I wouldn't wait that long with a big promotion since you lose out on a lot of PPV money. It's different with a smaller roster though since you don't always have enough talent available for a good show. I hold a show every month to make sure that all my guys get enough fights which helps them become better and more well-recognized. Although it will initially get crapped on by the fans it will elevate the fighters involved so that you have more Main Event players in the near future.
