True, if you run one show a month, a match booked on the day of the show will have the same heat grade as a match booked on the first of the month, or the day after the previous show. But if you run a TV show too, you have the opportunity of building up the heat grade as the storyline gets hotter, so the earlier you book it the more chance you have of building it higher (or destroying it ¬_¬). But yeah, booking a match weeks in advance when there aren't any other shows in between has no real advantage over booking it on the night of a show.
