Inside the ring, it was a pretty good back and forth matchup with Shark Boy getting in some surprising offense, nearly hitting the Chummer but Hall got out of it before Shark Boy could finish the job. Another hard-hitting brawl here tonight on iMPACT! that went back and forth with both men getting multiple near-falls. Rhino ducked a clothesline from Abyss and came off the other side --- GORE! The veteran Raven came in and dominated both Briscoe Brothers. The two stepped to the center of the ring, jaw-jacking for a few moments before Booker threw the first punch! Sting retaliated and they traded several blows before Sting ducked and threw another. He ducked a second time and threw another and then another and another! Sting got the crowd riled up as he wound up his arm and blasted Booker T with a punch that sent him to the mat! Booker moved over into the corner and Sting charged at him but Booker got out of the ring quickly and Sting just stood there, staring down at him, releasing an 'OWWWW' for the fans! Booker climbed back into the ring and Sting got him in a side headlock. Booker shoots him off to the ropes --- Sting with a leapfrog --- Sting comes back toward Booker --- clothesline to the mat! --- Sting pulls Booker up and catches him in a military press, pressing him high above his head before dropping him to the mat while a concerned Sharmell looks on! Sting makes a quick cover: 1...2..kickout! Sting hooks Booker T in a Northern Lights Suplex! --- 1...2..kickout again! Sting is on a roll and plays to the crowd, drawing energy from all the little Stingers! He whips Booker into the ropes --- reversed! Sharmell grabs Sting's ankle but Sting doesn't go down! Instead, he turns his attention to Sharmell and Booker T hits him with a knee in the back! Booker chokes Sting on that top rope for a 4 count before new official Nick Patrick breaks it up. Booker takes the next few minutes to focus on Sting's back with suplexes and backbreakers. Booker T hooks a Boston Crab on Sting and Sting's eyes go wide! He begins yelling in pain as the crowd urges him on to fight back! 'STING, STING, STING' shouts the crowd. Sting tries to push up and move closer to the ropes. He's inching his way there. He shakes his head as Nick Patrick asks him if he wants to give it up. He's almost to the ropes. Booker T pulls him back to the center of the ring! Sting is in trouble here, wrestling fans! Sting pushes up on his palms, shouting and yelling as he uses his strength to break the hold and send Booker T out of the ring with a push of his legs! That may have taken everything from the Stinger! Kurt Angle walks out from the back, watching the goings on from the top of the ramp. Sharmell helps Booker T to his feet and puts him back in the ring. Booker pulls Sting up and Sting with a punch to the gut! Another! And another! Sting holds his back but continues firing away on Booker T. He knocks Booker into the corner and looks right at him! Sting rushes as fast as he can toward Booker T and leaps --- STINGER SPLASH! --- NO! Booker moved out of the way! Booker hits Sting with a kick to the gut and bounces off the ropes --- SCISSORS KICK! Booker makes a cover, hooking the leg --- 1... 2... 3!!! Booker T wins it! Booker T is your number one contender![/I] [B]Winner: Booker T Match Rating: B[/B] [I]Sharmell comes in to celebrate with Booker T! Booker looks like he's won the lottery! He's jumping around the ring and then stares down at Kurt Angle from inside the ring. Angle gives him a standing applause from the top of the ramp as Sting slowly comes to and sees what has happened and looks distraught as the show fades to black.[/I][/CENTER][/QUOTE][/CENTER]

James Storm came in and broke up a couple of pinfall attempts on Chris Harris when the MCMG had control. L.A.X. were, of course, accompanied to the ring by Salinas. A pretty short match between these two teams here but the F.B.I. showed some surprising moves against Hernandez and Homicide. L.A.X. seemed a little lax early on in the match but found they had to step up their game later on to keep from getting pinned by Guido or Tony Mamaluke. Guido got the advantage on Hernandez and tossed him outside the ring, threatening to leap over the top rope. But the referee was trying to hold him back. Outside the ring, Raven leaped over the guardrail and attacked Hernandez! Raven clotheslined him down and then rolled underneath the ring and when Hernandez got back up: STEVIEKICK!! Stevie Richards came