I mean sure I could pull it off but it would take a lot from the match..[/COLOR]" ".[COLOR=Green]. I have to think this trough [/COLOR].. See you on the show.[/COLOR]"[/I] [B]*click*[/B] I thought to myself "Damn.. There goes our hugely anticipated main event of BBW: 38 Stitches.. What am I going to do now..?" when I suddenly realized I hadn't really made any plans for the event except Nakasawa vs. Kajahara. And now it was gone. Besides I only had just two weeks to build up the other matches and storylines. I'm in deep ****. But on the other hand we are still quite unknown in Japan overall.. And average in Kanto so almost any kind of event will gain us popularity I think. But I still need a believable main event. I don't even have an opponent for Anger, our BBW World Warrior champion. Cutting Behemoth and Demon Spite off the roster came back to haunt us sooner than I had thought. .. *sigh* .. I have to get some inspiration so let's look at few shows of different promotions. First the US East Coast Wars recap; RPW and PPPW are getting the best of everyone else with their shows (C-), and especially XFW and DAVE are flat on their back on the canvas, staring at the ceiling. At DAVE Rock And Roll Over '98 there was a surprisingly good main event where Shawn Gonzales, the DAVE Extreme champion faced our Jay Darkness in a pretty good match (C-). It seems as if the training the DAVE wrestlers (Big Cat Brandon, Black Eagle, Jungle Jack, Jay Darkness and Madman Boone) have received here is paying off. Maybe finally Phil acknowledges our value not only in the Japanese wrestling scene but also the value of our working relationship with DAVE. Hinote Dojo held their "Open Challenge" event which is a tournament style event where the winner gets the "Best of Trophy. Funny thing was that they pretty much rode on to success with our wrestler Natsuhisa Tamura, who won all three matches (against Super Joshuya, C, against Silence, C-, and against Robert Oxford, C+). The event was one of the best Hinote Dojo has ever held (C). And what's even more funnier, Hinote Dojo is almost unknown in Japan (E+ in Kinki, F everywhere else), they have ten times more money than we have (A little over one million dollars) and on top of that they are twice prestigious than us. [CENTER]Quite embarrasing, isn't it? :p [LEFT][LIST] [*]Phil Vibert withdrew the contract offer regarding Ryu; Ryu's injured at a PGHW show against Miwa, swollen calf muscle, one month out.[/LIST][LIST] [*]Rethinking of our booking, looking back on the cost-cutting, was it wise after all? East Coast update, RPW and PPPW going strong, XFW and DAVE not so strong; Altough the training of our DAVE wrestlers seems to be a success. The first minutes are just a basic cat and mouse play from the wrestlers when eventually Thunder kicks Anger to the face with a muya thai kick which makes Anger staggering on his feet, not able to keep his balance. Thunder clims to turnbuckle and tries goes for a hurricanrana, Anger catches him and powerbombs him to the canvas!! But only a two-count!! Thunder gets his shoulders up but Anger stays on top of him and hits several mounted punches on Thunder. Anger signs for a chair, Silence throws him one but Anger swings and misses his target as Thunder ducks and rans across the ring to the ropes. Thunder bounces off the ropes but gets a hard chairshot in the face! Another two-count as Thunder gets up! Anger throws Thunder out of the ring in to the hands of the Reject's who quickly start to kick him. Nakasawa grabs a barbedwire chair from under the ring and comes to the rescue, sending the attackers away from Thunder who, after a brief psyching up from Nakasawa gets up and back to the ring. Anger whips Thunder to the ropes and goes for Pisschrist's finishing move, the Running Big Foot!! But misses as Thunder ducks the move and tries to German suplex Anger only to fail in it since Anger is way too heavy for him. Thunder lifts Anger's leg and hits a dragon screw on Anger! Thunder quickly changes to submissions as he starts twisting Anger's leg, hitting elbow drops on it and then pulling and twisting the leg. Anger kicks Thunder away and gets up but Thunder hits a dropkick to knee, and another one, and another one but Anger won't stay down. Thunder goes for another one but Anger knows what's coming and hits a haymaker on Thunder, sending him down to the mat. Anger moves the chair to the middle of the ring and lifts Thunder up for the Demon Slam but his leg gives up, Thunder hits a DDT on top of the chair!! Cover!! One.. Two.. Two!! Anger gets up, Nakasawa shouts at Thunder to go for the Thunder Shock (Swandive Senton