PREVIEW! Welcome to TNA iMPACT! where the fighting never stops! And we have a great card for you tonight! We are less than a week away from TNA Genesis and we have a big card heading into the pay per view! In our main event, two men will be teaming up who will be fighting at Genesis as TNA World Champion Kurt Angle teams with Booker T to take on AJ Styles and Samoa Joe! This will be Styles' first chance to really get his hands on Kurt Angle inside the ring since the last pay-per-view Bound For Glory. After losing last week, Sting will be giving his farewell speech here on iMPACT! Make sure you tune in for that! After a successful debut last week, The Highlanders will be taking on the Prince Justice Brotherhood: Shark Boy and Super Eric. Jeff Jarrett returns to in-ring action, this week facing Kip James of the Beautiful People. A 4-way match will ensue as Chris Harris of America's Most Wanted takes on Guido Maritato of the Full Blooded Italians, Alex Shelley of The Motor City Machine Guns and Jay Briscoe of the Briscoe Brothers! Which singles member of this team 4-way will come out victorious? Tomko gets a rematch with BG James from a couple of weeks ago. Tomko will be looking for revenge since BG beat him last time! ...
TNA iMPACT! Monday Week 4 November 2008 Location: D.B. Milne Field - Florida Attendance: 5,000 Overall Rating: C+ TV Rating: 1.68

The show begins with the entrance of the man they call Sting! Sting is dressed in his usual leather trenchcoat with baseball bat in hand as he walks out to the ring and steps inside. He looks around toward the crowd and they begin a chant of 'Please Don't Go!, Please Don't Go!' Sting smiles at the sound of it as he takes up a microphone. Sting Last week, I put my wrestling career on the line when I faced Kurt Angle in a match. No matter what kind of interference or anything that there was, I lost that match and I'm a man of my word. I am going to be leaving TNA wrestling. The crowd boos that decision! Sting Thank you to each and every one of you little Stingers out there. And if you see me in a shopping mall or out on the street feel free to come up and talk to me. But I've taken up enough of your time. TNA fans, for the last time, it's SHOWTIME!

vs. Rhino vs. Consequences Creed The in-ring portion of the show begins with the War Machine Rhino taking on Consequences Creed. Rhino dominated the match for the most part with Creed only getting in a little bit of offense here and there. The War Machine showed his strength, taking down the referee unintentionally but he turned that into a table spot, propping the table against the corner and putting Creed against it: GORE THROUGH THE TABLE!!! Creed is broken in half! Rhino makes the cover as the referee recovers: 1...2...3! Winner: Rhino Match Rating: D- Following the match, Rhino pounds his chest until the music of the Instant Classic Christian Cage begins to play! Christian comes running out from the back with a neckbrace on and meets Rhino in the center of the ring, throwing punches! Christian drops and hits Rhino with a low-blow! That can even take a War Machine down! Christian goes over to that broken table and grabs a piece of it, moving back over to Rhino...and he DIGS that broken table shard into Rhino's forehead!!! He's busted Rhino open with that broken table piece! Rhino is screaming in pain! Christian showing that he can be hardcore too! Officials come running out to save Rhino, pulling Christian Cage off but the Instant Classic smiles at the damage he's caused!

A video begins to play showing a man within darkness..then cutting to some older videos of Mr. Wrestling and Mr. Wrestling II. Voice Many men have worn the white mask of Mr. Wrestling. Raven looked excellent battling the quicker duo of the S.A.T. When he sent Stevie Richards in, the S.A.T. took the advantage. But Raven came back in late in the match and nailed Jose Maximo with the Raven Effect to get the pinfall victory. Winners: Raven and Stevie Richards Match Rating: D

Backstage, Taylor Wilde is standing in front of a soda machine, sticking some money in. The soda pops out and she reaches down to get it where she is attacked by Angelina Love and Velvet Sky! Her head is rammed into the soda machine by Love and Sky grabs her arms! Angelina Love smacks her across the face! Taylor kicks and in comes Kip James! Kip strikes her with a punch to the gut and Sky lets Taylor double over. The Beautiful People laugh at Taylor before walking off.

