Quick Question...

Just wondering what other people's thoughts are on improving fighters in general and in their weak areas. Is it best to use someone who has a trainer working on Muay Thai in a match against someone working on the same or someone that has that same style? Does a fighter's health issues, such as wear and tear, get better the longer they wait for their next fight?