Bomb). Thunder obeys and climbs to the turnbuckle and leaps off, Anger rolls out, Thunder lands on the chair!! Anger leans on the ropes and waits for Thunder to raise up. Slowly Thunder gets back on his feet, Anger rushes from the ropes and hits a disqusting looking lariat, an impact which sends Thunder crashing on the mat, landing on his neck because of the impact!! Kajahara comes up to the ramp, with his hand in a sling. Nakasawa leans on the ropes, bad mouthing Kajahara and taunting him to come to the ring when Natsuhisa Tamura attack the H-Bomb from behind with a coil of barbedwire!! Tamura whips the coil across Nakasawa's back, turning Nakasawa's back into a red network of cuts. Prophet gets the mic and orders the ref to start the match!! Nakasawa moves to the apron and hits a flying clothesline on Tamura! Cover! Just a one count as Tamura throws Nakasawa away. Tamura and Nakasawa start a wild brawl, connecting with a wild series of punches until Tamura whips Nakasawa into the ring steps! Tamura grabs Nakasawa from the hair and bangs his head onto the steps! Tamura grabs a chair and tries to hit a con-chair-to, sandwitching Nakasawa's head between the steps and the chair, Nakasawa barely avoids the impact and Tamura connects with the steps and drops the chair. Nakasawa picks up the chair and smashes it across Tamura's head. Tamura stays up, Nakasawa hits him again and Tamura finally drops to the ground with his head busted open!! Nakasawa covers, but only a two-count! Nakasawa gets a table from under the ring while Tamura rolls back to the ring, obviously shaken from the chairshots. Nakasawa enters the ring with the table and smash Tamura with it. Tamura stays up, punches a hole into the table and connects Nakasawa's chin in the other side of the wood! Nakasawa drops to the canvas with the flat table on top of him. Tamura goes to the ropes, bounces back and hits a jumping elbow on top of Nakasawa with the table on top of him. Cover!! Two-count! Nakasawa gets up and loads a series of knees and elbows on Tamura, who then answers with a series of chops! Nakasawa lifts Tamura up for the Nakasawa Neckbreaker and connects, cover!! One.. Two.. .. Tamura gets back to his feet and starts arguing with Anger who doesn't know which one he wants to face at BBW: 38 Stitches since both are great competitors. Anger slaps Tamura, Tamura chops Anger!! Thunder is still in the ring, Anger gets up!! The rest Reject's hit the ring (Pisschrist, Silence, Kurofuji) and attack Thunder, Nakasawa and Tamura, beating them all down. Pisschrist hits Running Big Foot on Nakasawa, Kurofuji hits the Suicide headbutt on Tamura and Silence hits the Godzilla Plunge on Thunder!! Deushi: "[COLOR=Indigo][I]This is just madness, there's just bodies laying all around the ring and the match still continues?!"[/I][/COLOR] [COLOR=Indigo][I]"There's no rules, it's a deathmatch.. But.. This is just. Weird. FlameSnoopy Posted January 25, 2009 Share Posted January 25, 2009 Am I the only one who always reads "The Diver" as "The Driver"? :PP Kinda makes me laugh to see Lunatic and D(r)iver and brings to me a lunatic driver :p A good show, I really start to like Nakasawa. But Kajahara's also great, and Thunder's all silent and brings to my mind Dark Eagle and his gimmick. I kinda dislike Anger so I hope he loses the belt to anyone, though Nakasawa is pretty good in the challenger -role. I cant explain it before it was just a grudge match a long time coming, now its the biggest match BBW has had becuaseit has been months and months coming. The finish of the match was just a moment of impact after another when everyone hit their finishing moves on their opponents; Thunder hit the Thunder shock on Anger, Tamura hit the Tamura Driver on Nakasawa, Anger hit Demon Slam on Thunder, everyone got only a two-count!! Eventually Thunder hit an impressive hurricanrana on Anger, sending him to the barbedwire ropes and out of the ring as Anger's weight was too much for the ropes which snapped off the turnbuckles. Tamura was playing possum on the ground whic lead to Thunder taking himself out of the match when he crashed and burned as Tamura pushed him off the turnbuckle, thus Thunder crashed trough a table that was set on outside. Tamura turned around and Nakasawa hit the H-Bomb, slamming Tamura on top of a barbedwire board to get the pinfall in 14.44. I want Panthera -merchandise! :p I still think that The Anger didn't deserve the World title, but this "i am in no-one's side" -storyline type of thing is pretty interesting, though we've seen this before (Tamura). A good show :) Then to the BBW: 38 Stitches, and these are how I want the matches to end, not predictions. Team Panthera and 666 then attack the Vulpes, beat them down and set up the tables. Panthera's grab Inao, 666 grab Jungle Jack and lift them up in a double suplex!! Inao slips out and avoids the table, Jungle Jack elbows Zombie and Devil and gets out of the precarious position and the match continues!! Big Cat attacks Devil, Tiger Mask attack Inao, and Jungle Jack brawls with the Zombie!! Tiger Mask and Inao leave the ring and get few chairs and go back; Tiger Mask tries to hit Jungle Jack but hits Zombie instead; Inao attack Big Cat but hits Devil!! 