Not even Jack Avatar was privy to what the meeting was about but as the wrestlers and backstage workers were gathered, Sam Strong took center stage.] Sam Strong "First of all, thank you to each and every one of you for a strong showing tonight. We are slowly working our way toward catching Richard and Tommy within the United States though everyone knows that we have a long way to go. As everyone has seen, we have had several cuts here lately, including some wrestlers who never made it to tv, like Agent 69. More cuts might be to come as well if the economy and wrestling industry does not improve. So I will be keeping a close eye out on each and every one of you throughout the coming weeks and if someone does not impress me or puts on a lackluster performance then you might very well be looking at a pink slip. This has no exceptions. We do have a show to put on tomorrow at the Pennsylvania Park so make sure you have your asses there tomorrow night. Thank you and good night." [sam put the fear into some of the wrestlers and got a roll of the eyes from others. Sam was the first out of the door and others trailed behind him while others paused in conversation.] Steve Flash "What is all that about, Jack? I know you had to let some people go but do you really think there's going to be more firings?" Jack Avatar "I think Sam is really worried about this economy and staying afloat. I am definitely making him money right now and you and I have some job security, Steve." Steve Flash "Thanks. I appreciate that, Jack! And I'm sure that someone else has some job security too." [steve nodded toward Katie, who was walking over toward them. Katie was looking as Beautiful as ever in a blue skirt and matching blouse. Jack gave her a smile and gave Steve a look.] Katie Cameron "Hey guys! Kind of an odd meeting tonight after the pay-per-view, wasn't it?" Jack Avatar "Yeah, but I think we'll be fine." [steve nodded as well.] Katie Cameron "How about the three of us spend the night out on the town? First round's on me?" [Jack and Steve exchanged a look.] Steve Flash "I'm probably gonna need to get some sleep here shortly. But don't let me stop you two." Katie Cameron "Well? What do you say, Jack?" Jack Avatar "Sure. Let me finish getting cleaned up and I'll meet you outside, Katie." Katie Cameron "Sounds good." [Katie walked off to finish getting ready as well and Jack and Steve gave each other a knowing look.] Steve Flash "Make sure you know what you're doing, Jack." Jack Avatar "I know, Steve. I know." Shane smiled, looking proud of his newest wrestler. Danny Jillefski and Sara Silver welcomed everyone to the broadcast while Bruce and Shane walked to the ring and Shane took a microphone.] Shane Sneer "Each and every one of you humanoids need to shut your mouth and pay the proper respect to the one true giant here in USPW: Bruce The Giant!" [shane paused, absorbing in the boos.] Shane Sneer "Don't worry, Bruce, these humanoids are just jealous of you. They're not even worthy enough to cheer for you and your greatness. Now, tonight, we have a match against Captain USA in some beat the clock challenge. This type of match is custom-made for a man like Bruce The Giant. I think we all know why Captain USA wears that mask. He is so ugly that the censors force him to wear it so they don't have to blur his face. Then when Bruce finishes with Captain USA, it's going to be on to Liberty And Justice and a matchup with T-Rex. The Jurassic Power? He is no match for the one true giant. Shane Sneer stopped in his speech, stepping behind Bruce as T-Rex climbed into the ring. He looked up at Bruce for a moment and then threw a punch! The crowd cheered him on suddenly as Bruce returned a punch and the brawl was on! The locker room cleared out, working to seperate these two large men! This was an alright match, nothing special. Both men went for early pinfalls and couldn't get the three count. Jumbo was finally able to hit Avatar with the Jumbo Avalanche in the corner. And last night, James Justice was injured in that main event match with T-Rex when he was choke slammed off the stage. He was rushed to the hospital following the card and will be out of action for quite awhile." Danny Jillefski "I am sure these fans here don't like that but that's the kind of thing that can happen in a Last Man Standing match. Only one man walks away from that." He had some good chemistry with Steven Parker but it was only a halfway decent match, if that. Though these showed good chemistry with each other, the crowd was shocked at how long Happy Elwood lasted in this match. It looked like a circus in there with a drunk, a ninja and two hillbillys. Jack Griffith's performance looked good compared to the other three. This is aboot winning a shot at the USPW World title. This is aboot you, Steve." Steve Flash "Thanks, Katie. Tonight, I'm gonna get things done...in a flash!" But at least it was better than the Valentine match and the tag team encounter. This was also a chance for Danny Rushmore to show some singles action. The crowd was about as happy with it as they were in the last match. During the match, Madman Boone and Playboy Jake Sawyer came stumbling down toward the ring with their usual cries of 'BRAINS, BRAINS!' They moved over toward Blonde Bombshell, who tried to keep the ring between them. This distracted Freddie Datsun from his goal slightly but when Rushmore tried to attack him from behind, Datsun caught him and hit the Patriot Press! Datsun gave a swat toward Boone, making him fall against the railing an then covered Rushmore for the three count at 5:32 so Steve Flash still has the record by 7 seconds!] Winner: Freddie Datsun Match Rating: D [boone and Sawyer climbed in the ring following the match and attacked Freddie Datsun! Boone hit the Boone And Bust and then grabbed Datsun, dragging him along the ground toward the back while Blonde Bombshell screamed and watched, being stopped by Jake Sawyer.] Match #7 http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/BrucetheGiant.