I don't really think leaving an established company where I have an extremely active community to join an unestablished company with a very inactive community would be in my best interests anyway. I haven't been as active on the forum of late (outside of tech support) for that reason. I will be starting a developer diary shortly and hope that gets more interaction on the football side.