666 are dazed and confused, Jungle Jack levels Tiger Mask with a lariat, Big Cat Big Cat Pounces Inao and then Jack and Big Cat attack the members of 666!! Jungle Jack-Hammer on Devil trough the barbedwire table!! First elimination!! "[I][COLOR=Indigo]The Devil has been eliminated from the match!![/COLOR][/I]" Big Cat hammers down Zombie who fights back, Jack comes to aid for some reason and together they slam Zombie trought the glass table!! Second elimination!! "[I][COLOR=Indigo]The Zombie has been eliminated from the match: Team 666 are now out of the match!![/COLOR][/I]" 666 members are in pain as they roll out of the ring, Devil with scars and cuts from the barbedwire, Zombie with cuts from the pieces of glass. Team Panthera and Vulpes Jangala continue the match in-ring while 666 are still in the ringside, setting up tables!! While the two remaining teams battle in the ring, 666 circle the ring with tables, pour gasoline on them and set them on fire!! "[I][COLOR=Indigo]There's no way out for the remaining teams, other than going trough the flaming tables!![/COLOR][/I]" Tiger Mask pushes Inao against the ropes, trying to lift him over the top rope. Inao kicks Tiger Mask right into the face, Tiger falls down, Inao goes for the top rope. Just as Inao is going for the move, Tiger Mask blasts Inao with a chair!! A huge thud echoes the arena and Inao crashes hard, trough the flaming tables!! Just as Jungle Jack had eliminated Tiger Mask, Jack turned around. Big Cat had been waiting and hit the Big Cat Pounce on Jungle Jack!! Jack flies trough the ropes but no, he's still on the apron!! The match ends with one pinfall or submission. A little cat and mouse in the beginning of the match, Tamura chases Thunder. Thunder hits and runs, trying to avoid any contact. They go out of the ring and into the crowd, where Tamura chases Thunder all the way to the stairs that lead to upper parts of the arena, when suddenly Thunder, being ahead of Tamura in the steps, turns around and hits a beautiful flying body press on Tamura, pressing him hard on the stairsteps!! Huge "BBW" chant starts as the fans are loving the action so close to them. Thunder jumps on a rail and goes for a hurricanrana, Tamura outpowers him and hits a powerbomb style backbreaker on Thunder!! Tamura pushes Thunder down the stairs and they are back on the ringside!! Tamura grabs Thunder and slams his head on the steelsteps. Thunder's forehead is busted wide open from the impact. Tamura starts to pound on the cut and soon Thunder is wearing a crimson mask on top of his mask. Tamura pushes Thunder back into the ring and grabs a chair and a ladder with him. Thunder was ready and dropkicks Tamura, then grabs a chair and covers!! One.. One and a half!! Tamura gets up easily. Thunder sets up the ladder, climbs it halfway and goes for another missile dropkick!! Tamura falls down again, Thunder goes for the top rope and hits the Thunder Shock (Swandive Senton) on Tamura, cover!! One.. Two.. Two!! Tamura kicks out!! Thunder leaps on the ladder once again, Tamura quickly gets up and pushes the ladder over, Thunder lands hard on the turnbuckle!! Tamura hits few knee drops, and mounts Thunder, elbowing him wildly. Tamura grabs the semi-concious Thunder and hits the Tamura Driver!! One.. Two.. .. Two and a half!! Thunder kicks out, out of instinct!! Tamura stomps on Thunder, gets a table from outside and sets it up in the middle of the ring. While this is going on, Thunder grabs the same chair and smashes Tamura with it, again and again!! Five or six times, Thunder blasts Tamura with the chair and goes for the cover!! Tamura is busted open!! One.. Two.. .. Two and a half!! Thunder looks around and moves the ladder near the corner. Another chairshot for Tamura, Thunder pushes Tamura on top of the table and starts to climb up the ladder!! Thunder waves at the fans who are standing up, waiting for the move. Thunder is on top of the ladder, standing on the highest step, he jumps!! Thunder Shock!! .. And he connects!! Thunder lands on Tamura, who gets buried