They would make lucrative offers to Vince Russo and Ed Ferrera, once both men signed their deals they already knew they were in a death trap when asking when asking “the production meeting was” they got the response “what is that” when they realized there butts were already on the hot seat. Ferrerra would make a character called “Oklahoma” which poked fun at WWF Announcer Jim Ross and his belles palsy they brought in “Dr. Death” Steve Williams a long time friend of Ross. The character and WCW would toss Russo out the door after trying to give Tank Abbott the world championship. Ferrera we be a part of a group of people such as J.J. Dillon and a couple others but it didn’t work and WCW would slowly crumble from top to bottom with people leaving like Benoit, Malenko, Saturn and Guerrero all left. We are going to start from the beginning with Bischoff, Russo and Ferrerra as the leaders of the creative department.