out of the crowd, wearing a wig and a woman's dress! Hernandez went down and Stevie rolled underneath the ring as well! The referee finally turned back around and had no choice but to count Hernandez out of the ring for the upset![/I] [B]Winners: The Full Blooded Italians Match Rating: D+[/B] [I]Following the match, Raven and Stevie came out from underneath the ring with chairs and slid inside, attacking Homicide inside the ring. Raven whipped Homicide into the ropes and hit a drop toe hold into the metal folding chair! Stevie ripped off the dress, showing that he was only wearing a pair of heart-shaped boxers! Outside the ring, both men used the guardrail to their advantage and Foley hit Sabu with that flying elbowdrop to the outside! Back inside the ring, Sabu had taken the advantage but Foley used a rake to the eyes to back Sabu off. Foley left the ring and grabbed a chair, sliding inside the ring and smiling, sticking his tongue through that hole in his teeth as he looked at Sabu. Bill Alfonso, though, gives a heads up, tossing a chair in to Sabu and Sabu blocked a Mick Foley chair shot with a chair of his own! Dueling chairs inside the ring as the bell sounds![/I] [B]Winner: Double DQ Match Rating: C[/B] [I]The two continued using those chairs! Sabu ducked a chair shot and hit Foley in the knee with the chair and Foley hit Sabu in the bloody head! Some very good technical wrestling to begin the match as both men went back and forth and Sting showed some technical prowess in getting out of holds by Kurt Angle. The crowd was definitely into it when Sting got the advantage, cheering for each punch that Sting threw. When Sting went for the Stinger Splash early, the crowd 'ooo'ed when Kurt moved out of the way! Kurt rolled Sting up... 1... 2... KICKOUT! Sting was inches away from leaving TNA! Kurt went to work on the leg of Sting, focusing with a kneebar and stretching that leg and the ankle in particular. The crowd booed Angle while Frank Trigg clapped his hands. AJ Styles got the crowd into it, cheering them on for the Stinger and Sting threw some punches toward Angle's body, finally breaking the hold. The crowd cheered as Sting moved toward his feet. Angle bounced off the ropes and Sting caught him in a sleeperhold! Angle's eyes went wide as he struggled but couldn't break the hold. Sting used his power, bringing Angle down and the TNA World Champion is slowly going toward sleep. Frank Trigg paces outside the ring, yelling for Kurt to get up! Trigg jumps on the apron, getting the attention of the referee and then the attention of Sting! Sting releases Angle and goes after Frank Trigg! AJ Styles comes around, pulling Trigg off the apron and a battle ensues outside the ring between Frank Trigg and AJ Styles! Kurt Angle's eyes pop open. He was playing possum! Sting turns around --- ANGLE SLAM!! ANGLE SLAM ON STING! Kurt makes the cover: 1... 2... SHOULDER UP! YES! The crowd pops as Sting gets that shoulder up and Angle looked pissed! Angle drops the straps, getting some power for himself as he walks over to Sting. He slips behind Sting and wraps in a waistlock --- GERMAN SUPLEX!! Angle holds on around Sting's waist --- ANOTHER GERMAN! --- A THIRD ONE and Angle releases. He makes the cover again... 1... 2... KICKOUT! The crowd cheers again as Sting kicks out! Sting looks up toward Angle and shrugs off some punches! Sting fires back on Kurt Angle! He whips Angle into the ropes and lifts him up --- MILITARY PRESS SLAM! Angle hits the mat with authority, holding his back! Sting hooks Angle --- Cradle Suplex with a bridge, the crowd counts along... 1... 2... NO! ANGLE KICKS OUT! The crowd boos the kickout and they're on their feet as Sting pulls Angle up. Sting throws punch after punch on Angle! A tornado punch sends Angle back into a corner! Sting sees that and releases an 'OWWWWWW!,' getting the crowd fired up as he backs into the corner and comes charging toward Angle. Sting leaps but Angle falls out of the way! Frank Trigg pushed Angle out of the way and Sting's forehead hits the steel post behind the turnbuckle. Sting staggers inside the ring and Angle pops up --- ANGLE SLAM!! The second one of the match! Kurt Angle makes the cover: 1... 2... 3!! Did the referee count three? Yes, he did! The bell sounds and Kurt Angle has ended Sting's TNA career right here on iMPACT! Anything can happen here in Total Nonstop Action wrestling! Kurt gets his arm raised, celebrating as the cameras zoom in on Sting's face.
