Okay, since I got a new computer I've been itching to start a dynasty again. I plan on doing something slightly different...Focus on one brand per month. I'll still post results for the other shows but only do full write-ups for one brand at a time, I will however do all PPV write ups.The plan is to do three months of WWE and then start a TEW 08 dynasty, this is subject to change however if people demand it. WWE.com stated that Stephanie McMahon was replaced because she wanted to spend more time with her daughter Aurora McMahon - Levesque. A short statement by Vince McMahon stated that Lopez will be starting off with little control and if he is successful, he will be granted more power within the WWE. Will this be good for business? Will we see more luchadores in the WWE? Who knows, we will soon see. In other WWE news, it's being reported that Vince has gone on a signing spree on the advice of his new Booker. Soon after the start of the match Shelton Benjamin makes his way to ringside, which catches the eye of Kingston, allowing Burke to take full control. With Shelton cheering him on vocally, Burke starts to work the body of Kingston to set him up for the Elijah Express later on. Kingston looked in trouble for most of the match before Burke got too c0cky and allowed Kofi to get some offence, somewhat turning the tide of the match. Shelton, not happy with the way the match is turning out begins to climb the ropes and enter the ring as Kingston looks to be setting up for a suplex. Shelton looks set to deliver the super kick, but he is spotted by Kingston who pushes Burke straight into the kick! Kofi then throws a stunned Benjamin out of the ring before going for the pin 1...2...3! Kofi gets a shock victory. Estrada hits a sick looking variation of the Muscle Buster, before going for the pin 1...2... [B]Styles:[/B] Oh my God! Delaney kicks out! [B]Tazz:[/B] No, Estrada raised Delaney shoulder. Estrada has an evil smile on his face and hits a stiff DDT on Delaney before waiting a second to taunt the crowd. Kelly Kelly has seen enough and enters the ring to check on Delaney which p#sses Estrada off, roughly grabbing Kelly by the hair and throwing her to the ground. By that stage referee Scott Armstrong has seen enough and calls for the bell, this one is over and Delaney wins by disqualification. However about halfway though the match Big Show catches The Miz with a massive clothesline before hitting a gorilla press slam. Miz buys more time for himself by rolling out of the ring trying to avoid Show again, but the fact that he is still groggy makes it easy for the Big Show to catch, lift up and throw The Miz over the ropes and into the ring. Once back in the ring, Big Show signals for the Showstopper....grabs The Miz by the throat, lifts him up and slams him down hard. 1...2...3, and your winner is the Big Show. Big Show stands tall in the middle of the ring as ECW goes off the air. [B]Rating:[/B] B- After the match MVP totally cut into Dykstra, saying that once he had alot of promise but now he wasn't worthy of a spot in the WWE. Next up was a promo for Batista vs. Michaels at one night stand including a brief history on the pair. [B]Rating:[/B] C+ After the match Burke again berated Shelton, and blamed him for starting a losing streak. Michael Cole and Mick Foley then talked about One Night Stand and which match was their favourite. For the record Cole is looking forward to the First Blood match between Cena and JBL (No Surprise) and Foley can't wait to see the I Quit match between Melina and Beth Phoenix. Edge's lackeys used their advantage well keeping Batista off his feet and going for submission moves whenever they could. However Batista used pure strength to get back into the match and two Batista Bombs later this match was in the books. [B]Result:[/B] Batista via pinfall with a Batista Bomb. [B]Rating:[/B] B- After the match Batista pulled a stretcher from under the ring and proceeded to put both Ryder and Hawkins on it, before wheeling the stretcher into the backstage area sending a clear message to Shawn Michaels ahead of One Night stand. However it wasn't much of an interview, with Torres asking Kane what he thought of the Singapore Cane match. The Big Red Machine just said "I love pain and I'm going to love watching this" before laughing like a madman and freaking out Eve. Finlay hit a Celtic Cross but Chavo got a hand to the ropes and when Chavo hit the Gory Bomb Finlay got a boot onto the ropes. The ending came when Tommy Dreamer distracted referee Charles Robinson while CM Punk knocked Chavo out with a cane shot to the head. [B]Result:[/B] Finlay via pinfall. The Rated R Superstar went through spent a few minutes going over Henry's accomplishments before challenging the Undertaker to come out and take him on. When Taker didn't come out, Edge began questioning the Phenom's manhood..bad idea. The lights went out for a few seconds and when they came back on, Undertaker was in the ring. Edge quickly high tailed it out of the ring, while the bell rang to start the match. After Taker hit a running clothesline he signalled for the end of the match then turned in Mark Henry's direction only to be met with a chair to the head from Edge, leaving the referee no choice. [B]Result:[/B] Undertaker via DQ [B]Rating:[/B] B Post match Edge went over towards the Undertaker to put more hurt on, only to see the Deadman sit bolt upright. Thinking of One Night Stand, Edge ran straight out of the ring and escaped through the crowd as the Undertaker stood in the ring motioning that the title belt would soon be around his waste. [B]Show Notes:[/B] Matt Hardy wrestled Chuck Palumbo in a dark match, which he won via a Twist of Fate. Vladimir Kozlov also wrestled in a dark match against some local jobber. Maryse was dressed more like Deuce and Domino this week. Edge had the best heat and the Undertaker had the best pop. Before the show Mick Foley told some jokes.
