Inside sat Richard Eisen and Eric Eisen. [b]Eric[/b] - Are you ready dad? [b]Richard[/b] - I can't believe we are going through with this. All the work we have done to build up our empire and now we are going to share it with our greatest enemy? Eric sat silently for a few minutes before sliding down to get closer to his father. He highly respected his father for everything he has ever done in the business. Richard Eisen was a hard working man who always took pride and great care in his growing SWF empire. Richard being forced into this position really broke Eric's heart but he knew it was the right call and he knew it had to be done. [b]Eric[/b] - dad, I know it all feels strange to you because you have done everything yourself. You built your fortune and raised a great family and now you feel like an animal trapped. I understand but you have to see the big picture. [b]Richard[/b] - I know the big picture Eric. I was at the long meeting with our accountant. I was involved in the phone conversations with Mr. Cornell. I know of the situation we are in, but it still doesn't make this feel right! [b]Eric[/b] - Dad, the Cornell empire is in just a worse shape as we are. You know what Gamma has done to the pro wrestling world. People are tuning out wrestling and hoping on the newest craze. This Mixed Martial Arts stuff is killing the business and we need to think of survival. If it means making deal with the devil than so be it! Richard seems deep in thought and doesn't even look at his son for a long time. Finally he raises his head, his eyes are a little glazed over from a man beaten down and knowing he has lost. Richard finally rests a hand on the shoulder of his son and tries to break the warmest smile he could... [b]Richard[/b] - You are right son. You have always amazed me with your intelligence towards this business and I know everything I have built will be in good hands when it is my time to step down. I may not like this but If you strongly feel this is the only way for survival then lets do it! Eric pats his father on the back and nods an agreement before calling for his driver in the front to open the doors for them. Both Eisen's step out and look up at the tall [b]Cornell Inc. building[/b] in New York City. Richard takes a deep breath and follows his son to the front doors. sebsplex Posted December 5, 2007 Share Posted December 5, 2007 Combining the two North American C-Verse superpowers makes for an interesting scenario, but this first entry could do with a bit off a proof-read. I'm not being picky on grammar and punctuation particularly, but quite often I found simple words missing and having to backtrack a little bit to check what I'd read. Apart from needing a bit of a tidy-up though, I like the idea of WMMA effecting the C-Verse wrestling promotions and although I think I could more see Cornell going to Eisen to seal the deal, I'm interested to see where you take this next. Building[/b] and into a large conference room where a number of people were waiting. Richard reconized his lawers Walter Andrews and Mary Jacobs sitting at the table going over some papers. Richard heads over to greet them and Eric follows as he looks around and soaks in what he sees. [b]Tommy Cornell[/b] is off to the left with his back to the room. His arms are crossed in front of him and he looks in deep thought. A very striking woman is beside him trying to talk to him but Cornell seems to be ignoring her. A man from the front of the room tells everyone that the meeting is about to start and Cornell turns to the woman, gives her a slight smile and a kiss. he tells her everything will be fine, then walks over to take a chair directly across from Richard Eisen. He extends his hand as he address's his longtime rival. [b]Tommy[/b] - "Mr. Eisen. Thank you for allowing me to conduct this meeting at my offices. It appears we have been so busy trying to put eachother out of business that a new, common enemy snuck in and attacked us both!" Richard stands back up and accepts his handshake. [b]Richard[/b] - "It appears so Mr. Cornell. Let's hope we can put the finishing touches on this contract today. it has been a very long and tiring 6 months of negotiations." [b]Cornell[/b] - "My thoughts exactly!" Eric takes a seat beside on of his father's lawyers while Cornell sits and silently has a few words with his 2 lawyers. The man who is conducting the running of the meeting is near the front of the table and flips through a stack of papers before getting everyone's attention. [b]Conductor[/b] - "Mr. Cornell and Mr. Eisen. This will hopefully finish off the 6 month negotiations into combining the assets and revenue of [b]Supreme Wrestling Federation Inc[/b] with that of [b]Total Championship Wrestling