...
Here we go!

Not a bad one, pleased to see some things worked and I'm looking forward to the PPV! Current predictions: Bad Blood = 0/4, 4/4, 3/4 = 7/12 pat21532 = 3/4, 3/4, 2/4 = 8/12 brat99 = 4/4, 2/4, 3/4 = 9/12 Marcel Fromage = 1/4, 3/4, 2/4 = 6/12 theringmaster = 3/4 = 3/4 Jaded = 2/4 = 2/4 NickC13473 = 2/4 = 2/4 Now, to work out a winner come the end of the PPV - do we do it with whoever gets the most right (as in 9/12 would be worth more than 2/4) or do we go for percentages? There are NINE matches at the PPV so please, your thoughts :) Hope you enjoyed the show!
Alright so call me greedy (and make me worry that I'm like ACDeezy), but I want to really keep this one going alongside the legit fighting league one that I'm trying to run. It should allow me to indulge both of my interests. Please forgive the lack of flash - I'm working with a few new formats but am not happy with any of them yet. Enjoy the show. ---------- In character: Ugh. No time to do a diary in between Luck of the Draw and tonight’s show. DaLay picked up a big win, and as he didn’t hit anyone with the handcuffs we can’t do much about it. Still, that’s not so bad. I got my visa extended – apparently the company making $600,000 profit since I joined is good enough to make the Canadian government sit up and pay attention. Fantastic! So I’m here for a while yet. I think I’m getting the hang of this. I hope you enjoyed my TV debut at Luck of the Draw, and hopefully it was good enough to get George to agree to let me work a bit more in the future. So, my review of tonight’s show. In front of 5,000 fans from British Columbia, Canada, I present to you CGC Title Bout Wrestling. Segment 1 – Re-establishing: The show opened with a clearly rattled George trying to get his sons back together. Ricky was nowhere to be seen, obviously having properly left the ‘flock’ by now to lead his stable. George tells us that Ricky is simply on a power trip, and if the Soldiers of Fortune were to lose their tag title, then they wouldn’t be nearly as attractive to him. He sets Steve and Alex a mission for tonight – beat the Specialists and make yourselves look strong to become a credible threat to the Soldiers of Fortune. The boys agreed, and the match was made. Rating this a B. Match 1 – A strong defence: We then went to see the Gilberts take on the Soldiers of Fortune for the tag titles. This wasn’t exactly great, but it showed us just how ****y the Soldiers are now, especially with Ricky at ringside. A very clean, simple win for the Soldiers to retain their title and keep on looking strong. Rating it a D. Segment 2 – A strong idiot: Unfortunately, Ricky felt the need to sour a good match, and with his cronies laid the boot in to the Gilbert brothers after the match. Not what the crowd wanted to see, but he seemed to be enjoying himself. Rating this a D. Match 2 – The tournament begins: We then went to the first match of the tournament to find a new Canadian title challenger. This is all part of my plan to get someone on an equal pegging to Ricky so that he can get beaten and lose this stupid title he loves so much. It’s a four man tournament, and is starting us off with Steve Flash vs. Joey Poison. Steve Flash made it look elementary with a very clean win over Joey Poison. Poison is simply having no luck in this federation, and Flash continues to impress. He is undefeated in singles combat since joining the promotion. Rating this match a C. Segment 3 – A cowardly move: As I came out to congratulate Flash on his unblemished record, I was attacked from behind. After reviewing the tape, it would appear that it was John Maverick that blindsided me and threw me off the stage. When George showed me the video, I demanded a match immediately. George granted it, but I wasn’t 100%. A bad sign. Rating this a D+. Match 3 – Tournament redux: We then saw the other bracket for the title, wherein Thomas Morgan narrowly beat Frankie Perez. Both men looked good, and could have won it at any point – but in the end Morgan eeked it out. Rating it a D. Segment 4 – A sporting relationship: We then saw new Cage Rage champion Eddie Chandler come out. He said he enjoyed the challenge of fighting Ryan Powell in the cage, and that he would love to face him more often. He told Ryan that he would take him on in a best of five series – and whoever wins the most bouts can claim the title. Powell’s music hit, and he came out and accepted the challenge. Both men shook hands in the ring before leaving the area. Rating this a C. Match 4 – Beating the Boss: Yeah, this was my match. No, I don’t remember much of it. From what I’ve heard, at around the three minute mark in what was a very even match, Maverick brought out brass knuckles and beat me down with them. He wasn’t interested in wrestling properly – he just wanted to beat the hell out of me. Rating this a C. Segment 5 – Show off: A self commissioned promo video showed for Dan DaLay, showing his cunning in winning the title shot at Luck of the Draw. Rating this a B. Match 5 – Emerging prospects: We then saw Steve and Alex DeColt take on the Specialists. A decent technical match, carried of course by the DeColts. The brothers picked up the win and made the Specialists look very unspecial indeed. At least there’s one other decent tag team in the promotion. Segment 6 – What?! : The arena just went totally black, and we saw a glimpse of short, slightly red hair, and a goatee. The voice, absolutely Canadian, said something about “I’m coming”. Then everything went back to normal. Chilling stuff. Rating this a C. Match 6 – Expected?: After the video finished playing, we were treated to an entertaining match between DaLay and Jack DeColt. DaLay used this match to send a clear message to the champion, Alex. The message? I’m on my way to the top, and your brothers can’t save you. A good win from DaLay, which made him look very strong indeed. Rating it a C+ So, a final result for the show of a C-, and a 3.38 rating. We have to improve, but now we’re seeing some ratings building up in the matches, it can only get better. It’s starting to all click into place. See you next week! ;) Final result – C-

I have sought permission from Marcel to 'borrow' the format a bit but yeah. I'm going with this one for the TV events, and the big Slam! format for the PPVs. Enjoy.
Predictions please! Hope the colour is better for people :)
Couple of hints and tips... 1) Colour is better for me, at least 2) In the ratings bit at the bottom of each show, you might want to incorporate the result into it, e.g. School of Pain beat Soldiers of Fortune (D+). I think that just makes it easier to keep tabs on who beat who. 3) You can't copy and paste from your 'Bitesize' format for predictions, so you might want to leave a separate list of matches at the bottom of your post for people to predict more easily. Otherwise, good stuff. :)