in the wood!! Thunder lays on top of Tamura, cover!! One.. Two.. Three!! Awesome Thunder just pinned Natsuhisa Tamura!! The match ends in 12.24!! What an upset!! Thunder wins!! Anger is down, Nakasawa goes for a few elbow drops. Knee bar, knee pulls, elbows to the knee!! Nakasawa is trying to take the control of the match by taking out Anger's legs. Anger kicks Nakasawa out and escapes the hold. Nakasawa comes closer, Angers grabs his trunks and pulls him to the barbedwire ropes!! Nakasawa grunts as his face grinds the barbedwire. Anger slowly gets back to his feet and starts kicking Nakasawa into the ropes. Anger grabs a barbedwire bat and starts rolling it up and down Nakasawa's back!! Nakasawa elbows Anger who backs down. Anger runs towards Nakasawa who counters, drop toe holding Anger onto the ropes!! Nakasawa recooperates, backs off a few feet and tackles Anger with high velocity!! The ropes snap off, and the two warriors crash outside of the ring, wrapped in barbedwire!! As they get up on their knees, both warriors grab a handful of the barbedwire and starts whipping each other with it!! Both warriors are full of cuts and scrapes from the wire. Nakasawa goes completely under the ring, searching for weapons. Anger looses him and starts circling the ring in search of Nakasawa. Nakasawa comes out from other side and waits for Anger to pass by. As Anger turns around the corner, he gets a steam from a fire extinguisher Nakasawa had found from under the ring!! Anger is blinded for a moment, Nakasawa hits Anger with an extinguisher right to the kneecap!! Anger falls to his knees, Nakasawa grabs his head and starts grinding it against the steel cell!! Nakasawa rolls Anger back to the ring and grabs a barbedwire board with him as he goes back to the ring aswell. Anger is bloodied and bruised, but knocks Nakasawa down with a wicked lariat. Anger put all the power behind the move and thus falls down from the impact that he himself had inflicted. Both men are down, the fans are hyped up!! Anger moves the barbedwire board right in the middle of the ring and tries to lift Nakasawa up for the Demon Slam, but his legs give up!! Nakasawa chops Anger, goes the side and runs stoward Anger, trying to knock him on top of the board!! Anger counters!! Powerslam Demon Slam, Power Demon Slam!! Anger turns in midair and slams Nakasawa on top of the barbedwire board!! What a move!! Cover!! One.. Two.. .. Two!! Nakasawa rips himself up from the barbedwire, screaming in pain!! Blood gushes out from the cuts on Nakasawa's back. Anger can't believe it and quickly heads to the side of the ring where the ropes were taken out, getting a coil of barbedwire around his hand. Nakasawa is shaking in the ring from the pain and torment, Anger comes back in the ring. Anger punches Nakasawa with his hand wrapped in barbedwire. Nakasawa fights him off, with each punch he seems to get more powerful. Two men are standing face to face, trading punches!! Anger tries to hit another Demon Slam, Nakasawa counters with an elbow to the face!! How did Tamura then use the screwdriver? And.. If no-one can enter or exit the ring, how did the two guys get out of the cage in the main event? :p It was an excellent show though, having Team Panthera retain and Jay Darkness getting ANOTHER good(/excellent) chemistry note by being a tag with someone. Having Thunder & Nakasawa both winning is awesome news, and it's good too see BBW's own, golden boy get the title. But in the main event Anger and Nakasawa just left the ring, not the [B]Cell[/B]? It was a cell, not a cage. Mind you the true test of Nakasawa as champion will come when Kajahara is back to full health. If Nakasawa wins that match, I can see him having a pretty long reign. Anger working for HGC the night before, Nakasawa working for GCG in two shows, two and three nights before our event. Was I pushing him too far? He had three championships on his shoulder now that I had made him the BBW World Warrior champion, the other titles being Hinote Dojo's All-Japan, their main event title.. GCG World Heavyweight Tag Team championship with Tornado Nagai. At this stage of his career, he had already held six different titles. I feared for the worst. That he would have a burnout. Or that he would even injure himself. "..[I][COLOR=Green] Just take a moment alright.[/COLOR][/I]", I put my hand on his shoulder. "[I][COLOR=Green]We'll take it easy. I know you've got a lot going on right now..[/COLOR][/I]" Nakasawa nodded and turned to face me. ".[I][COLOR=Indigo]. Yeah.. I'm the world champ in two promotions.. And tag champ in GCG.. But I can do it!! I know I can.. You know I can, everyone knows it! I'm the H-Bomb.. I'm the champ.. The champ..