Inc[/b]. By signing the documents I have with me today [b]Mr. Cornell[/b] and [b]Mr. Eisen[/b] will leave as co-owners of a new business venture." [b]Tommy's Lawyer[/b] - "Mr. Cornell has accepted the idea of running both companies as 2 seperate brands and as 2 seperate companies that are still at war with eachother. The only stipulation we have asked for is that all business dealings within the respective brands be allowed to be handled without having to get approval from the other owner of the company." [b]Richard's Lawyer[/b] - "The stipulation for allowing the brands to take place has been accepted by the Mr. Eisen. We have also asked that both brands stay as far away as possible to keep the fans and the business strong and competative. Unless for special reasons, Mr. Eisen would like to have no trades or swaps to be allowed to take place between brands. If one owner terminates a contract, that performer is gone from the company as a whole and may not be allowed to sign a new contract with the other owner." Tommy's lawyers go into a big conversation and Tommy can be seen nodding in agreement to most of what they have to say to him. [b]Tommy's Lawler[/b] - "Mr. Cornell has agreed to the following stipulation. Another matter that we have wished to discuss is PPV revenue. We are asking that all PPV revenue be split between the 2 brands but that no brands may ever share the same PPV. Mr. Cornell would like to continue to run 12 PPV's for his TCW brand a year and fully expects Mr. Eisen's SWF brand to do the same!" This time it is the Eisen camp to go into a big discussion and when it breaks, Richard Eisen's lawler agrees to the stipulation. [b]Richard's lawyer[/b] - "One last thing that has been the biggest argument throughout these negotiations. Mr. Eisen was able to talk to the president of the [b]America-Sports-1[/b] broadcasting station about reducing the live SWF Supreme TV show that Mr. Eisen currently airs head to head with Mr. Cornell's Total Wrestling program. They have accepted to drop the live show with a taped show 2 times a month. With SWF programming still being taped live 2 times a month, we are asking for Mr. Cornell to finally accept the same set-up as well. This allows for both brands to air shows head to head and keep competition and excitment for the fans fresh and exciting." Tommy seems angry now at that request and also at what his lawyers are telling him. He gives out a big sigh and nods his head in defeat. [b]Tommy's Lawyer[/b] - "Mr. Cornell has accepted the terms and will get right on dropping his shows to 2 taped eposides a month as well." The conductor then stands and hands over a huge stack of papers. It takes Richard a good 20 minutes to sign every paper the conductor points to. After Tommy goes through the same thing, the conductor congradulates Richard and Tommy on a smooth business agreement and excuses himself from the meeting to file the papers away and make it all official. Tommy stands and once more extends his hand. Richard does the same and accepts the gesture. [b]Tommy[/b] - "It looks like the only thing we have to do now is have a lottery draft to shake things up a bit, I am sure the internet will be buzzing about this deal any minute now!" [b]Richard[/b] - "I wouldn't doubt it Mr. Cornell. I look forward to a long and successful run as your partner. I'll see you in 2 days, at my offices this time!!!!" Tommy nods in agreement and Richard leads his team of lawyers and son out of the room. As he is walking out, Eric Eisen can't help but wonder just who will be leaving the SWF brand who will be coming over from the SWF brand. Azaria announces that, for the first tim ever, the [b]SWF[/b] and [b]TCW[/b] will be continuing their war [i]"from under the same roof"[/i]. [b]Peter Micheals[/b] continues that the companies have merged and 2 new brands have risen from the ashes. Tonight new SWF stars who once worked for TCW will be debuting and tonight the SWF proves that they have always been, and will always be, the best form of wrestling entertainment on the air today!!!!! Fireworks explode as the show goes live to air. The packed arena of 5000 fans are holding up signs and yelling at the camera as it roams around, finally resting once more on the announce table. [b]Jason Azaria[/b] once more welcomes everyone to SWF and informs everyone that tonight is one for the history books. Guys from both [b]TCW[/b] and [b]SWF[/b] brands have been "shuffled" around and the real question going into the [b]When Hell Freezes Over PPV[/b] in 2 weeks is, what SWF champions are still with the company and which titles, if any, are now vacant? He adds that he could not care who has defected to TCW and who has stayed loyal to the SWF, all he wants is a worthy challenger for [b]When Hell Freezes Over[/b] in 2 weeks! At the PPV in 2 weeks, RDJ will prove to the world that the Train is no "S.O.B" but rather as "F.L.B", a Fat Lazy B!tch!!!!! He tells them both that there is only one man who will be walking out of the PPV with the title, and that man is Liberty!!!! Hopkirk got distracted yelling at him, allowing Oxford to take the advantage. After the match, a laughing Ronnie Pain turned and walked back to the backstage area.)