In another area backstage, Bill Alfonso is standing by with a growling Sabu. Bill Alfonso Listen up, Mick Foley, at Genesis you are going to get exactly what you have coming to you, daddy! You think that you can beat the homicidal, suicidal, genocidal arabian machine of destruction? I don't think so, daddy! Especially not in a hardcore environment! At Genesis, Sabu is going to prove he's just that much better than the so-called hardcore legend! Bank on it! Sabu growls toward the camera and Alfonso blows his whistle as we head back to the ring.

vs. Mick Foley vs. Jay Lethal 'Born To Be Wild' by Steppenwolf welcomes out Mick Foley in all of his old Cactus Jack gear. He heads out to the ring and sits in the corner, rocking his head back and forth. 'Pomp And Circumstances' is what brings out Jay Lethal, the Black Machismo, for this matchup. Jay Lethal attacked early and quickly on Foley, trying to get the advantage against the veteran but Mick Foley fired and fought back. Foley showed that he can still absorb a lot of punishment. These two showed some great chemistry with each other in the ring. Foley got the pinfall on Lethal following a Double Arm DDT. Winner: Mick Foley Match Rating: C+

Backstage, Jim Cornette is sitting within his office, talking on the phone. Jim Cornette Yeah, I'm getting some attention from these Ring of Honor yahoos for signing their guys up here in TNA. But, yeah, it's alright. We'll just take all of their talent and... Cornette looks up and sees the camera and his eyes go wide. Jim Cornette Listen, I'll call you back. Yeah. I'll just be a minute or two. Cornette hangs up the phone. Jim Cornette Alright, TNA fans, I am back within my office here in TNA wrestling. I know it's been awhile since you've seen me but I've been dealing with certain issues here and there. Tonight, though, I would like to announce a match for Genesis. We've already got some top-flight action coming up at that pay-per-view, including Kurt Angle defending the TNA World Title against Booker T. But I have decided to make a match that will be for a future shot at the TNA World Heavyweight Title. The winner will receive a shot ordained by yours truly Jim Cornette. The two wrestlers who will be in this match? The Phenomenal One AJ Styles and The Samoan Submission Machine Samoa Joe! Now I know the two of you will be partners tonight but I am sure you can work through that. Now, I've got some other things to attend to. Jim goes back to picking up the telephone and dialing as we cut back to the ring.

vs. vs. vs. Chris Harris vs. Guido Maritato vs. Alex Shelley vs. Jay Briscoe Some good, fast-paced action between these four tag team athletes. A high spot came when Jay Briscoe leaped over the top rope and came down on Alex Shelley with a cross body block. When both men got up, Guido came off the top rope, taking both men down in the process! Then Chris Harris looked outside and he climbed to the top turnbuckle! A major cross body block and it looked like a major car wreck outside the ring with fans chanting 'TNA, TNA, TNA.' You won't see anything like this on Raw! The finish came when Shane Douglas tripped Jay Briscoe as he was coming off the ropes to attack Chris Harris. This left Harris open and Alex Shelley took advantage with the Shellshock! Shelley made the cover and got the pinfall on Harris. Winner: Alex Shelley Match Rating: C But the pinfall didn't stop the action as their teammates came running down and a pier six brawl ensued between all eight men! Officials had to come running out to break things up!

While the ring was being cleared and gotten under control, the cameras cut backstage to where Rob Van Dam was standing by with Bill Alfonso and the X-Division Title! Rob Van Dam Hello TNA fans and welcome once again to the man who runs the show. Hey Fonzie I can hear those ratings spiking as Rob Van Dam comes on the screen. I've noticed that ever since I won this X-Division Title that not a lot of the wrestlers want to face the Whole F'N Show. I know that there's no one back in that locker room that can beat me 1-2-3 or make me submit or tap out but someone on the roster must want to be brought up to a five star match, right? Which brings me to Christopher Daniels. Fallen Angel meet the Whole F'N Show. They call me the best because I wear this belt. They call me Mr. Thursday Night. But I'll make an exception for this Sunday and I'll be Mr. PPV. Christopher Daniels, prepare to meet your match this Sunday at Genesis: Rob...Van...Dam! RVD does the double thumb point as we head back out to the ring.

