Ok so i want to create a 1920's mod with fictional characters and promotions. The problem is what do i need to do about fighters and organizations pictures ? I've got plenty of renders but do i need to ask the permission to use them to the original creators ? If someone can help me that's cool.

Go in the editor and click on Regions. Put all the regions on regulated. Maybe it will fix the problem

Go on the game editor. At the bottom left of your screen, there is Install Mode. Follow the steps and close the game. After this, extract the Data archive and the Pics archive. Copy the files where your game is installed. There is a Data folder and a Pics folder. When this is done, relaunch the game and go in the editor. Up left you need to click on Database Info and set the picture folder
