Sad to see Matt Gauge go, you didn't have much luck with the Gauge brothers in the end, looks like they got too big for you, too quick. Even worse luck with U.K Dragon, hopefully you'll find a suitable replacement for the ROF Championship match. These website issues are bit un-settling and the messages just seem to be nonsense, not any language I recognise, if this prankster wants to send a message, then why doesn't this coward just come and say it ? * * I am well aware, this is not real, just playing along with the mysterious happenings regarding the website

Yeah, the Gauges are always an in demand quantity. I was lucky my first go around to have Matt for a long time, but in my current diary, they went to Japan, Mexico, and then developmental deals with RIPW, so I never really had an opportunity to use them. It figures with the pace UK Dragon was on, he would end up another Dark Angel. You were lucky he didn;t get injured before, especially with the belt. Still it sucks to try and replace a main event talent. As for the Website, I stick with it being a certain figure known for his "controversial religious symbolism" that is big in the UK scene. Cult level opens up a whole new wealth of available talent.

The development feds are a pain, as there is just nothing you can do when they come calling. I've got working agreements with the likes of TCW, PGHW and NOTBPW so was hoping I wouldn't lose them. C'est la vie. Dragon I've been lucky with in terms of injuries and the fact that I've been able to work around his schedule with minimum fuss so far. A burst appendix isn't so bad though - only a month out.

Kashmir Singh vs Kevin Jones It's possible you could hand Singh a win on his PPV debut, but I just think Jones has established himself enough not to job to a PPV debutant. ROF Talisman Title Don Henderson © vs Hugh de Aske De Aske has quietly put together an impressive unbeaten streak , but I think Henderson, who is putting together an impressive run himself with the Talisman Title will see off another challenger. British Samurai vs ‘Wrath of God’ Jack Giedroyc I don't think you bring in someone of the quality of Giedroyc, to do the job, unless it's against a bona-fide main eventer (that would be O'Curle, Dragon and/or the Morgans). Is this the start of a more long-term relationship with Giedroyc, who may or may not be behind the bizarre religious scribblings on the website, given that Giedroyc is currently holding DAVE gold, his re-appearance is probably something of a swerve regarding this mysterious 'angle'. ROF Tag Team Titles Can-Am SAS © vs The Show Stealers The Show Stealers have the ability to win the tag titles, but I just can't see the Can-Am SAS losing the titles on their first defence, plus it would undo the aura they are starting to build for themselves with their unbeaten streak. JD Morgan vs Walter Morgan (Draw) These two are very evenly matched, so evenly matched, it's impossible to call either way. This is why I reckon the match ends in some kind of stalemate, possibly involving some sort of double submisson finish, where neither man refuses to give in. ROF Championship Merle O’Curle © vs Billy Robinson Robinson will produce the performance of his career, as he really raises his game to take it to O'Curle, but in the end he fall victim, as so many do to the Irish Stretching Machine.

Last year’s winner Rolling Johnny Stones has entered the King of the Ring again. He has been around the main event scene all year in ROF, pulling out some great matches but unable to win the big one. However he’s won this match before and will want to repeat that feat. Walter Morgan was nearly in the title match at King of the Ring, only to lose to JD Morgan at Inferno. He’ll be looking to build on his runner-up spot in last year’s match and earn another shot at the gold – like Stones, he’s a perennial main eventer that just can’t win that elusive first title. Billy Robinson proved in two main events already this year that he is developing all the time as a worker and is now a genuine threat to those in the main event. He has entered the King of the Ring to try and bounce straight back into the title picture. Adam Matravers and Petey Barnes, who together form the Show Stealers tag team, were two of the best performers in last year’s match. Indeed Matravers lasted longer than anyone else in the bout. And as the pair is not involved in the tag title match, they have thrown their hats into the ring. Both have great stamina and either could easily break out into a major singles star. ROF.com will have names of further entrants as and when we hear about them.

He will look to celebrate that fact by winning the King of the Ring match. And don’t forget – he missed out on a title shot at Inferno through injury, so will be all the more determined here. Nigel Svensson was having a tough year in terms of wins and losses, but 2 matches against Walter Morgan, including a shock victory, may well have put him back on the right track. ‘Wrath of God’ Jack Giedroyc made a triumphant return to ROF at Inferno as a late addition to the card. Now he is earmarked for a slot in the King of the Ring match – and don’t forget he reached the final 4 in the bout this time last year. All 3 men were involved in qualifying matches on this week’s Short Fuse show. Highspot beat last year’s entrant Sander Laine, Singh beat Highspot’s tag partner Jonni Lowlife and Valentine scored an upset over Keith Adams. Although the 3 men will enter the match as underdogs, any kind of good showing could easily raise their profile and status within ROF.