vs. The Highlanders vs. The Prince Justice Brotherhood The beginning of the match had several comedy spots with the Highlanders and Roddy Piper and the PJB. Shark Boy and Super Eric looked a little better than normal in this match, actually getting the Highlanders on the ropes a couple of times. But everyone was shocked to see the seven foot Kevin Nash walk down to the ring. What business could he have in this match? Roddy Piper distracted the official as Nash stepped in the ring. Nash hit Super Eric with a big boot to send him out of the ring and then pulled Shark Boy in --- JACKKNIFE POWERBOMB! Nash exited the ring before the referee turned around and the Highlanders hit the Scot Drop on a downed Shark Boy as Scott Hall and Eric Bischoff made their way out. Robbie got the easy pinfall on Shark Boy. Winners: The Highlanders Match Rating: D Following the match, the Outsiders took care of business against Shark Boy and Super Eric, downing them with a spike powerbomb and Scott Hall got on the mic. Scott Hall Meet my mystery partner, chicos. See you at Genesis. The crowd booed this revelation as Nash and Hall high fived and then exited the ring with Bischoff.

Kurt Angle is shown walking down the hallway backstage by himself. He rounds a corner and comes face to face with Booker T! The two look at each other for several moments in a staredown before Kurt steps to the side and continues walking and Booker just stares after him.

vs. Tomko vs. BG James Another poor showing between these two wrestlers. The crowd didn't particularly care for this match. It showed off Tomko's power moreso than anything this time. Tomko got the clean pinfall following a Spinning Rack Pancake. Winner: Tomko Match Rating: D

vs. Jeff Jarrett vs. Kip James We've already seen Kip James earlier in the evening as he took part in that sneak attack on Taylor Wilde. This was a pretty average match between these two veteran wrestlers with really nothing to gain for Jeff Jarrett and nothing to lose for Kip James. Jarrett ended up getting the pinfall following The Stroke. Winner: Jeff Jarrett Match Rating: C

vs. AJ Styles and Samoa Joe vs. Kurt Angle and Booker T Prior to the match, a video was shown of AJ Styles and Samoa Joe within the locker room, talking about putting their differences aside for this match and worrying about Genesis afterward. The crowd really got into this match as the main event of the evening. Styles and Joe showed a lot more chemistry as a team than Kurt and Booker, with Kurt and Booker often forcing tag ins when the other one has either Styles or Joe down. They even broke up their own pin attempts, citing that they wanna be the one to make the pinfall! Styles and Joe used this to their advantage. Joe hit Angle with the Muscle Buster and made a cover but Booker T broke it up and in came AJ Styles! All four men were inside the ring, doing battle! Booker sent Styles over the top rope with a clothesline and then saw Joe getting back up and bending over, taunting Angle! Booker came over --- SCISSORS KICK!!! Joe goes down and Booker makes a quick cover: 1...2...3! Booker T gets the pinfall and he wasn't even the legal man! Winners: Kurt Angle and Booker T Match Rating: B- Following the match, as Booker T celebrated in the ring, Kurt attacked him from behind! Angle lifted Booker T --- ANGLE SLAM! Booker T hits the mat and Angle intimidates Sharmell to keep her back and then goes for the Ankle Lock! He cinches it in on a screaming Booker T! Angle gets a leg-lace on it and Sharmell leaps after him, trying to protect Booker T! Sharmell scratching and clawing at Angle's face to break the hold, finally succeeding but Angle gets up and hits Sharmell with the Angle Slam! Kurt Angle stands over Booker T and Sharmell, raising the TNA World Title! Will this happen on Sunday??? Stay tuned!

That was replaced by boos as Rhino's music kicked up through the arena and Rhino came out for this opening bout, a Hardcore match against Christian! Then came the music for the Instant Classic and Christian came running out from the back, looking for revenge on Rhino! As most people would expect, this one was a definite brawl between these two from start to finish. Christian went for the Unprettier early in the match but Rhino was able to push him off. Rhino concentrated his attention on the neck of Christian Cage, after injuring him last month. Christian fought Rhino off on most occassions and then chairs came into play. Rhino grabbed a chair and swatted Christian down to the mat like a bug. Christian's eyes went wide as Rhino hit him on top of the head and Christian slumped to the ground, busted open from the forehead. Christian kicked out at a 2 count, though, and the crowd began chanting 'Instant Classic *clap clap clap clap clap*' trying to get Christian to fight back. Rhino set up a table inside the ring and put Christian against it in the corner. Rhino looked at Christian and then charged --- GORE! NO! Christian moved at the last second and Rhino sent himself through the table! Just like on iMPACT! Christian grabs a piece of that wooden table and begins opening up the wounds on Rhino's forehead! The War Machine is bleeding like a stuck pig as Christian gives out a scream! Christian finally drops the piece of wood and goes outside to get a couple of chairs. He slides inside and slides one of the chairs underneath Rhino's head! Christian raises the second chair... *WHAM!* Rhino moved out of the way and the sound of the two chairs hitting reverberated throughout the arena! Rhino is up --- GORE! out of nowhere! Rhino makes a cover: 1...2...3!!! Rhino somehow wins this one! Winner: Rhino Match Rating: B-