[/i] [b]C[/b] [b]Peter Micheals[/b] sets up the PPV [b]Tag Team Title Match[/b] as being the [b]Tag team Specialists VS. The Biggz Boys[/b]. [b][i]The arena goes dark suddenly as the huge jumbotron comes alive with a video. It is showing old clips of different wars and clips of wounded and dying soldiers being carried off the field. Retro could have pulled it off but by the final 4 he was so tired and was an easy elimination for McClean. [b]Kyle Rhodes[/b] doesn't look too happy as he begins by introducing his new partners on the announcing team, [b]Jerry Eisen[/b] and [b]Duane Fry[/b]. [b]Jerry[/b] tries to ignore the sharp hatred-filled tone of Rhodes's voice as he begins by saying how happy he is to come to work for TCW. He adds that he may be an "Eisen" by name but he is a true fan of the wrestling business and is looking forward to calling some great wrestling action! [b]Kyle Rhodes[/b] lashes out at Jerry, reminding him that he has some pretty huge shoes to fill by trying to replace a gifted pay-by-play man like [b]JasoN Azaria[/b] was!!! [b]Duane Fry[/b] tries to break the tension by announcing that the [b]International Championship[/b] will be on the line later tonight. Tommy tells the crowd that life in "TCWland" has been shaken up a little and that a new partnership with the SWF has resulted in a new beginning for both brands. As a result, some new former SWF workers are now in the building and looking to make their debutes tonight! Tommy points to both Keith and Bubb and tells the crowd that they are the "Welcoming committee". Tommy and his crew are mocking and laughing as Eric walks halfway down the ramp then stops. Tommy stops laughing and holds the ropes open, mocking Eric to enter. After a new minutes, Eric returns the smile and then turns to face the top of the ramp. Out from the back walks Steve Frehley and Christian Faith to an deafening roar. Tommy and his crew in the ring drop their smiles instantly and Tommy is now angry as he points and yells that he didn't invite them! Eric and his crew walk to the ring and enter. He is handed a mic and takes a few minutes to savor the sight of an angry Tommy fuming in the corner. Eric asks Tommy why he doesn't look happy to see him anymore? He congradulates Tommy on all of his success that he has had with TCW but warns him that Eric came over to TCW on his own free will. He wasn't "left behind" by his family. Eric is here on a mission and that mission is complete "EISEN TAKEOVER". Tommy collects his thoughts and steps right up to a smiling Eric Eisen. He tells the younger man that he will have to rip TCW from Tommy's cold dead hands...that's the only way Eric Eisen will be taking anything! Tommy then steps to the left and gets into the face of Steve Frehley. He sizes him up a minute before demanding that the two of them meet in the ring later tonight....If Steve doesn't show...he is fired from TCW!!!! Tommy and his crew leave to a chorus of boos as Steve just shrugs off the threat and Eric keeps smiling.[/b][/i] [b]B-[/b] [b]Jerry Eisen[/b] plays up it up a bit, acting surprised that his younger brother is in TCW on a "takeover" mission. [b]Kyle Rhodes[/b] yells for him to "give it up" and adds that it is pretty obvous he was sent with Eric to "take Over" the announce booth. He adds that this man is also full of jealousy and hate and will not walk out of the PPV with gold around his waist. He adds that all Goldworhty ment was that [b]Rich Money's[/b] time is now and Rick Law's time hasn't arrived yet. Sam pratt was a hairline away from pulling down the belt when he was caught with a nasty hurricanranna off the top of the ladder by Benson Crane. He tells them to prepare for more of the same because Cornell wants Jack Bruce out of the TCW for good and Troy has been given full rights to do wahtever it takes. Tommy tosses the papers back at Eric in anger and swears to never sign them. Eric doesn't flinch but adds that sooner or later, Tommy WILL sign those papers and when he does, he will not only lose the title but he will also lose his company!!!! Tommy fires back that Eric had better get ready because he is still a TCW employee right now and he has a match next ... against BLZ BUBB! [b]Peter Micheals[/b] adds that the main event will be the one everyone is waiting for. Can the Train fight off 3 opponents at the same time to retain his title or will a new champion be walking out of the ring with the gold? [b]Jason Azaria[/b] hypes up the first match and it will be a 10 man Rumble for the vacant [b]hardcore Championship[/b] with each competitor coming out every 2 minutes. The only difference in this match? the wrestlers are encouraged to bring a weapon of choice to the ring with them to use! Pain won a battle royal in 17:56. The final four competitors also included Chance Fortune, Frederique Antonio Garcia and Kid Toma, with Chance Fortune being the final elimination. Ronnie V. Pain wins the SWF Hardcore title.