Arlie, I know you are a busy guy, but this problem is upsetting a lot of coaches. During our first couple of off-seasons, everything worked fine. But some patching was done to the game prior to - I believe - the 2008 season, and since then, at random times the game changes staff delegations for random teams. Consistantly. I have to fix mine 4-5 times each season. Never is it a bigger problem than during the coach hiring phase. Please see this thread for more info.