The cameras move backstage where Jim Cornette is nodding, watching the matches on a monitor. The door to his office slams open and in walks the Maple Leaf Muscle Petey Williams! Petey Williams I'm gonna do the talking, Cornette, so you just keep your mouth shut! I never got a rematch for the X-Division Title after losing it to Rob Van Dam and I am cashing in my rematch clause this Thursday Night on TNA iMPACT! You got a problem with that? Jim Cornette Actually, I don't have a problem with that, Petey. The only problem I have is you coming in here and making demands on me. You're just like those ROH people who think they can come in and walk all over me. Well, that's not going to happen. So, you'll get your rematch on iMPACT! and I can't wait to see either Rob Van Dam or Christopher Daniels kick your ass. Petey just stares at Cornette for a moment before walking out before he says something he regrets.

vs. TNA WORLD TAG TEAM TITLES MATCH The Latin American XChange vs. Raven and Stevie Richards L.A.X. were accompanied to the ring as always by Salinas while Raven and Stevie Richards were alone tonight. As always, Stevie fought within the majority of the bout inside the ring against the fast-tagging L.A.X. Hernandez and Homicide wore down Stevie in the ring but Stevie was able to make the tag in to Raven, who took advantage of the fact that he has barely been in all night, kicking things up a notch against Hernandez and Homicide. Raven went for the Raven Effect on Hernandez but Homicide came in and nailed Raven with a Big Boot, knocking Raven into the corner! Stevie tagged himself in and set up for a Stevie Kick but it was ducked! L.A.X. set up Stevie: DRIVE BY! Hernandez makes sure Raven doesn't interfere while Homicide makes the cover: 1...2...3! The L.A.X. keep their titles! Winners: Latin American XChange Match Rating: D

The cameras move backstage where JB is standing by. Jeremy Borash Hello everyone. A very good high-flying match that really showcased the talents of the MCMG. This was mostly a showcase match for the MCMG but the Briscoes got in a few offensive moves too, showing that they can at least be a threat at times. Later on tonight, you think you're gonna come in like some great cavalry and save the day? I don't think so. Do you know who I am? I'm the guy who won these Olympic Gold Medals with a broken freaking neck. I'm the guy who beat three other men to take this TNA World Heavyweight Title and later on tonight I'll be the guy who's kicking your ass and sending you back home to that slut wife of yours a broken and sorry and pathetic excuse for a human being. Angelina Love was accompanied to the ring by Velvet Sky and Taylor Wilde was looking for revenge after the attack by The Beautiful People on iMPACT! Taylor definitely showed her in-ring skills in this one and may have picked up the Women's Title except for some interference by Velvet Sky, causing the DQ! Winner: Taylor Wilde (Did not win the title) Match Rating: D Following the match, both members of the Beautiful People attacked Taylor Wilde. Velvet Sky held her by the arms and Angelina slapped her! Then the crowd broke into gasps and cheers as someone came out rom the back to make the save! Velvet Sky and Angelina Love quickly left the ring as none other than Ashley Massaro made her TNA debut! Ashley checked on Taylor, while making sure The Beautiful People didn't enter the ring again.

