eLicense Support Help

I've been trying to get some support from the eLicense people and they are simply not responding through the only channel that I can reach them (their online support form). I've had a couple hard drives crash in the last few months, and have therefore lost 2 license for BBCF. I just got a new pc and would like to play the game, but I can't. I've tried to contact them a couple months ago when my first drive crashed, and twice this week...but I can't get even a single email response. Can anyone help me through this forum here? I just want to get the game I paid $35 for earlier this year working on my new pc. Thanks- Jason
