W3LSHY
I currently have Shad Gaspard in development. I have requested negotiations with him and are going to offer him a contract for just 1 appearence to see how he does against the big dogs. My question is, after he has made his appearence, will he be released, and will I have to wait another 6 months to resign him? Cheers in advance, Welshy. Brandon9967
I believe you would need to sign him to a PPA deal. Once you do that they don't like going back down to development. They see it as a demotion. On the up side, you will probably use him more often than he would be used in development.
Derek B
When a worker runs out of appearances on their cnntract they leave your promotion. Similarly, if you call them up from development they will lose their development contract. So signing him to one appearance means he will leave after one appearance. I'm not certain if he'll re-sign with you after that but I THINK he will. I know that workers do if you sign them to a short term deal rather than a PPA deal. Greg McNeish
Yeah, they're usually willing to negotiate any time if their contract runs out, instead of being released. Well, unless you jerked them around in negotiations.