The cameras cut backstage where Christian Cage is getting looked at by the medical staff for his cuts and bruises from the match earlier. Both sides got in some offense with Guido looking pretty good for the F.B.I. Guido played to the crowd some with some Italian hand gestures and there was a spot where Guido went over the top rope to hit James Storm! But America's Most Wanted started the comeback late in the bout and they were able to nail Tony Mamaluke with the Death Sentence and get the pinfall victory. Winners: America's Most Wanted Match Rating: D

We head backstage once again to find AJ Styles with Jeremy Borash. Jeremy Borash Hello everyone and we are getting ready for one of the more anticipated bouts on the card tonight as The Phenomenal One AJ Styles takes on The Samoan Submission Machine Samoa Joe in a match for a future shot at the TNA World Heavyweight Title. AJ, this should be a battle for the ages. AJ Styles It should be, Jeremy. I have a lot of respect for Samoa Joe and for what he means to this business. He is a future star just like I am. But tonight I am going to move one step closer to getting another shot at the gold, whether it's Kurt Angle or Booker T after tonight it doesn't matter. The Phenomenal One plans on getting there one match at a time.

vs. WINNER RECEIVES A FUTURE TNA WORLD TITLE SHOT AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe The crowd here in Memphis is primed as AJ Styles comes out to the ring and he is soon followed by Samoa Joe. There are no friends here right now, only opponents. The two stare at each other from across the ring as the bell sounds and they step forward, shaking hands before circling around the ring. They lock up and Samoa Joe circles around with a rear waistlock on AJ Styles. Joe holds onto it as AJ tries to find a counter. AJ blocks a German Suplex attempt early and brings his thumbs down, trying to break the grip by Samoa Joe. Joe slides his leg around, tripping AJ to the mat and holding on to that waistlock. AJ pushes to his feet and swings his legs around, using Joe's weight to help push to his feet. AJ breaks the grip and swings around, using his own rear waistlock on Samoa Joe! Joe quickly reverses --- GERMAN --- NO! AJ lands on his feet behind Samoa Joe and the two stare at each other while the crowd claps their approval of this technical wrestling showdown. Several minutes into the match and Joe has taken control, focusing his attention on the back of AJ Styles and keeping the Phenomenal One grounded. Joe landed a samoan drop early in the match and got a two count before Styles kicked out. Joe landed an inverted atomic drop followed by a running single leg dropkick and finished with a running senton, getting the crowd on his side as they chanted 'JOE, JOE, JOE, JOE.' AJ rolled out of the ring for a break and Samoa Joe followed him out! Joe threw some punches to AJ's head and then grabbed a chair, setting it up by the guardrail. He walked back over to AJ and Styles threw some punches of his own, fighting back against Samoa Joe! Joe went to the eyes, showing some viciousness of his own and then whipped AJ into the chair and guardrail! AJ slumped down on the chair and Samoa Joe runs in with the Ole Kick! AJ Styles is definitely hurting! Samoa Joe rolls AJ into the ring and follows him in as Karen Angle walks down to the ring! What is she doing here? She has a history with AJ Styles! Joe sets AJ between his legs in a piledriver position but AJ manages to fight back! Styles reverses into a back body drop but falls to the mat, holding his back in pain! Karen tries to get the crowd behind AJ Styles, clapping and cheering! Dueling chants go out for both AJ and Samoa Joe! Both men get toward their feet and meet in the center of the ring, trading punches! AJ goes downstairs with a kick and hooks Joe, lifting him up in a vertical suplex position! He holds Joe up there, letting the blood rush to his head before dropping him in a Delayed Brainbuster! AJ Styles makes the cover: 1...2...kickout! Styles uses a few kicks to the solar plexus of Samoa Joe before lifting him up and whipping him into a corner! AJ follows him in and leaps but Joe catches him --- ST JOE! AJ goes down to the mat! Samoa Joe makes the cover: 1... 2... KICKOUT! AJ Styles kicked out! The crowd gets pumped behind the Phenomenal One and Styles begins fighting back against Samoa Joe. The next several minutes have AJ Styles get a distinct advantage in this match and Karen Angle seems to be cheering him on at ringside. Styles gets Joe down and goes up top --- SPIRAL CLASH!!! He hit the Spiral Clash on Samoa Joe! That HAS to be it, right?!?! He makes a cover... 1... 2... FOOT ON THE ROPES!! Somehow, Samoa Joe had his wits enough about him to get that foot on the bottom rope! How did he do it? AJ Styles looks to be getting frustrated right now since the Spiral Clash didn't work. AJ pulls Samoa Joe up and Joe pushes him away right into the referee! Referee Mark Johnson goes down from that head to head contact! Samoa Joe grabs AJ Styles and begins to hook him for that Muscle Buster but AJ Styles wiggles free! Styles hooks Joe --- STYLES CLASH!!! AJ Styles makes the cover but there's no referee to count! Karen Angle enters the ring with a chair in hand. What is she doing?? She brings the chair down hard on the already hurt back of AJ Styles! Why is she attacking AJ??? Karen smacks Joe across the face a couple of times, trying to wake him up before exiting the ring with a smirk on her face. Both men are on the mat as the referee begins to wake up and he sees them both, beginning the ten count: 1....2....3...4...5...6...7...8...Joe somehow gets up to his feet and so does AJ Styles! Joe ducks the Discus punch and kicks Styles in the gut, hooking him up --- MUSCLE BUSTER!! Samoa Joe never saw the interference from Karen Angle! Joe makes the cover: 1... 2... 3!!!! Samoa Joe wins this hard-fought battle! Winner: Samoa Joe Match Rating: B Following the match, a smiling Kurt Angle comes out from the back and enters the ring, putting the boots to AJ Styles! Samoa Joe looks at him for a moment and then gives him a shove! Kurt looks at Joe, telling him this is none of his business and goes back to putting the boots to Styles! Joe shoves Angle again and Angle gets in his face! Joe grabs Angle around the waist --- OVERHEAD BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX!! Kurt rolls out of the ring quickly as Samoa Joe stands tall on this night!