[/b] [i](Bringing in a Hardcore title was a risky move for the Eisen's but they are giving it a shot. More than a few people were crossing their fingers for this match and it actually turned out pretty good overall. A lot of great weapon spots were done in the ring, including [b]Painful procedure[/b] using a double chairshot to knock [b]Ronnie V Pain[/b] out of the some of this match. Another good monent was when [b]Kid Toma[/b] single-handedly eliminated both members of [b]The Nation of Filth[/b], chokeslamming them into tables which were at ringside, at the same time! The match ended with Pain using a broom stick to beat down Chance badly before easily disposing him out of the ring for the win.)[/i] [b]C-[/b] [b]Peter Micheals[/b] congradulates Ronnie Pain on becoming the new Hardcore Champion but wonders loudly if he has brought on some new found attention by his old stablemates, Painful procedure due to his actions the last 2 weeks? [b]Jason[/b] agrees that Ronnie might have his hands full with them for .....Jason suddenly stops in mid sentence and announces that someone has been badly hurt backstage. [b]Jason Azaria[/b] reponds by saying that they will just have to wait and see but up next is a special [b]#1 Contender's match[/b] for the right to face the [b]North American[/b] champion at a later date. Gilmore finally was able to put away Hawkins with his dedly finisher and will now get a shot at the North American Title anytime he wishes)[/i] [b]B[/b] [b]Jason Azaria[/b] informs the crowd that a new rule in the SWF allows any man who wins a [b]#1 Contender's Match[/b] is the owner of that spot and may "cash it in" at any time he wishes. When they do cash in their ticket, they get 1 shot at it, no rematches and no rejections by either the champion nor the front office! [b]Peter[/b] turns his attention to the next match as the music for [b]Robbie Retro[/b] begins to play. He asks Jason what he think will happen now that Jackson can't compete. Will they just award him the title? Rick Law asks Rich if he is a fighting champion and If he is, then he will accept Rick law's challenge for a rematch at "Nothing To Lose". Rich Money takes the mic from Rick and starts to laugh. He tells Rick that there are a ton of challengers waiting for their chance to battle for the title and since Rick law has already lost once, he doesn't have any obligation to grant Rick law anything. He makes Rick law a deal, that he will grant him the title match if Rick Law can successfully beat an opponent of Money's choice next week! The color drains right out of the face of Jerry as a camera zooms in on him and a smile cracks on BLZ Bubb's face when the camera zooms back on him. Akima is tossed to the side and BLZ Bubb yells for Kyle to "toss that trash into the ring". Kyle is all too happy and begins to drag Jerry from his seat when the crowd pops huge. Kyle turns around in time see catch Eric Eisen in the ring with a wooden baseball bat in hand. He had already groined the monster from behind, then driven the bat hard across his head as Bubb turned around. Eric backs up off the ropes and charges the monster, using the bat to slam it across his throat violently. Bubb falls to the matt hard and clutches his throat as officials hit the ring. Eric manages one last hard hit across the stomach of Bubb before he is forced out of the ring. The crowd is deafening as a shocked Kyle Rhodes is left standing at ringside in sheer disbelief!)