skilesare
Does anyone have the layout of the .sav file? I'm working on a project where I want to dynamically load up players, Teams, and Schedules, but I don't see any player rating info in the databases. I'd like to change these values. Thanks, -austin
kennywanchizoate
Teams and schedules can be edited in the stats.dat file and editing the proper table in either Access or OpenOffice. From what I understand, players can only be edited through the player editor in game.
skilesare
Why? Why is this? It seems like a whole layer of cutomizeability is striped out. This makes me a sad panda. :(
Cooleyvol
Why?..................because thats the way Arlie programmed it, I guess.
skilesare
Arlie I'm guessing this Arlie is the programmer of the game. Does anyone have his contact info?
kennywanchizoate
I think player info is hard coded into the .sav file, but I don't think there's any way to adjust the information there. Arlie frequents the boards here of course; he may check out this thread and be able to answer your question more fully than we can. You may also pose the same question in the BBCF Technical Support forum.
