Guest Ransik Posted May 12, 2008 Share Posted May 12, 2008 So I bought two ink cartridges for my printer... took 8 days to get 2 day shipping... and my printer won't even acknowledge the damn black one! Same damn serial number as the empty one... just keeps telling me it wasn't designed for the printer. I just spent 20 minutes doing automated crap with HP and got on the line with someone who doesn't even know how to use a printer let alone how to help me with this.