[/i][/b] [b]B-[/b] After returning from the break, [b]Kyle Rhodes[/b] is no longer at the announce table and both Duane and Jerry are smiling. [b]Duane[/b] pats his longtime friend on the back and asks him if he is ok? [b]Jerry[/b] answers that he is and that he can't belief how low Kyle Rhodes just stooped to. [b]Duane[/b] asks Jerry If he can belief what he just saw his brother do a minute ago? This battle for supremecy has just taken a very personal, very ugly turn!!!! Joel trashes the Vessey's, asking them who they have really beaten and what they have really done in this business to be called "legends?" It finally came down to Cornell and Frehley Cornell took out Faith with a nasty swinging neckbreaker. Frehley and Cornell had a huge battle between them thanks to some quick eliminations and Frheley almost took down Cornell on a number of occassions. Eric came to the ring with Jerry and after a small arguement at ringside, Jerry returned to the announce table and Eric stepped into the cage to lock eyes with BLZ Bubb. For most of the match Eric either tried his best to avoid Bubb or was tossed around by the monster who clearly was just having fun and not trying to end the macth right away. When he finally got tired of his game, Eric could barely move. He was already bleeding from a deep gash on his head and could barely pull himself to his feet. BLZ Bubb smiled down at Jerry and delivered 4 viscious Hades bombs before even allowing the referee to make a count. Once all the men from each team is in the cell, the winner is the one who can score the pinfall! Tommy asks Christian Faith and Steve Frehley what they are going to do since they are already stuck in a handycap match and now must survive a steel cell? Lead Belly wins the TCW All Action title.[/b] [i](The fans were pretty surprosed to see this vacant title being fought over by 3 tag teams. The final brawl between tag team partners Lead Belly and Grease Hogg was pretty good. After the match, a disappointed Grease Hogg leaves the ring and ignores the calls of his tag partner, Lead Belly.)[/i] [b]C[/b] [b]Duane[/b] starts to laugh as he once more announces that [b]Lead Belly[/b] is the new All Action champion! Sam pratt has looked good in couple cruiserwieght fights but did not bring his best game tonight. The crowd was bored and too many spots were blown. Troy tells Cornell to relax and that he has everything planend out....by tonight Jack Bruce will be but a memory! Tommy hopes so for the health of Troy's career in TCW! Cornell tells Troy that he has hired a "back-up Plan" in case Troy needs some help finsihing the job tonight! Troy tried everything to beat Bruce and nothing worked. His frustrated built up more and more as the match wore on that finally Troy made a very mad mistake and Jack bruce found his opening to finish off his opponent. Big Mack Scott lifts the hurt Bruce onto his shoulders and drills him onto the chair seconds later with a Death Valley Driver. The crowd is outraged as a recovering Troy watches as Scott puts the boots to a motionless and hurt Jack Bruce. Scott then turns to Troy and jabs a finger into the young man's chest, yelling at him that "That's how you get it done kid!!!!" Hwe leaves the ring with troy staring at him and the referee attending to a moaning and hurt Jack Bruce.[/b][/i] [b]B-[/b] [b]Jerry[/b] yells that he is disgusted with Tommy Cornell and adds that it was a set-up alla long. [b]Duane[/b] adds that he must have known that Troy would likely lose the match and had paid off Big Mack Scott as an insurance policy in case he was right. [b]Kyle[/b] comments that Jack Bruce sure got the message Tommy was saying loud and clear!!!! Rocky Golden makes defence number 2 of his TCW International title.[/b] [i](In a match that pitted 2 of the most promising young stars on the TCW brand, Rocky Golden and Marc DuBoise tore the house down!!!!! The fans were red hot with hatred for Marc and every time Rocky put a beating on him or tried for a pin, the crowd would cheer. The same goe for when marc was on the offensive, he drew huge heat! The ending came whena frustrated DuBoise got fed up of not being able to keep the champion down and ended up drilling him with a steel chair to cause a DQ. An outraged DuBoise then turned around and drilled the referee with the steel chair after the bell was rung. DuBoise grabs the International championship and slaps a hurt Rocky Golden. he yells that the International championship is his and that it's his legecy...then turns and walks to the back with it.)[/i] [b]B+[/b] [b]Kyle[/b] announces that the new International Champion is leaving the building! [b]Duane[/b] is outraged and adds that DuBoise didn't win anything and has no right stealing the title. [b]Jerry[/b] adds that Rocky is going to want DuBoise's blood after this....Jerry then turns his attention to the main event as the big steel structure begins to lower onto the ring. Jerry announces that he just got word that [b]Enygma[/b] has stepped up and was granted the spot in the main event where [b]Eric Eisen[/b] would be. It will be 3 on 3 and the winner is the man who can score a pinfall once everyone is in the cell! The [b]SWF Outsiders[/b] get the upset win and it is Steve Frehley who scores yet another pinfall against the Coalition. A lot of blood was spilled in this one as almost everyone except for BLZ Bubb and Enygma were cut open.