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/ShaneSneer.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/CaptainUSA.jpg Beat The Clock Challenge Bruce The Giant vs. Captain USA [shane Sneer made a long-winded introduction for Bruce The Giant and Bruce came out to a large amount of boos from the crowd. Captain USA got chants of 'USA, USA, USA.' This was definitely the best match of the night despite the fact that it was short. USA went after Bruce's knees early in the bout to try and keep him down since we're all the same size lying on the mat. USA went for an early pinfall and was tossed halfway across the ring on the kickout! These two continued to show their great chemistry with one another inside the ring as the battle waged back and forth. A couple of headbutts from Bruce set up his hand around the throat of Captain USA and a Giant Choke Slam! Bruce put the boot on top of USA and got the three count at 3:32, meaning that USPW Liberty And Justice will see Bruce The Giant face T-Rex for the USPW World Title!] Winner: Bruce The Giant Match Rating: C- http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/USPW/T-Rex_alt1.jpg [Following the sounding of the bell, T-Rex stepped out from the back and stared at Bruce. We have our main event set up for Liberty And Justice as T-Rex defends the USPW World Title against Bruce The Giant! What a hard-hitting match that should be! Tonight, both these men will be in action as Bruce The Giant faces off with the debuting Stuart Ferdinand and T-Rex defends the USPW World Title against Jumbo Jackson, another of Shane Sneer's men. In addition, we're going to have a match featuring the highly anticipated debut of two wrestlers in Kirk Jameson and Rhino Umaga. Both of these men come in with great pedigrees and it should be interesting to see who picks up the win here. Also, we will have the USPW World Tag Team Champions The Forces of America in action defending their titles against the team of Jack Griffith and Alcoholic Ninja. Another match where there wasn't a whole lot of selling being shown but Stuart did make Bruce look good. I fought all my life and coming into USPW was no exception. Bruce, you ruined my opportunity to prove that I am that much better than James Justice and that I deserve this belt that's around my waist. At Liberty And Justice, I am going to take you out and make you extinct. Then, James, when you come back? A title shot at this belt is all yours. Try to take it from me if you can, brotha but it won't be easy. You're going to have to kill me to take this title and I don't think that you or Bruce have the guts." Many sat on their hands during this match. Rhino Umaga played the part of the savage pretty well and Kirk Jameson used some pretty solid technical holds. Think you can take this belt off my shoulders? You're gonna learn that the Future is NOW!" [shane smiled between the two very large men and then a split-screen showed T-Rex doing some shadow boxing within his own locker room. No one expected this to be a great match but it was going to be a fight. T-Rex started the match off early and strong against Jumbo Jackson, tossing him with a couple of fine suplexes, startling Jumbo Jackson some. But Jumbo used some well-timed interference by Shane Sneer behind the referee's back to regain some control over T-Rex. Jumbo sent T-Rex into the corner and pounded on him with rights and lefts and then lifted T-Rex into a backbreaker, giving his focus on the back of T-Rex. Jumbo Jackson whipped T-Rex HARD into the corner and T-Rex staggered out slightly, only to be dropped with a clothesline! Jumbo Jackson grabbed T-Rex and locked in a bear hug. He began squeezing the life out of T-Rex but the crowd got behind the Jurassic Power! T-Rex looked into Jumbo Jackson's eyes and growled! He boxed Jumbo's ears once, twice, three times! T-Rex got free of the bear hug and caught Jumbo with a sharp knee to the gut - double underhook suplex! Jumbo goes down! T-Rex charges in and Jumbo sidesteps, sending T-Rex into the corner! Jumbo didn't waste any time charging in after T-Rex - JUMBO AVALANCHE! T-Rex goes down to the mat and Jumbo makes a cover: 1... 