The Champions Lightweight Champion : Luke Hilton, 12-4-1 One of the newest and fastest rising stars in GAMMA, Luke Hilton quickly made a name for himself beating Marko Prochazka in a 34 second blitz and has since then been on a winning streak beating : Geoff Cahill, Sean Morrison, Marcus Speed, Truck Gleeson and then earning a hard fought five round Lightweight title victory over the two year reigning champion Giovani Silva. Welterweight Champion : Bruno Epps, 12-9-0 Being on a 5 fight losing streak at the beginning of your career, probably isn't the best thing you can experience as a professional fighter. Not for Bruno Epps, losing to big dogs like Casim Yenkini (twice), Augustin Gonzalez (twice), Marlon John and Heikichi Shimizu and others like Ray Eton, Sinali Shomen and Ikku Funaki. However, Bruno Epps was able to pull away from those past losses and put together a 6 fight win streak against guys like : Luis Basora, Gordon Idle and Marcelo Oberto and then winning the title and avenging a loss to Casim Yenkini proves that he can be a top contender in the welterweight division. Middleweight Champion : Mike Watson, 12-3-0 Mike Watson immediately burst onto the scene with a 13 second head kick knock out of JJ Reid and losing his only 3 losses to fighters like John Rivero, Lefter Oktay and Zvonimir Asanovic but literally ripping through everyone else such as fighters like : Anthony LeToussier, Sukarno (Twice), Greg Atteveld, JJ Reid and Bixente Fontaine, aswell as holding simultaneously the Light-Heavyweight and Middleweight Title at 2 different times cement his place as the number one middleweight in the world. Light-Heavyweight Champion : Zvonimir Asanovic, 26-9-0, 2 Time Champion Just winning any championship is an accomplishment, winning it, then losing it, and then getting it back again, is something totally different, After losing to JJ Reid in early 1996, Asanovic fought his way back to the top and then taking the title away from John Rivero in 1999, make him a virtual certainty for a legend of the sport, and a hall of famer when he retires. Heavyweight Champion : Mick Curran, 8-4-0 Mick Curran has established himself as a top contender with a brutal highlight reel of big names like Aleksander Ivanov, Mugur Boc, Stafford Alois among others make him a force to be reckoned with in the heavyweight division.