[/COLOR][/I]" He seemed a bit delirous. That match had took a big toll on him. Anger had lost all his momentum at the beginning of the tour. If the fans don't react to your World champion, you're in a world of trouble. I had to give the title to someone. But was it the right decision after all? I stood up from the bench, Nakasawa grabbed my arm. "[I][COLOR=Indigo]See you on Thursday. Not only is he on short term contracts with PGHW, GCG and us, BBW.. He's also the Head Booker of BHOTWG and on a short term contract with them also. And yet I've been using him in every show. Prophet says that he will still book the matches he wants, and specifies that he isn't leaving his General Manager duties. He finishes the promo ordering Tiger Mask into the ring 'cause his match is next. Anger and Kurofuji leave the room, while Pisschrist and Silence continue arguing with Prophet. Tiger Mask tried to suplex Anger multiple times in the match but to no avail, until in the last minutes he got a brutal Tiger Suplex done to Anger, but only for a two-count. Tiger Mask was quite exhausted of the constant tries to suplex Anger and so he changed wisely his strategy, trying to strike and do high flying, which unfortunately cost him the match when Anger caught him at the turnbuckle, hitting a high impact Top Rope Demon Slam to get the pinfall in 9:34. Nakasawa goes for a legsweep, kicking Brandon down to the canvas. Nakasawa starts working on the legs, trying to immobilize Brandon and take the possibility of him hitting the Big Cat Pounce later on in the match. With couple of elbows to the thigh and a Japanese figure four, Brandon seems to be in trouble but makes it into the ropes. Tiger Mask is in the ringside, following the action and rooting for both Warriors at the same time. Tiger Mask starts a one man chant and eventually messes up his lines, ending up chanting for Hiroaki Brandon and Big Cat Nakasawa and such. Right near the finish of the match, Brandon gets Nakasawa to the mat with a T-bone suplex and starts wait for him to stand up, trying to hit the Big Cat Pounce on the World Warrior champion. Nakasawa avoids the move, hitting a dropkick to knee of Brandon. Nakasawa grabs Brandon by the troath and goes for the H-Bomb, Brandon reverses the attempt into a brainbuster but his leg gives up, Nakasawa quickly hits the H-Bomb and covers for the three count!! Nakasawa defeats Big Cat Brandon in 9:35, making defence number 2 of his BBW World Warrior title. Team Panthera quickly answer to the challenge, leaving a worried Nakasawa into the ring. Suddenly Kajahara comes from behind into the ring, carrying a sledgehammer with him which he swings wildly to Nakasawa's back!! Nakasawa drops to his knees immediatly from the impact, Team Panthera turn around after they hear the thud and dive to the ring, only to be taken out by Kajahara with the sledgehammer!! Kajahara throws Nakasawa from the ring and follows, grabbing Nakasawa by the hair and dragging him to up all they way to the ramp. Kajahara proceeds to powerbomb Nakasawa right off the stage, through a table and onto a bunch of equipment!! As Ryu Kajahara looks on smiling, Hiroaki Nakasawa is being stretchered out with a neck brace on. Just as Kajahara turns around, a wounded animal, Big Cat Brandon charges towards him and hits a thunderous Big Cat Pounce on Kajahara who flies off the stage right next to Nakasawa!! The show ends with Kajahara being attented by the medical staff while Team Panthera and the EMT's escort Nakasawa from the building into an ambulance. Maeda's record alone is impressive: With 28 wins and 12 losses this year, his average match rating is [COLOR=Green][B]B+[/B][/COLOR], with the best being [COLOR=RoyalBlue][B]A*[/B][/COLOR], he has had a series of [B][COLOR=RoyalBlue]A[/COLOR][/B] to [COLOR=RoyalBlue][B]A*[/B][/COLOR] matches with Bryan Holmes, who has skyrocketed into GCG main event within just few months, putting on amazing matches. This can also mean big problems for us here in BBW since Nakasawa is already on the GCG roster, just waiting for a written deal offered to him. We have no idea how long his original contract with them will last, and I think that he'll not give the date to us so there's nothing we can do, after all Nakasawa is a BHOTWG/Hinote Dojo pureblood so he isn't loyal to us or GCG (BHOTWG are Cult so they aren't a threat to us). Once again we are in a tight situation as the future is uncertain: Losing Nakasawa would be a huge hit for us, not to mention all the other warriors who could leave BBW to join GCG in their new place under the sun.
