fans just haven't accepted her and no matter how strong I book her she can't get out of this ice cold momentum hole. I know that for a while I was overusing her a ton and that's probably what led to the drop in momentum, but since then I've been careful to book her strong without overusing her and it just won't work. Her performance in matches has tanked too and I don't understand how that worked. I have many other Japanese workers that started as complete unknowns that I booked strong and the fans accepted and are now legit stars, but they just will. Not. Accept. Higa.

 

Any advice? I'm willing to adjust my preferences even though that was something I didn't want to do with this playthrough, but she's my best worker and I want to use her in big storylines.

[What's Going on in Your Game?]

Was super stoked to sign Tiffany Jade after she left USPW but sensing my victory the game immediately kicked me in the balls by having CWA poach 4 workers including Pinky Perez, who was No. 1 Contender. Getting Tiffany is great but now I've got mad booking problems :/

[Stamina Penalties]

Whenever I get a road agent warning me that a worker does not have the stamina for a match of this length I've noticed it seems that workers either can handle an all out match over 15 minutes or they can't. They can't, for example, handle a 17 minute match, or even just an extra minute over 15. Is this normal? Would it make more sense for stamina to cover a larger range of ability rather than a checked box of whether or not they can do 15+? It'd be nice if I could know that say, if a worker can't do 20, but 18 would be okay. Does this make sense to anybody else?

[What's Going on in Your Game?]

A few months back I decided to see who was unemployed in the C-Verse joshi scene since I'm basically running 5SSW but based in Seattle. I found Kaori Takenouchi and OH MY GOD she's amazing, I've booked her very strong and the audience has really taken to her. She's shot up to the main event in a little over six months having started as a complete unknown. If anybody is running a women's/intergender company I can't recommend her highly enough.