vs. X-DIVISION TITLE MATCH Rob Van Dam vs. Christopher Daniels The crowd cheered as 'Walk' by Pantera signalled the entrance of the X-Division Champion Rob Van Dam! RVD came out along with his manager Bill Alfonso and stepped inside the ring, facing off with the Fallen Angel Christopher Daniels, who was alone for this match. Andrew Thomas is your referee for this bout. A very good X-Division match between these two veterans of the ring. Christopher Daniels actually started with the advantage in this match, hitting a bridging Northern Lights Suplex early for a two count but Van Dam was able to kick out. Daniels continued with the advantage, focusing on the back of Van Dam and keeping up a fast-pace that Van Dam was forced to match. Daniels dropped Van Dam with a Death Valley Driver that got another two count before Van Dam rolled outside the ring to talk with Bill Alfonso over some strategy. Daniels came running at them and hit a baseball slide kick to the mush of Van Dam, sliding outside the ring to meet him! Daniels gave a glance toward Alfonso before setting Van Dam up on the guardrail and clotheslining him down and into the crowd. The Fallen Angel pulled Van Dam up and set him up into a suplex but Van Dam landed on his feet! Van Dam grabs Daniels from behind --- Full Nelson Bomb by Rob Van Dam! Van Dam gives the crowd a bow before rolling inside the ring to break the count! Alfonso helps Daniels back into the ring and Van Dam bounces off the ropes --- ROLLING THUNDER! Van Dam makes the cover: 1...2...shoulder up! Van Dam continues on the offensive until Daniels uses a rake of the eyes, making one of those lethal Van Dam kicks miss it's mark and hit the referee! The referee goes down hard and Daniels grabs Van Dam --- LAST RITES! Daniels makes the cover but there's no referee to count the three count! Daniels gets up, frustrated! He hooks Van Dam but Bill Alfonso gets up on the apron, tossing a chair into the ring! Daniels catches it and smiles, turning toward Van Dam --- VAN DAMINATOR!!! The chair kicked right into the face of Christopher Daniels! The chair goes flying and Van Dam mounts the turnbuckles as Alfonso wakes up the official --- FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH!!! Van Dam hits it and makes a cover: 1... 2... 3!!! Van Dam wins the match, defending his X-Division Title! Winner: Rob Van Dam Match Rating: C+ After the match, Rob Van Dam picks up a microphone. Rob Van Dam Just like I said before, Fonzie, there is nobody within this X-Division past, present or future that can beat me for this title. Though we all know that Christopher Daniels is a nobody. He isn't in the league of Rob Van Dam. But, then, who is? Van Dam is interrupted by some old, familiar music. The crowd looks toward the entrance ramp and then a chant of 'NEW F'N SHOW' goes out through the crowd as Jerry Lynn makes his return to TNA! Jerry Lynn slides into the ring and gets face-to-face with a shocked Rob Van Dam. Jerry Lynn Hey...champ. Did I just hear you say that nobody within the X-Division's past could beat you for that belt? I am a former X-Division Champion myself. You could almost call me the Godfather of the X-Division since I'm one of those guys who started it out so long ago. You want some competition, Mr. Pay-Per-View? You've got it. In one month, at Turning Point, you're going to get your competition in the form of the New F'N Show! Jerry Lynn smiles and drops the microphone before he walks out, leaving a stunned Rob Van Dam and Bill Alfonso.