2... JUMBO PULLS T-REX'S SHOULDER UP! Jumbo shakes his head, showing he's not done with him just yet. He pulls T-Rex over into the corner and T-Rex suddenly comes back to life, grabbing Jumbo Jackson and sending him in the corner, pounding on him with rights and lefts! He hooks Jumbo Jackson - EXPLODER SUPLEX! HOLY ****! What a move by T-Rex! T-Rex signals for the Extinction and grabs Jumbo Jackson, hooking him up. He turns with Jumbo up on his shoulders and is NAILED with a big boot by Bruce The Giant!] Winner: T-Rex Match Rating: D+ [shane Sneer climbs in the ring to direct traffic as Bruce The Giant grabs T-Rex and gives him a sharp headbutt! Bruce hooks his fingers around the throat of T-Rex - boot by T-Rex! Bruce squeezes, not releasing! Another kick by T-Rex! Another! And another! T-Rex knocks Bruce's arm up and stands face to chest with the large challenger! Shane Sneer pats Bruce on the arm, telling him to back off and wait for the pay-per-view. They step back as T-Rex is handed the USPW World Title belt! I ran USPW once and I constantly got between C+ and B. I know there's quite a few things that could be done to raise the grade, i.e. using James Justice in every main event, raising guys like Steve Flash's popularity who can carry wrestlers like T-Rex and Bruce The Giant. And Flash I used more as the talented worker that always looses and makes the big guys look good type. But wins/trains the lower guys your perennial JTTS/ midcard gatekeeper. We're going to be seeing several wrestlers who will be at Liberty And Justice wrestling tonight, including both Bruce The Giant AND T-Rex! This man right here is a future USPW World Champion and it will happen at Liberty And Justice. Tonight, Bruce The Giant has an open contract to any ham-and-egger in the back who thinks they can take him on." [steven Parker stepped out from the back and walked toward the ring, looking rather arrogant as always. Parker rolled his eyes in the ring at the act by Ernie and the match was on. These two were not very good together within the ring and it showed, just like the last match. Turner showed some good skills within the ring and when he had taken Steven Parker down, he tied his boots together and then helped him to his feet, tripping him to the mat when Parker came after him. Turner used a few more things like that but Parker came back and dominated the second half of the match. Jack Griffith continued his drunk routine and intentionally missed a couple of moves to show his drunken state and Steve Flash carried things as best that he could. Griffith went for a neckbreaker but Flash managed to power out. Steven Parker came down to the ring to watch the match and he spoke with Katie Cameron outside the ring. Katie shoved him away from her and Parker grabbed a chair. The referee was bumped inside the ring and Parker swung that chair toward Steve Flash but Flash dodged! The chair connected with Jack Griffith and Griffith fell into a Flash Bang! Savage Fury, when you get into the ring me and Captain USA we will defeat you and force you to buy our merchandise!" Captain USA whipped Java into the turnbuckles and climbed up, throwing punches while the crowd counted along! As USA hit the final punch, Tribal Warrior slid in the ring and attacked USA from behind!] Winner: Captain USA Match Rating: D- [As Savage Fury double-teamed Captain USA, Jim Force came running down to the ring! The cameraman moving here and there, heavy breathing as though he was running from something. What looks like a clawed hand comes down and strikes at the cameraman and the camera fades to black for a moment and then back, showing whoever it is dragging the cameraman along the ground. They didn't seem to care for these three women in action but it was a good mix of T&A, right? Suzanne and Joanne double-teamed Wade at times and then turned on each other. BRAINS! BRAINS!" [The two were seemingly drooling as they stumbled and a door opened, slamming into them both and they fell. An unknown man peered around the door, shrugged and closed it again while Madman and Sawyer were looking like a turtle on it's shell. The two men in the ring were a little clumsy with each other, showing some very bad chemistry inside the ring. Datsun started taking the advantage late in the match and he got attacked by Madman Boone, causing the DQ!] Winner: Freddie Datsun Match Rating: E+ [boone and Sawyer both bit at Freddie Datsun and Datsun's eyes went wide as he began crawling backward, kicking at Boone and Sawyer to keep them away.] Madman Boone "BRAINS!" [boone leapt at Datsun but Datsun fell out of the ring and Boone hit the ropes, bouncing backward and hitting the mat. Jake Sawyer grabbed a microphone.] Playboy Jake Sawyer "Please, Freddie, let us eat your brains! They, they smell so rich, sooo spicy!" Though the match itself was pretty short. Jack Avatar got in some early strikes on Bruce, trying to stay away from him as much as possible and use a speed advantage. A clothesline by Avatar just got a smile from Bruce, though. And Bruce headbutted Avatar, sending him down to the mat. Bruce literally stepped on Avatar's chest, walking over him and bellowing to boos from the crowd. Shane Sneer smiled at ringside and Avatar managed to get to his feet! Avatar leaped on Bruce's back and wrapped his arms in a sleeper! Bruce began flailing his arms as Avatar moved this way and that to avoid the shots! Avatar squeezed tightly and Bruce began to fade some! The crowd cheered on Avatar as Bruce dropped to a knee. Avatar let go of the hold and bounced off the ropes, hitting a dropkick to the face of Bruce and Bruce staggered, nearly falling to the mat. Avatar bounced off the ropes again but a dropkick was swatted away by Bruce! bruce reached down, grabbing Avatar by the throat and lifting him up as he came up. He raised Avatar up and CHOKE SLAMMED him to the mat! A second Giant Choke Slam was given to Avatar and Bruce put a foot on his chest for the pinfall win.] Winner: Bruce The Giant Match Rating: C- [Following the match, the USPW World Champion T-Rex walked out from the back and made his way to the ring. He looked up at Bruce The Giant, dropping the belt on the mat but before the two could make contact, the backstage area emptied of wrestlers as the two were seperated.
