But if you are playing a real world database and don't know much about a promotion, then being able to find their website for info is pretty handy. The destiny stat is a hidden stat generated by the game for each worker every time you start a new game. It controls many aspects of a worker's destiny, including stat caps, overness caps and most notably, chemistry, among other things.
