You could do something similar to MVP's arrival on SmackDown where he got introduced by Teddy Long, and there are press conferences and similar which work on the same values. If you mean the contract for a match, then you have Challenge and Response angles. There's even a wonderful little angle that combines both (a personal favourite of mine). Otherwise, you can write your own angle in the editor. It's not exactly intuitive, but I can pretty much guarantee after ten minutes or so you'll be flying with it - I wrote a forty point storyline, step by step, in about an hour on my first try, so it's easier to pick up than it seems.
