I quite enjoy it, he's bringing through a load of new school talent, and secondly, he's very creative at how he sets his shows up. I'm a big fan of the way he's brought in the Diva Search contest into a TEW dynasty, and I suspect from reading his diary that there is a greater story to be told rather than just give Val Venis some cheap air time. We have four nigh on legendary diaries and two of the most underrated diaries on here (not that I can say that again now they've been nominated for DOTM).