vs. HARDCORE MATCH Mick Foley vs. Sabu Another match that fans have been looking forward to here at Genesis. Hardcore style: Mick Foley against Sabu. Of course Sabu has Bill Alfonso in his corner. To begin the match, Mick Foley picks up a chair and motions to Bill Alfonso to send one to Sabu! They're gonna pick things up where they left off in their last match! We have dueling chairs to start off this match! Both men swinging! Just who's gonna win?? Sabu ducks a chair shot and uses his chair on the knee of Mick Foley! Then a chairshot to the head and Foley is asking for more! Sabu bounces off the ropes and Mick Foley spears him to the mat, knocking the chair out of Sabu's hand in the process! Foley throws punches to Sabu's head, leaning down and biting Sabu! Sabu with body shots, trying to break Foley away! Foley finally lets up and gives his 'BANG BANG' taunt! Foley continues the next several minutes with the advantage, using chairs on Sabu. Sabu makes his comeback outside the ring due to some distraction by Bill Alfonso! Sabu rams Foley into the guardrail and begins to choke the life out of him there! Sabu climbs to the apron and comes running off --- GUILLOTINE LEGDROP ON FOLEY AND THE GUARDRAIL! The crowd cheers for the Arabian Nightmare! Back in the ring, Bill Alfonso has set up a table and a chair in front of it. Sabu brings Foley back in the ring and sets Mick Foley down in the chair. Sabu springboards off the ropes into a kick to Foley, sending his head backward into the table hard! The back of Foley's head is busted wide open! Sabu bounces off the ropes but Foley gets up --- DROP TOEHOLD ONTO THE CHAIR!! Foley picks up Sabu and lays him across the table, hitting him with several shots before going outside the ring and reaching underneath the ring! He's got barbed wire! Mick Foley has barbed wire! He begins the process of wrapping it around his body quickly and then climbs the turnbuckles! He leaps and Sabu moves out of the way! Foley hits the chair hard and that barbed wire is cutting into his flesh! OH MY GOD! Sabu grabs Foley carefully and sets him up on the table. Sabu picks up the chair and folds it, climbing the turnbuckles --- ATOMIC ARABIAN FACEBUSTER THROUGH THE TABLE!!! The crowd begins a 'holy ****' chant as Sabu looks to be in pain as well! Sabu makes the cover: 1...2...3!!! Sabu wins it but both men are bleeding and down and hurt! Winner: Sabu Match Rating: B-

vs. TNA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH Kurt Angle vs. Booker T And the crowd is jacked as we head into our main event matchup for the TNA World Heavyweight Title! Kurt Angle comes out with Karen in his corner and Booker T comes out alone for this match. They meet in the center of the ring and Kurt taunts Booker T early about Sharmell and Booker throws punches! Booker brings the Champ down several times with right hands and then a left and Kurt slides out of the ring to catch his breath. Kurt paces a moment before sliding back inside the ring and Booker starts the match off with the advantage, focusing on the arm of Kurt Angle with armbars and hip tosses and arm drags. Kurt is a little thrown off by this gameplan by Booker T and constantly complains about Booker cheating, grabbing the straps and all but the referee isn't buying it. For several minutes, Booker remains in charge of this match before Kurt finally finds an opening with a rake of the eyes and a few headbutts knocking Booker T back. Kurt works over the back of Booker T early and then goes after the legs. He uses his vast arsenal of submission moves early on to wear down the challenger. Booker is given a bit of an emotional lift when Sharmell comes walking down to ringside, cheering on her husband. Booker pushes Kurt back at that point in time and hits a spinarooni to his feet, keeping Kurt back in the process! Booker T goes right back to work on Kurt Angle and eventually he hits the Book End out of nowhere! Booker lies there, exhausted for about a minute before he is finally able to make the cover, this could be it: 1... 2... SHOULDER UP! Kurt Angle got the shoulder up! Booker T looks down at him angrily and picks him up, raising him in a vertical suplex, delays it, delays it, delays it and then drops Angle on his back!
