Can you tell me how home field is addressed the game? Is it static? Everyone gets +3 points. Is it static per team? ND always gets +4 points but Eastern MIch always get +1.5? Or does it matter who is playing who, the weather, the time of year, rivalry game, etc. More info would be appreciated as it will effect scheduling.
