In TEW 2020, Talent trades between companies can only be based on a certain number of appearances of workers. I think that if you could also base trades of lengths of time as well. For example if I need to loan a worker to compete in a round robin tournament, chances are that they will run out of appearances depending on the length of the tournament. However if there is an option to loan workers for a certain time as well, it would be so much simpler to run it.
