Gunnark Posted September 23, 2009 Share Posted September 23, 2009 What causes a title to go inactive? Because I gave EWA a women's title in the database (they already have a division). I also set up a women's division in SWF. I started a new game, and both women's titles went inactive within the first year. I've also had the NOTBPW and USPW women's titles go inactive in other games. Does anyone know how/why the game engine decides to retire a title? Derek B Posted September 24, 2009 Share Posted September 24, 2009 A divisional title (any belt with a limit of any kind on it) needs to have at least 4 (it might be 5) viable contenders for it otherwise it will be replaced by a singles belt with no limts at the same level. So a low level women's only belt in a promotion with a women's division would go inactive if there aren't enough contenders, to be replaced by a low level no limits title which would actually turn out to be suitable only for men in this case since the women are in a division.
